Technological disruption coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic has become both a strength and a weakness for companies with the telecommunications industry being an important industry. However, the increase in internet usage, increase in loyalty and decrease in customer dissatisfaction felt by PT Telkom Indonesia are not in line with the decrease in revenue from contracts with customers based on PSAK 72. Using triangulation research methods through interviews and questionnaires with content and thematic analysis techniques, interviews conducted with The company's PSAK PIC results that the decrease in revenue based on PSAK 72 is due to a decrease in the enterprise business line due to the impact of COVID-19, according to Rahayu's research (2020) that the implementation of PSAK 72 has no significant effect on telecommunications companies. The results of the interview resulted that the application of PSAK 72 required synergistic corporate governance to face various challenges. In addition, the increase in loyalty and decrease in customer dissatisfaction is in line with the results of the questionnaire where respondents are satisfied with the innovation and improvement of internet services compared to before the pandemic, meaning that the company is always innovating to maintain customer loyalty.

Along with the development of information technology, more companies will need to apply information technology to their operations, especially for data processing. One of the applications of information technology is through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP Business One. The SAP Business One system is an affordable ERP for SMEs that can be integrated into every business process and tends to be easy to use. PT. P.R. Indonesia has been implementing the SAP Business One system for 2 years but they still faced some obstacles such as bugs, error messages that cannot be understood by the user, reports generated by the system that require customization, and recommendation information that does not address the user's wants. The obstacles experienced by PT. P.R. Indonesia has prompted an analysis regarding the success of ERP implementation at PT. P.R. Indonesia. To measure and determine the success of the implementation of an information system, the determinants of successful implementation need to be analyzed. Thus, this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to analyze data. The SmartPLS software version 3.3.9 was used to process the data. Based on the calculations, the factors that contribute the most are implementation with the Accelerated Implementation Program (AIP) method with a value of 0.734, the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) factor with a value of 0.326, and the Vendor Support (DV) factor of 0. 354.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the reason the indigenous Tenganan people preserve endogamous marriage. This descriptive research was conducted in the traditional village of Tenganan Pegringsingan, with data acquisition through document studies, interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that until now the traditional village community of Tenganan Pegringsingan still preserves and still implements the written rule, namely Awig-Awig . The Tenganan Asli preserve endogamous marriages with the aim of remaining able to become villagers who can control the village government while preserving the traditions of the original Tenganan people. With their uniqueness in using a government system based on the order of marital seniority, the native Tenganan people receive rewards according to their positions in the government system. The condition that is still sustainable until now is reinforced by Shill's theory that the connection of today's society with its past has never died at all. Furthermore, it is said that the link between the present and the past is the basis of tradition.

The results of the research prove that the basis for submitting restitution to children’s victims of intimate violence crimes has been regulated in Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and regulations regarding the method of applying retitution have also been regulated in Ruling Regulation No. 43 of 2017. This regulation on restitution was made to make it easier for the victim's child to plead for loss to the perpetrator of the crime of intimate violence. The method of applying restitution for victims of intimate violence crimes can be tried simultaneously by means of crimes, especially since it can be initiated from an early investigation submitted through the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).

Legal certainty is an integral part of the anatomy of the purpose of the law being formed. One of the premises that was built in assembling this anatomy occurred when we discussed the amendment of the deed carried out by persons with disabilities (people with visual impairments). Where, in principle, a notary as a public official is obliged to make sure that the deed made is understood by the appearers. When linking the aspects of Persons with Disabilities in Article 43 of the UUJN there is a provision that the Article provides legal guarantees for notarial products using an understandable language. This scheme then leads to the question that if the Notary Product uses Article 43 paragraph (1) of the UUJN, the deed must be made in Indonesian, is it written using the alphabet or using Braille?
