There are two legislative steps taken to protect children involved in criminal acts, namely Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning Juvenile Courts and Law Number 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections. An educational punishment system that is appropriate in the future for children as perpetrators of criminal acts is not given criminal sanctions by placing children in prison. Abstract

Ministry of Environment and Forestry's lawsuit against PT. Kumai Sentosa (KS) over the fire in the defendant's oil palm plantation is the first environmental dispute in Indonesia with strict liability under Article 88 of the Job Creation Law. The existence of this Article was previously considered to confuse and even eliminate strict liability. This study aims to analyze the meaning strict liability Article 88 of the Job Creation Law and analyze its application in Decision Number 102/PDT.G-LH/2021/PT PLK. The results of the study show that based on the body and explanation, Article 88 of the Job Creation Law does not change the concept of strict liability into liability based on errors. This article also concludes that the court's interpretation of Article 88 of the Job Creation Law and its elucidation is a key factor in how courts construct strict liability. Partial meaning by only considering Article 88 of the Job Creation Law without relating it to the explanation of the article will greatly affect the construction of court evidence and bring it closer to the model of accountability based on errors or unlawful acts (PMH).

Abstract

This research was conducted on the basis of an important role related to the re-analysis of Arabic phonology because language and human life are two inseparable phenomena. The emergence of a modern view of language known as modern linguistic theory in the 19th or early 20th century made the world of linguistics not only focus on traditional linguistic theory. Arabic has a sound with its own meaning, so sound errors can lead to misinterpretations. The existence of structural theory made an update on studies related to linguistics and then gave rise to the figure of Ferdinand De Saussure who is known as the "Father of Modern Linguistics" which can raise awareness to review the role of reviewing modern linguistics in the process of learning foreign languages, especially Arabic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Cimahi City, as well as the variables that promote and limit its implementation. This research employs a qualitative, descriptive method. Through interviews, observations, and documentation, data were gathered. Emergency PPKM was implemented in Cimahi City from 3 to 20 July 2021 as a follow-up to Micro PPKM, including the phases of socialization, preparation, implementation, and assessment. Emergency PPKM in Cimahi City includes the following: restrictions in the workplace, implementation of online teaching and learning activities, regulation of operating hours in various essential sectors, restrictions on activities and operating hours for restaurants/warung/ and similar businesses, restrictions on the capacity of places of worship, enforcement of strict health protocols in public facilities and social activities, and continued implementation of the 5M Health Practise. The supporting factors for the implementation of Emergency PPKM in Cimahi City are the existence of a PPKM derivative based on Minister of Home Affairs No. 15 of 2021 into a Decree of the Mayor of Cimahi, which regulates the Cimahi City Covid-19 Task Force, the availability of a budget based on Perwali No. 44 of 2021, the availability of human resources, and the public's willingness to comply with health protocols. The inhibiting factors for implementing Emergency PPKM in Cimahi City are the existence of the Cimahi City area as a transit city, the presence of travel agents, and the level of community saturation with PPKM rules.

In the business world, fulfilling the needs and desires of consumers is one of the tasks that must be fulfilled by business people. Increasingly tighter competition makes business people prioritize customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research activity is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Central Motor Workshop. The population of this study is unlimited and the sample of 96 respondents is known by using the lameshow formula. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. In this study the research tests used were validity, reliability, correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, t-test and the coefficient of determination. In this study using a simple regression correlation coefficient. The effect of service quality (X) on customer satisfaction (Y), based on the results of the T-test in this study, the test results show that the independent variable, namely service quality, has a positive and significant effect on smooth production. Significant at the 0.000 level, because 0.000 <0.05, it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be stated that the service quality hypothesis has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the t value indicates that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Adolescents today experience a decline in fitness, even though fitness is related to health. To improve fitness, there are many choices of sports or simple exercises that can be done, including jumping rope and brisk walking. These two exercises will be compared to find out which exercise is better in increasing cardiorespiratory endurance in adolescents. This study was an experimental study with a randomized control trial design on a total of 51 subjects divided into three groups, namely the jumping rope group (15 subjects), the brisk walking group (17 subjects) and the control group (19 subjects). The jump rope exercise was performed for 15 minutes, twice a day, while the brisk walking exercise was performed for 30 minutes. Both were carried out for 12 times, while the control group was not given any treatment. The results of the statistical analysis of the pre-test and post-test using Wilcoxon showed a value of p=0.050 in the jumping rope group, p=0.001 in the brisk walking group, and p=0.080 in the control group, while the post-test using Mann Whitney between the jumping rope and brisk walking shows the value of p=0.766. Jump rope and brisk walking can both increase cardiorespiratory endurance, but neither is better.
