Abstract

In the realm of an increasingly complex global economy, local governments grapple with multifaceted challenges and opportunities in resource and financial management. This study delves into the pivotal aspects of human resource quality (HRQ) and budget quality and their profound influence on local financial performance within the context of Buton Selatan Regency. The investigation unveils that HRQ significantly bolsters financial performance, offering a cornerstone for adept resource management and growth. Similarly, the study underscores the potency of budget quality in steering local financial performance, emphasizing the significance of well-structured budgets aligned with developmental priorities. Moreover, the Local Government Management Information System (LG-MIS) emerges as a vital intermediary, mediating the relationship between HRQ, budget quality, and financial performance. While the direct impacts of HRQ and budget quality stand out, the LG-MIS reinforces these associations, facilitating transparent, efficient, and data-driven financial management. Collectively, these findings illuminate pathways for local governments to enhance their financial standing, emphasizing the interplay between HRQ, budget quality, and the pivotal role of LG-MIS in achieving sustainable financial performance.

Abstract

The study aims to delve deeply into the communication challenges faced by individuals with specific language disorders caused by brain damage, such as Transcortical Aphasia. These disorders not only serve as an obstacle to these individuals' social and personal adjustment but also lead to further complications like social isolation due to mispronunciation and feelings of embarrassment. This research posits that the challenges these individuals face are not only their own but extend to those around them who wish to communicate effectively with them. Employing a hybrid methodology that integrates both qualitative and quantitative analyses, the research scrutinizes the effectiveness of Multisensory Stimulation therapy as a learning method for individuals with language disorders. The study is framed as classroom action research, designed to evaluate the real-world implications of implementing such a therapy in a learning environment. The overarching conclusion of the study suggests that Multisensory Stimulation therapy has a considerable positive impact on improving language abilities and social interactions for people with Transcortical Aphasia. However, the research also underscores the need for further refinement in the implementation strategies, tactics, and learning models based on Multisensory Stimulation therapy. It calls for the adaptation and coordination of these learning methodologies to adhere to principles of effectiveness and efficiency rigorously. By doing so, the study aims to contribute to a more nuanced understanding of language disorders and offer tangible solutions for improving the quality of life for affected individuals and their social circles.

Abstract

UD Al Jaliil is one of the white tofu producing agroindustry in Jember Regency. The challenge faced in maintaining quality is that defective products are still found. To deal with this problem, UD Al Jaliil needs to carry out quality control using the Six Sigma method. This study aims to 1) analyze the implementation of quality control at UD Al Jaliil using the Six Sigma method 2) determine the DPMO value and Sigma level of white tofu products 3) identify the factors that cause defective products so that efforts to improve the quality of white tofu can be determined. Quality control is carried out using the Six Sigma method. Six Sigma is a quality control method by reducing the level of defects through five DMAIC stages, namely Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. The results showed that the process at UD Al Jaliil had not been fully controlled properly because there were still processes that were outside the control limits. The DPMO value of 306,300 units/process means that in one million products produced there is a possibility of 306,300 defective products. The Sigma level of UD Al Jaliil is 2.0064 Sigma. And there are several factors that cause texture defects of white tofu, namely man, machine, method, material and environment factors.

Abstract

Every human being strives for his life and his offspring to be in harmony and peace and to be able to maintain the life that has been obtained from the results of the struggle of his parents during his life, especially in maintaining the material and moral assets left by his parents during his lifetime. This research is a sociological juridical research, namely how the implementation of legal regulations is applied in Chinese society, the data sources are primary and secondary obtained by means of interviews and observations. The results of the study that the heirs are sons, because sons have greater responsibility in the family while daughters do not become heirs and are only entitled to assets in the form of jewelery from their mothers, even if a family consists of several daughters then a daughter is chosen who is deemed capable of guarding the property until her granddaughter can inherit it again, if a dispute occurs it will be resolved by deliberation from the family with mediation carried out by the person who is considered the oldest in the family, if this is not successful then ask for help from the traditional elder. For Chinese people it is taboo and very embarrassing if there is a dispute over inheritance. Even then, if a family consists of several daughters, then the daughter is chosen who is considered capable of guarding the property, that is, until her granddaughter can be inherited again, if there is a dispute, it will be resolved by deliberation from the family with mediation carried out by the person who is considered the oldest in the family.
