Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine, test and analyze the effect of competence on the effectiveness of SPIP, the effect of independence on the effectiveness of SPIP, the effect of APIP’S work experience on the effectiveness of SPIP, the influence of competence on the effectiveness of SPIP through APIP’s work experience and the influence of independence on the effectiveness of SPIP through APIP’s work experience. The type of research in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach using primary data and data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to the inspectorate of the provincial government of north sumatera, Indonesia. The population of this study were all government internal supervisory officerseho served in the inspectorate of the government of north sumatera province totaling 680 people. The method of determining the sample is the proportional stratified random sampling method which is taken randomly and stratified using the slovin formula. The sample in this study was 87 people. The data was processed using the SEM method with the help of the Smart PLS analysis tool. The results of this study prove that there is an influence of competence on the Effectiveness of SPIP, the influence of Independence on the Effectiveness of SPIP, the influence of APIP's Work Experience on the Effectiveness of SPIP, the influence of Competence on the Effectiveness of SPIP through APIP's Work Experience and the influence of Independence on the Effectiveness of SPIP through APIP's Work Experience.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1.) Assess the quality improvement of educational institutions at SD Muhammadiyah Karangkajen IV 2.) Find alternative formulations of strategic management of Muhammadiyah educational institutions in improving school quality. This research is a case study research that is qualitative in nature, using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation of Muhammadiyah educational institutions. The data analysis technique uses the theory of Miles and Huberman with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the management of quality management in schools is input, process and output that involves all stakeholders. The school first formulates the school's vision and mission by considering the internal and external factors of the school environment, then formulating the goals and targets of school quality followed by determining the strategy that will be used by the school for the realization of all agreed quality targets. The implementation of the strategy carried out by SD Muhammadiyah Karangkajen IV in improving the quality of schools is to describe and implement all the strategies that have been formulated in the form of programmed and measurable activities. The evaluation of the strategy used by SD Muhammadiyah IV is through formal and informal meetings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the educational game "I take care of myself" on the sexual knowledge of children aged 5-6 years. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods. The design used is the Pre-Experimental Design with the form of One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study at Harapan Bunda Telanaipura Kindergarten were 40 children. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, 14 children. The instrument used is the observation sheet. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study prove that ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? ie 16.125 > 2.179 at a significance level α = 0.05 this means that there is an influence from the educational game media "I significantly use" on sexual knowledge of kindergarten children 5-6 years in Harapan Bunda, Telanaipura District, namely on strong interpretation with a value of 3.17 which is in the range > 1.00 with a strong interpretation (Strong Effect). Thus the educational game media "I take care of myself" can be used in early childhood learning in schools to increase children's sexual knowledge.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud mengembangkan model pendidikan karakter berbasis e-learning untuk anak usia dini di TK Negeri Semarang. Sebagaimana uraian di atas, permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: pengembangan model pendidikan karakter berbasis e-learning untuk anak usia dini di TK Negeri Semarang. Merujuk pada penelitian yang akan dilakukan, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah Berdasarkan tabel hasil Paired Sample Statistics, rata-rata yang diperoleh dari percobaan tahap pertama adalah 49,70 dengan standar deviasi yang diperoleh sebesar 3.268 dan standar error rata-rata 1.033. Sedangkan pada eksperimen tahap kedua diperoleh hasil rata-rata 62,50 dengan standar deviasi 5,318 dan standar error mean 1,682. Nilai tersebut diperoleh dari 10 responden yang memasukkan data di setiap sekolah sampel. Uji Sampel Berpasangan Berdasarkan tabel di atas diketahui bahwa nilai t> t tabel (0.064> 0.062) dan signifikansi <0.05 (0.00 <0.05), maka Ho ditolak, maka terdapat perbedaan keefektifan pembelajaran sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Bahan Ajar Multimedia sebesar 0,64.

Abstract

This study aims to partially and simultaneously test the influence of price, product quality and halal label on the purchasing decision of Xing Fu Tang beverage. This research is a descriptive quantitative study. The population in this study was students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta who bought Xing Fu Tang beverage, while the sample collected in this study was as many as 42 respondents. The sampling technique used accidental sampling techniques. The data obtained was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study showed that the variables of price and product quality had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Xing Fu Tang beverage, while the variable of halal label had no significant effect on the purchasing decision of Xing Fu Tang beverage.

Abstract

The research entitled Airline Liability Related to Flight Cancellations Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic aims first to find out the form of airline liability related to flight cancellations due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The second is to determine the suitability of the implementation of the Refund Ticket against the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM 25 of 2020. The research method used in this thesis is a normative legal research method, namely by examining the norms and principles that apply to positive law, as well as research that examine document studies, namely using various secondary data such as laws and regulations, court decisions, legal theory, and can be in the form of opinions of scholars, not only that this type of normative research uses qualitative analysis. From the research results it can be concluded First: that the form of airline liability related to flight cancellations due to the Covid-19 Pandemic is regulated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 25 of 2020. Which in the Minister of Transportation Regulation regulates flights that are canceled due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the responsibility Airline claim is in the form of a full or 100% refund of ticket costs to prospective passengers whose tickets have been canceled on the dates specified in the Minister of Transportation Regulation. Second: the implementation of ticket refunds in other Minister of Transportation Regulations is in the form of refunding ticket fees in accordance with the provisions. Furthermore, the conformity of the refund ticket implementation in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 25 of 2020 stipulates that the form is in the form of a coupon or voucher.

Abstract

So far, the process carried out by users or document owners to convert written documents into digital format must be processed manually, namely by retyping the document. Moreover, the documents to be converted are complex will be very difficult to do. Retyping that is too Long will be prone to typing errors and require more thorough editing. The process can be helped by making an application to convert image format files into text format files equipped with image compression techniques so that when uploading images to the application does not take too long. Making an application extracts files with image extensions into txt extension files using the waterfall method with four stages, namely stage (1). needs analysis, (2). designing, (3) coding, (4) testing. The output of this research is an application to extract image extension files into txt extension files that are expected to meet user needs and expectations and have a good level of accuracy and performance so that it can provide benefits in sorting or converting image extension files into txt extension files.

Abstract

Stunting is caused by interaction of various complex factors, including breastfeeding practice. Exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months was found to be effective in maintaining optimal growth in infants. However, previous studies have shown controversial results regarding the benefits of breastfeeding for stunting prevention. Thus, this systematic review aims to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding on stunting prevention in toddlers age 6-59 months in Indonesia. Literature search was carried out systematically based on PRISMA guidelines in international databases such as Embase, PubMed, Sage, Scopus, and ProQuest. Study quality was assessed using the Newcastle Ottawa Scale for cohort and case control studies, while the Joanna Briggs Institute criteria were used to assess cross-sectional studies. 17 studies were found to meet the criteria and presented qualitatively. Seven studies showed significant increase in stunting incidence in children not exclusively breastfed. The relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and stunting is influenced by other factors such as economic level, mother's occupation, maternal malnutrition, low birth weight, low birth length, and intrauterine growth restriction. Exclusive breastfeeding a determinant that has the potential to reduce the incidence of stunting in children under 5 years. Stunting prevention strategies can aim to educate and increase public awareness about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding. Nonetheless, stunting is related to various complex factors, so systemic changes to social, economic, cultural, and maternal factors must still be pursued.

Abstract

The current rapid development of technology or commonly referred to as the industrial era 4.0, which affects individuals in interacting. The emergence of the term industry 4.0 has also affected significant changes in economic patterns and income and quality of life, which has an impact on the use of a payment system based on the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard. Even though it has a positive impact on its use QRIS is a payment method that is still in the process of being developed, does it have certain legal protections given to its consumers? Therefore this study aims to see more clearly what kind of protection is provided by electronic transaction operators to their consumers. This study uses a descriptive normative method with qualitative techniques. The results of this study are that the application of QRIS as a payment method is protected by several regulations issued by Bank Indonesia institutions as well as regulations issued by government regulations and the Consumer Protection Act, which provide security and convenience for consumers in transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) how is the quality of service provided by Shopee and Tokopedia, (2) the gap between the performance and expectations of Shopee and Tokopedia users on the quality of service of Shopee and Tokopedia, (3) what attributes are considered important by users Shopee and Tokopedia originating from Majalengka Regency are in accordance with the seven dimensions of SERVQUAL (4) proposed priority actions for what can be done to improve the quality of Shopee and Tokopedia services. This type of research is a quantitative research with a questionnaire method. The analysis used is Gap Analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The calculation process uses SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that (1) seen from the difference test, the level of conformity analysis and the reality-expectation gap analysis based on the seven dimensions of SERVQUAL, the quality of Shopee and Tokopedia services is good in meeting the expectations of Shopee and Tokopedia users, (2 ) the average gap on Shopee's service quality attributes is negative except for the attributes on the dimensions of fulfillment, reliability, and contact. While all the attributes of Tokopedia's service quality are negative, (3) Based on the mapping on Shopee's service quality, there are 2 attributes that are considered important by Shopee users and need priority action. Whereas for the Tokopedia application, there are 3 attributes that are considered important, (4) evaluating and improving based on the mapping results through a Cartesian diagram on 2 Shopee attributes and 3 Tokopedia attributes that require priority action.
