Abstract

Mayoritas muslim di Indonesia juga tidak dapat meningkatkan kapitalisasi pasar modal di Indonesia. Apabila dibandingkan dengan Negara Asia lainnya, Indonesia memiliki potensi yang tinggi untuk meningkatkan invesasi sukuk di pasar modal syariah melihat populasi muslim di Indonesia. Permasalahan  yang banyak timbul di kalangan mahasiswa adalah belum adanya pendapatan tetap sehingga masih sangat tergantung pada orang tua dan sikap boros dalam pengeluaran yang kurang terlalu penting. Sukuk dapat menjadi salah satu jalan untuk mengembangkan ekonomi syariah, khususnya dengan Negara berpopulasi muslim tertinggi seperti Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat literasi sukuk mahasiswa ekonomi islam perguruan tinggi islam swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan 169 kuesioner dan telah disebarkan di Universitas Islam Indonesia dan Universitas Darussalam Gontor untuk membandingkan tingkat literasi sukuk antara keduanya. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil dari penelitian adalah tingkat literasi sukuk mahasiswa ekonomi islam berada pada level medium apabila melihat jumlah skor yang di dapat oleh kedua universitas yaitu Universitas Islam Indonesia sebesar 66,62 % dan Universitas Darussalam Gontor sebesar 60,58 %. Tetapi meskipun keduanya berada pada level yang sama presentase angka Universitas Islam Indonesia lebih tinggi daripada Universitas Darussalam Gontor.

Abstract

 Zakat, sebagai rukun Islam merupakan kewajiban setiap muslim yang mampu untuk membayarnya dan diperuntukkan bagi mereka yang berhak menerimanya. Zakat merupakan ibadah sebagai bentuk ketaatan kepada Allah (hablu minallah) dan sebagai kewajiban kepada sesama manusia (hablu minannaas). Mengenai zakat pertanian (tumbuhan dan biji-bijian) dalam mengeluarkan zakatnya tidak harus menunggu satu tahun, tetapi setelah panen yang sudah memenuhi nisab dan sudah dibersihkan kotorannya maka wajib dikelurkan zakatnya. Sebutan negara agraris yang melekat kepada Indonesia yang dibuktikan dengan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2021 bahwa 29,59 persen tenaga kerja di Indonesia bekerja di sektor pertanian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh peranan masjid dalam mengalokasikan hasil zakat pertanian di masjid Baiturrahmah desa jintap kabupaten Ponorogo dan untuk mengetahui dampak hasil zakat pertanian dalam mensejahtrakan masyarakat di sekitar wilayah masjid Baiturrahmah desa jintap kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan dipenelitian ini adalah primer dan sekunder yang kumpulkan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakuakan, mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa, peran pengelolaan zakat pertanian masjid Baiturahmah baik dalam mengelola, karena meliputi beberapa aspek yaitu; perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Program dan kegiatan yang diusahakan oleh pengelola zakat pertanian melalui program yang dijalankan oleh pengelola sebagai pengelola sekaligus fasilitator sangat berperan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Jintap kabupaten Ponorogo. Dengan adanya upaya mensejahterakan masyarakat dengan indikator kesejahteraan yang dikemukakan As-Syatibi, para pengelola membuktikan bahwa zakat Pertanian memiliki andil yang cukup besar dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat desa Jintap kabupaten Ponorogo. Kata kunci: zakat pertanian, pengelolaan, kesejahteraan.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the process of improving the quality of education is followed by several inhibiting factors, one of which is the world condition shrouded by the COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic has an impact on the education sector in Indonesia by increasing the dropout rate. In general, this is rooted in the family's economic crisis during the pandemic. Many parents are unable to pay for education because their income is low and not commensurate with the high cost of education that must be spent. As for the potential of zakat in Indonesia, zakat can be an important instrument capable of being a solution to overcome educational problems if it is interspersed effectively. Therefore, this study intends to explore and attempt to measure the effectiveness of the distribution system of zakat funds on educational programs at one of the National Amil Zakat Institutions, namely LAZ Yatim Mandiri. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, the techniques used to collect the data are observation, interviews and documentation which were analyzed by triangulation, using data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions as well as strengthening the analysis with the effectiveness ratio calculation method. The results showed that the distribution system of zakat funds in the education program at LAZ Yatim Mandiri consisted of 6 stages, there are: 1) Determining the mustahik target for the Sa nggar program, 2) Recruiting teachers and determining the location of the sanggar, 3) Program socialization, 4) Recruiting students, 5 ) Acceptance of students, and 6) Monitoring of sanggar students. In addition, this study also shows that the LAZ Yatim Mandiri educational programs, which called the Sanggar Al-Qur'an and the Sanggar Genius, have been effective. This study indirectly shows that the level of effectiveness of the zakat institution program will increase the collection of zakat funds. Furthermore, the benefits of zakat can be felt by many people in need, especially during this pandemic.

Abstract

Especially in the city of Bengkulu, there are two types of universities. In this research, the main attraction is PTKIN Bengkulu State Islamic Institute and PTN Bengkulu University. Based on observations made by researchers, it gives an attraction that some students from Bengkulu University have very detailed consumer behavior towards halal products, while knowledge about the definition of halal products is not so deeply discussed in their lecture world. Meanwhile, there are several students from the Bengkulu State Islamic Institute who are already well-known for their universities based on the Islamic religion, but are still not very detailed in the selection of halal products. By using a quantitative approach method based on the type of primary data through observation techniques with a sample of 132 FEBI IAIN students and 132 FEB UNIB students in Bengkulu City. Based on the results of the t-test calculation, the t-value is 1.42. Furthermore, thet value iscalculated compared with the ttable, which is 2.01. Based on the results of tarithmetic in this study, it is known that tcount < ttable is 1.42 < 2.01, so there is no significant difference in the consumption behavior of halal products in students of FEBI IAIN Bengkulu and FEB UNIB, although the groups of students who come from different scientific bases namely from Islamic universities and the general public did not show significant differences in consuming the product.

Abstract

Zakat as a pillar of Islam has a very important role because it has two dimensions, namely vertical as a form of obedience and obedience to Allah SWT, and a dimension of caring for fellow humans as servants.Zakat is divided into two, namely zakat fitrah and zakat maal. Zakat mal is divided into several types of zakat, including business zakat, agricultural products, livestock, gold, silver, minerals and found items.Seeing the importance of zakat, there must be a good manager in it. LAZNAS Baitul maal hidayatullah ponorogo is a national amil zakat institution which is engaged in the collection of zakat funds, which is found in almost every city in Indonesia.Because many amil zakat institutions, especially those in Ponorogo district, demand the Baitul maal hidayatullah ponorogo amil zakat institution to continue to improve the quality and professionalization as a good institution of competence and professionalism in collecting professional zakat funds.The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of professional zakat fundraising in Baitul maal hidayatullah ponorogo.This research method is to use a qualitative method using a case study approach.The results of this study The strategy carried out by baitul maal hidayatullah ponorogo uses direct and indirect strategies,the strategy carried out by Baitul Maal Hidayatullah directly by using education to the community in Ponorogo is door to door and through social media.It is proven to be successful where the professional zakat funds collected have increased every year.
