<![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine how the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance and solvency on bond ratings. This research is conducted because there is still little research on the prediction of bond ratings in Indonesia. This is due to the limited data on bonds and investors' understanding of bonds. The purpose of this study are to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of good corporate governance and solvency on bond ratings in the banking industry in 2007-2015. The research analysis method used in this research is Multiple Discriminant Analysis (MDA) which consists of classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results in this study are partially Good Corporate Governance (X1) has a significant positive effect on bond ratings (Y), and Solvency (X2) has no effect on bond ratings (Y), as well as simultaneously Good Corporate Governance (X1) and Solvency (X2). ) has a significant effect on bond ratings (Y).]]>

<![CDATA[The Free West Papua Campaign is an organization that massively campaigns on social media Twitter and its website to garner support from the international community regarding Papuan independence, one of its efforts is to conduct campaigns in cyberspace with a narrative supporting the United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) to become full member of the subregional organization MSGin the hope that this membership status can strengthen ULMWP's political maneuvering in bringing the issue of an independent Papua to the international level. The purpose of this study was to find out how the campaign carried out by the Twitter account @FreeWestPapua and how other Twitter users responded to the campaign. The research used is a qualitative research by juxtaposing the study of literature with data from social media Twitter and the freewestpapua.org. The results show that the Free West Papua Campaign uses ideologically or cause oriented campaigns and uses a campaign model in the form of a componential campaign. The response from Twitter users is more dominated by following instructions on hashtags rather than the message they want to convey.]]>

<![CDATA[The gross motor skills of children in Muara Gembong sub-district, Bekasi district, are not in accordance with growth and development because the educational learning process due to the impact of Covid 19 is carried out online, so that it has an impact on decreasing Gross Motor Skills and decreasing students' physical fitness. The purpose of community service activities is to improve gross motor skills by using GeCe (Fast Motion) media, a tool used to measure speed, agility, flexibility. The method used is the lecture method for tool socialization activities, training on the use of tools, and mentoring. The results of the activity show that the application of the GeCe tool is able to improve the Gross Motor Skill of children in the Muara Gembong area. In conclusion, community service activities have a positive impact on the community in Muara Gembong District, especially helping in developing and improving Gross Motor Skills. The limitation in this activity is the relatively short time so that the objectives of the activity cannot be optimally achieved. Suggestions For the implementation of community service in the future it can be carried out in a better and sustainable manner because in the Muara gembong area there are still a lot of activities that need to be carried out in developing community activities in increasing human resources man.]]>

<![CDATA[Social stratification and legal awareness are topics of study, especially in the social sciences, which are very interesting to do. The paradigm that the higher the education will increse the more of law awareness, becomes a phenomenon that needs to be discussed. This study aims to; 1) analyze whether there is an effect of educational stratification on legal awareness, 2) analyze how to build legal awareness in the community. The study involved 30 respondents who were academics from University X, Bekasi. Education Straktas are classified into three; S1, S2 and S3. Indicators related to legal awareness are legal knowledge, legal understanding, legal attitudes and legal behavior. Analysis using statistical parametric. The results of the study show that education strata do not have an effect on legal awareness.]]>

<![CDATA[Tourism is a non-oil and gas sector with a fairly high development potential, even the tourism sector makes a large contribution to GDP and GRDP. According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism and the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 33 of 2009 concerning Guidelines for Ecotourism Development in the Regions, it is stated the importance of community participation in tourism development. Based on this, this study aims to; 1). Studying the political direction of tourism law in Indonesia, 2). Mapping the internal and external environment for Community Base Tourism (CBT) development, and 3). Develop speculative hypotheses related to the CBT development strategy. This study is sourced from secondary data from books and publications related to Tourism Law Politics and CBT Development. The analysis used is the Strategic Management matrix; EFAS/IFAS and Garnd Matrix. The results of the study are expected to become an umbrella for research related to the development of CBT in the perspective of Political Law.]]>

<![CDATA[Relationship satisfaction is an interpersonal evaluation and the main assessment in a relationship by involving thoughts and feelings, where in this study the feeling in question is satisfaction. Individuals who feel relationship satisfaction will have better mental and physical health and have the readiness to change bad behavior for the better. Relationship satisfaction can be influenced by the quality of communication. As technology develops and the COVID-19 pandemic changes the quality of communication changes, giving rise to phubbing behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine whether phubbing behavior was able to predict relationship satisfaction in dating students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The research method used is quantitative-causality with convenience sampling technique. The results showed that phubbing behavior was able to predict relationship satisfaction significantly because p = 0.000 or p <0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, which means that phubbing behavior is able to predict relationship satisfaction in students who are dating at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The next research is expected to be able to examine other factors and increase the literature so that the research becomes better.]]>

<![CDATA[From the several sources of budget that the bank has collected, it is appropriate for the bank to prepare a budget placement program based on the distribution program by taking into account the policies that have been determined. The total budget collected by the bank consists of two types, namely the budget that cannot be loaned and the budget that can be lent. The existence of a budget that cannot be loaned will increase the cost of the budget that will be purchased by residents called the cost of funds, in the end it will force banks to be able to manage a budget that has been activated into a very useful source of income and can co-exist with other banks. To simplify the analysis, all the variables to be analyzed are combined and then calculated in the SPSS application, so that the results obtained are that the distributed credit variables are the most significantly correlated with interest income. The definition is that the higher the budget that is distributed to distributed credit, so that interest income tends to increase.]]>
