Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of e-invoice 3.0 in minimizing the existence of fictitious invoices and their relation to taxpayer compliance based on the perceptions of taxpayers, regulators, and tax consultants. This study uses qualitative and descriptive analysis based on the results of interviews. These respondents were determined purposively. This study uses the Theory Acceptance Model (TAM), the Delone and McLean success model, and Tax Compliance. The results of this study conclude that the application of e-invoicing 3.0 provides the benefits and information needed, increases efficiency, is easy to use, provides convenience and actual processes, system quality, information quality, and good service quality, gives satisfaction to taxpayers (WP)/taxable entrepreneur (PKP), and provide net benefits related to time saving and cost saving for taxpayers. Taxpayers also view that e-invoice 3.0 which has a prepopulated data feature provides convenience for WP/PKP in carrying out VAT tax obligations contributing to tax compliance. The regulator views that e-invoice 3.0 is an effort to minimize fictitious invoices. Ease of use of e-invoice 3.0 leads to tax compliance. In addition, the tax consultant views that e-invoice 3.0 can minimize the existence of fictitious invoices but does not have a significant effect on tax compliance when compared to the previous version. Tax compliance still depends on the individual Taxpayer.

Abstract

The Broadcasting Law is seen as less relevant to the development of broadcasting technology. The development of internet media content cannot be monitored by the Broadcasting Commission because the definition of broadcasting is only limited to television and radio. Meanwhile, there is no regulation that provides adequate regulation. In fact, the state must guarantee the delivery of healthy broadcasts to the public. The urgent revision of the Broadcasting Law is carried out by giving the Broadcasting Commission a broader supervisory authority, in order to ensure the fulfillment of the rights of the public to obtain proper broadcasts.

Abstract

This paper departs from the phenomenon of the dominance of patriarchal families in the large Batak family community which finally extinguishes the instinct of a mother to her child. Mother feels fine not to meet and not give affection or get affection from her child. The reason is absolute: her extended family doesn't want her, because the child does a different will from what the extended family expects. The exclusion or exile of those who are different has long been studied in the topic of multiculturalism. However, research on multiculturalism so far is still focused on how to facilitate cultural diversity or community groups. That is why there is a research gap showing that multiculturalism is becoming less relevant in capturing reality; because in group dynamics, individuals in one cultural group are not necessarily facilitated. It is the dominant individual who forms the identity of the group; so, there is a neglect of other individuals in the group. This paper aims to fill this research gap. Using Emmanuel Levinas’ ideas from Totality and Infinity, this research proposes a thesis that, given the difficulty of defining cultural boundaries in an age of interconnectedness, multiculturalism actually goes beyond recognition of cultural or group differences within community groups.

Abstract

Good law is law that is in accordance with the law that lives in society (the living law) and is in accordance with the reflection of the values that apply in that society. On progress, the main regulations of criminal law in the future which have been formulated in theRKUHP hasaccommodate the living law as part of positive law as stated in Article 2 paragraph (1) RKUHP. This research analyzes thethe conception of the rule of law that lives in society as regulated in Article 2 Paragraph (1) of the RKUHP in the context of the formation of national law. The results of the study showthat dthe implication of the principle of material legality in the RKUHP is wrong. If the formulation of the principle of material legality in Article 2 paragraph (1) of this RKUHP is not abolished and is still maintained, then the Indonesian legal system will experience a setback. Therefore, the enactment of the living law in society (the living law) in the national legal system is sufficient only to serve as the basis for the formation of national law.
