Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to equalize the quality of education through zoning programs. This research is a literature study that discusses school zoning programs as an effort to equalize education. One of the efforts in equitable distribution of education carried out by the government is the school zoning program. Research using a literature approach, literature study is any effort made by researchers to collect information that is relevant to the topic or problem that will or is being studied. Abstract

This research aims.to examines the effect of product quality and word of mouth on repurchase interest and purchase decisions as mediate variables on Universitas Negeri Padang Students using Maxim application. This research conducted by quantitative (causal) method. Purposive sampling and Cochran formulation were use in this research. Total sample was 97 respondents. This research used primary data with spreading questionnaire to students at Universitas Negeri Padang who had using Maxim apps. SEM PLS 3.0 analysis also used in this research. SEM PLS analysis showed that : 1)  Product quality didn’t have any significant impact on repurchase interest. 2) Word of Mouth had a significant impact on repurchase interest. 3) Product quality had a significant impac on purchase decisions. 4) Word of Mouth had a significant impact on purchase decisions. 5) Purchase decisions had a significant impact on repurchase interest. 6) Product quality gave a significant impact on repurchase interest mediated by purchase decisions. 7) Word of Mouth didn’t have any significant impact on repurchase interest mediated by purchase decisions. Keywords : product quality, word of mouth, purchase decisions, repurchase interest

Abstract

This study object to determine the effect of service quality and company image on behavior intention through satisfaction as an intervening variable for PT. Lion Mentari Airlines customers in the city of Padang. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study is the people of the city of Padang who have used the Lion Air airline. and the determination of the number of samples using the Cochran formula as many as 97 samples. The study used a purposive sampling technique. The data used were primary data types obtained through distributing questionnaires to the people of the city of Padang with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS 21.The results show that (1) service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) company image has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (3) service quality has a significant and positive effect on behavior intention, (4) company image has a significant and positive effect. on behavior intention, (5) customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on behavior intention, (6) company image has a significant and positive effect on behavior intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, (7) company image has a significant and positive effect on behavior intention through customer satisfaction as an intervention variable.Keywords : service quality, corporate image, customer satisfaction and behavior intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee satisfaction and performance. There are several articles that have explored the creation of satisfaction and performance in organizations. This study was conducted at the North Makassar II Samsat Office. Sampling uses total sampling, which draws the entire population of 65 respondents (employees). The research analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of partial least squares (PLS). The results of direct hypothesis testing show that work facilities have a significant effect on satisfaction and performance, work-life balance is significant on satisfaction but not significant on performance, for work discipline has no significant effect on satisfaction but has a significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, the indirect hypothesis shows that job satisfaction is significantly positive mediating the effect of work-life balance on performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the variables of work facilities and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the effect of supervision carried out by the leadership on the affectiveness of the employee’s work 2) the influence of the physical work environment on the effectiveness of the employee’s work 3) the influence of supervision carried out by the leadership and the physical work environment of employee work effectiveness. This type of research is descriptive associative. The total sample is determined by using the cluster proportional random sampling with a sample of 80 sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on this research, it can be concluded that : 1) supervision carried out by the leadership has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Departement of Youth and Sports Education in Kampar Regency 2) The Physical work environment has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Departement of Youth and Sports Education in Kampar Regency 2) Supervision by the Leader and the physical Work Environment have a significant effect on the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Departement of Youth and Sports Education in Kampar Regency. Keywords : supervision by leaders, physical work environment, work effectiveness
