Background : Excessive workload, stress, and, genetic disorders are the main reason for the increasing prevalence of Type II diabetes in India. Teneligliptin, is a potent Dipeptidyl peptidase (DPP-4) inhibitor that exerts its action in Type II diabetes mellitus. Teneligliptin mainly acts by increasing insulin levels and decreasing glucagon levels in the circulation in a glucose-dependent manner. It offers sufficient glycemic control in a period of 12 weeks ad is also tolerable by renal-impaired patients. Methods: Six formulations of teneligliptin tablets were prepared by using different ratios of MCC, maize starch, HPMC, HPC, aerosol, and magnesium stearate. The prepared tablets were evaluated in terms of friability, hardness, disintegration, and dissolution rate profile Results: Out of all six formulations, F4 reflects better tablet characteristics as compared to the rest five formulations Conclusions: F4 turns out to be the best formulation of the present study and can be used for commercial production.

Methods: This study uses a quantitative survey method. The research sample based on purposive sampling technique was conducted on 60 respondents who were Indonesian adolescents who actively played online games. The instruments used are Scales of Game Addiction for Adolescents and The Beck Depression Inventory Results: The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression test with the SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows program. The results of the linear regression analysis test indicate that there is a significant relationship between online game addiction and depression. This is evidenced by the acquisition of a simple linear regression test significance value of 0.393 (<0.05). Conclusion: The online game addiction has significant association with depression in Indonesian adolescents.

Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever is an infectious ailment that exhibits a significantly elevated incidence rate in Indonesia. Dengue hemorrhagic fever can be classified into primary and secondary infection, where the secondary infection tends to cause more severe clinical manifestations. Hematocrit and platelet count are essential parameters observed in dengue hemorrhagic fever. This study aimed to analysed the existence of statistically significant differences in the level of hematocrit and platelet count between primary and secondary dengue hemorrhagic fever infections. Methods: This study applied analytical observational cohort design with 60 samples in the form of medical record and laboratory data of hematocrit level and platelet count from patients diagnosed with dengue hemorrhagic fever. Results: The results reveal significant differences in hematocrit and platelet values between primary and secondary DHF infection. Hematocrit value arises 2.73% higher (p = 0.043) and the platelet count drops 50,500/μl lower (p = 0.00) in secondary dengue hemorrhagic fever infection. Conclusions: Significant differences of hematocrit and platelet values were found between primary and secondary dengue hemorrhagic infection. Clinicians should increase wary of secondary dengue hemorrhagic fever infected patients due to more severe clinical manifestations.

Background: Pneumonia is an acute lower respiratory tract infection that affects the lung tissue (alveoli) and is the single biggest cause of death in children under 5 years old. Several factors cause pneumonia, namely, environmental factors, individual child factors, and behavioral factors . The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the physical home environment and behavior with the incidence of pneumonia in children. Methods: This research is an analytic observational study using a Cross Sectional Study design. The population of this study was all mothers who had children aged 0-59 months in 2021 with a total of 1,045 people and 92 samples were obtained from the slovin formula. Results: We found that out of 92 children who had pneumonia, around 34 children( 37 %) had poor lighting, 34 children ( 37 %) had floors that did not meet the requirements, 36 (39.1%) had ventilation that did not meet the requirements, 20 children(21.7%) family members had a habit of smoking inside the house and 37 (30.2%) house windows that were not opened frequently. The results of statistical tests using the Chi-Square Test concluded that lighting, house floors, ventilation, smoking habits and the habit of opening windows were significantly related to the incidence of pneumonia in children with a p-value of 0.00 ; 0.002 ; 0.004; 0.005; 0.015 respectively. Conclusions: Physical environmental factors of the house, lighting conditions, floors and ventilation that do not meet the requirements, and factors of smoking behavior and rarely opening the windows of the house are causes of pneumonia in children.

Background : The quality of services and facilities at the health centre which are still very limited have resulted in complaints that are often heard from health service users in the form of low loyalty to the health services provided which can lead to a decrease in the number of visits over time. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of service and facilities at the health centre with inpatient loyalty Methods: The type of research used is quantitative research with a Cross Sectional Study design. The population in this study were all patients who had been hospitalized at the health centre, with a total sample of 95 patients selected using a simple random sampling technique. Results: The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the patient's perceived low loyalty was 17( 29.82 % )in patients with poor reliability assessment, 27 ( 47.37 %) in patients with poor responsiveness, 9 ( 33.33 %) in patients with poor attention and23 ( 40.35 %) in patients who felt that the health centre facilities were lacking. The results of statistical tests using the Chi-Square test obtained a significance value that was lower than the alpha value so that it could be concluded that the variables of reliability, responsiveness, attention, health center facilities had an effect on inpatient loyalty with the value of each p- value: 0.000; 0.020; 0.031; 0.049. Conclusion: This study proves that the reliability, responsiveness, attention and facilities of the health centre are related to inpatient loyalty. There needs to be a policy by the service provider, in this case, the manager of the Health centre staff in improving the quality of health centre services.
