Abstract

This study aims to and reveal the values of family harmony contained in the film Keluarga Cemara, especially in certain dialogues. This study uses library research using descriptive analysis methods, namely collecting data, or clarifying, compiling and interpreting it using the Van Dijk discourse analysis approach. Analyzing how the discourse strategy is used to describe a person or a particular event as in this study wants to reveal the meaning contained in the dialogue of the Cemara Family film. The barometer of family harmony theory that the researchers chose in this study. There are three aspects of family harmony that researchers mean, namely: affection, communication and cooperation. From the research it was concluded that the harmony of the Cemara Family film can be used as a guide or example of a film that represents family harmony in reality based on the Gunarsa theory that the researcher uses. In the film Keluarga Cemara it is represented that the economy is not a determinant of family harmony. Harmony is represented in the form of affection, togetherness, understanding, cooperation, acceptance and a fair distribution of tasks based on agreement. Based on the research findings, it is recommended that film can be used as an effective media representation.

Abstract

Planning is one of the vital functions in project management activities. One of the plans is to make a Budget Plan (RAB). In the writing process, the author uses 2 methods, namely RAB which refers to the PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 1 of 2022 and RAB which refers to field conditions (contractors). The author conducts an basically the RAB contractor is made as economical as possible. If it is too low, it will pose a risk to the contractor. If it is too high, the contractor is less likely to win the tender. The author conducts a planning analysis because in reality the contractor's RAB with PUPR no. 1 Year 2022 will be different in cost and time because it is influenced by factors such as wages, material prices, equipment prices, worker coefficients and components in AHSP. This analysis was conducted with the aim of knowing the comparison of the contractor's RAB with PUPR No. 1 Year 2022. Based on the case study conducted on the Rectorate Building Project of the Indonesian International Islamic University (UIII), the author will calculate the cost and time of the Ministerial Regulation No. 1 Year 2022 with contractors. This research was conducted only to review the structure of the rectorate building. Planning is done by calculating the volume, AHSP, RAB, weight and duration of work. The cost of the contractor structure work is Rp. 52,081,676,945.61 with a duration of 346 days. The results of the planning with the guidelines for the PUPR regulation No. 1 of 2022 obtained a cost of Rp. 53,022,244,952.58 with a duration of 275 days and the difference in costs is Rp. 940,568,006.96 and a duration of 7 days.

Abstract

Housing is one of the main human needs. The increase in population has caused consumer demand for housing products to also increase and is a business opportunity for housing developers. This study aims to determine the effect of price, location and social media advertising on consumer purchasing decisions. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method, followed by filling out a questionnaire by 100 respondents. The statistical test used SPSS version 25 with the stages of instrument testing, namely validity and reliability tests, the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The partial results of the study show that price has no effect on consumer purchasing decisions, while location and social media advertising have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the price, location and social media advertising variables have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to test Superbokashi to control soil health and fertility naturally. This research was conducted on land with lateritic soil structures used for coffee plantations by observing the distribution pattern of Electrolyte conductivity levels at each soil depth through microbial activity. Where it spreads through two types of bioholes, namely horizontal and vertical bioholes. This study observed over a period of time through a microcontroller sensor the changes in soil parameters such as: soil acidity level, infiltration rate, electrolyte conductivity level and porosity level which were observed from the soil infiltration rate. Using the simulation method with two (2) types of bioholes, it can be seen the increase in EC at each depth over a certain period of time. This method uses Smart Biosoildam (Biodam) technology which can be simulated to match the actual process (real time). From the observation of the graphs and EC standards, it can be seen that the ability of the soil to provide nutrients in the root growth zone can be used as information to determine the schedule and pattern of planting distribution both during the vegetative growth period and the generative growth period. So that it can be known the effective spacing and biohole spacing in order to be able to provide nutrition during the vegetative and generative periods. The distribution of nutrients can be monitored through sensors that convert analog parameters on the microprocessor into digital information that is sent via wifi in real time. Simulation of sandy beach soil fertility based on microbial population = 108/cfu. Variable 1: The soil fertility value of the electrolyte conductivity/EC value at a depth of 26 cm from 650 uS/cm to 1338 uS/cm on day 35 and from 1338 uS/cm decreased to 1090 uS/cm on day 40. Variable 2: Soil fertility values from electrolyte conductivity / EC values at a depth of 24 cm from 650 uS / cm to 1268 uS / cm on day 35 & from 1368 uS / cm decreased to 1142 uS / cm on day 40.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of the soil layer to distribute nutrients and restore soil health and fertility due to the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Through controlled microbial activity by spreading through horizontal bioholes, through a microcontroller, this research observes in a period of time the changes in: soil acidity, infiltration rate, electrolyte conductivity level and porosity level through this is done on clay soil, especially for vegetable plantations, soil infiltration rate . Using a simulation method with variable microbial populations, the level of electrolyte conductivity (EC) and other parameters can be determined. This method uses Smart Biosoildam (Biodam) technology which can be simulated to match the actual process (real time). From the observation of the chart and the EC standard, it can be seen that the soil's ability to reduce acid levels and increase fertility. This type of soil until the 45th day the soil fertility level has not reached = 700 uS/cm with a microbial population = 10 3 / cfu to support the vegetative growth period as well as during the generative growth period, so we will know when is the right time to carry out: soil restoration through infiltration of nutrients, early planting of tubers/flowers/fruits can be conditioned. until cooked based on the nutritional value observed through a sensor that converts analog parameters by the microcontroller into digital information sent via wifi in real time. The initial conditions before simulating soil fertility values with EC parameters were 344 uS/cm, the simulation results were: Simulation 1: The nutrient content for generative growth was reached on day 27 with a fertility level of = 825 uS/cm with a Microbial Population of 10 8 / cfu. Simulation 2: Nutrient content for generative growth was achieved on day 45 at fertility level = 900 uS/cm with microbial population = 105/cfu. Simulation 3: nutrient content for generative growth cannot be observed.
