This study entitled "The Influence of Synthetic Structural Analytical Methods (SAS) on Improving Beginning Reading Ability." Covid-19. Yesterday's pandemic conditions left a number of interesting things in education, such as learning that is done online and is less effective. This is because those who have just learned to read at the beginning will have difficulty increasing their abilities. Online learning conditions do not allow teachers and students to meet face to face, while in learning to read the beginning it must be carried out directly. There are several indicators that cause reading difficulties in students, some of which are as follows. 1) students do not know the letters 2) students do not know the meaning of the sentences read. Therefore, researchers tested the use of the SAS method as a method of learning to read beginning. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach to the experimental method in improving the reading ability of grade 1 students at SDN 2 Ciudian Singajaya. The design in this study was a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental. The research population was class I students at SDN 2 Ciudian Singajaya with a total of 17 people using the quota (population) sampling technique. The data collection techniques are in the form of tests and observations. Testing the difference in values is only carried out on the average of the two values, and for this purpose a technique called the z-test is used. The results obtained were: (1) the average ability obtained by students before being treated with the SAS method (pretest) was 81.37 (Enough); (2) the ability of the average score of students after being treated with the SAS method (post-test) is 91.17 (Very Good); (3) this study resulted in an acceptable H1, namely the use of the SAS method was effective in improving the reading ability of class I students at SDN 2 Ciudian Singajaya.

This research is entitled "Structure and Culture Analysis of Islamic Boarding Schools in Habiburrahman El Shirazy's Novel Bidadari Bermata Bening". This research was carried out due to the good things in the novel which should be used as examples, role models, and learning media for students to improve character (character) according to what is contained in the 2013 curriculum. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. The object of this study is the novel Bidadari Bermata Bening by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The results of the research show that the novel Bidadari Bermata Bening has a logical and chronological storytelling structure. The theme raised in the story is the culture of the pesantren. The background taken is the location of the Islamic boarding school with figures who uphold the culture of the Islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding school culture which is characteristic of Islamic boarding schools includes several aspects, namely boarding, piety, humility, and fortitude.

The problem with this research is that the participation of the people of Pandeglang Regency in the 2020 elections has not reached the target expected by the Pandeglang Regency KPU; the low level of community participation in several sub-districts in Pandeglang Regency in casting their right to vote; and the lack of socialization carried out by the Pandeglang Regency KPU in an effort to increase voter participation in Pandeglang Regency. The lack of coordination between the KPU of Pandeglang Regency and the DISKOMINFO Service regarding the use of social and electronic media has not been maximized in facilitating the delivery of information about the regional elections. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe how the Pandeglang Regency KPU Strategy will increase voter participation in the simultaneous local elections in Pandeglang Regency in 2020. This research uses the theory of SWOT analysis techniques according to Kotler (2008: 88). The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The results showed that the strategies used by the Pandeglang Regency KPU to increase voter participation included: mutual cooperation between Pandeglang Regency KPU members in conducting elections; continuous technical guidance and training to improve the performance of regional elections in Pandeglang Regency in 2020; Utilizing electronic media and internet media in validating voter data and serving the public to maximize socialization at various levels of society The achievement of this strategy that has not been maximized is inseparable from the limited human resources, limited budget of the KPU, Pandeglang Regency KPU only relying on conventional socialization, Pandeglang Regency KPU not utilizing social media in outreach, limited facilities and infrastructure, and there are still many DPT problems.

Rastiani. 2019. The Impact of Teacher Questioning on Creating Interaction in EFL: A Discourse Analysis (A Descriptive Qualitative Research at SMP Mataram). This study examines the effect of questions on fostering interactions in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom. It also seeks to determine the characteristics of questions that encourage increased classroom interaction. Data were collected through EFL classroom video recordings that were analyzed using the Discourse Analysis technique. Participants in this study were students of SMPN Mataram. First, participating classes are videotaped and the data collected is transcribed. The questions asked in each class are then divided into two groups: questions that are considered to increase class interaction and questions that fail to create class interaction. Finally, the defining features of each group of questions are determined. The results show that the impact of teacher questions in creating classroom interaction is effective. In other words, several types of questions significantly increase class interaction.

Makalah ini membahas metafor yang yang ada di dalam novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wjik karya Hamka. Makalah ini ditulis berdasarkan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori semiotika. Ditemukan bahwa ada sejumlah metafor yang dipakai oleh penulisnya. Jenis-jenis metafor tersebut cukup beragam yaitu: metafora antromorfik, metafor kehewanan, metafor abstrak ke konkrit, dan metafor sinestesia. Hal ini menjadikan karya ini “indah” secara penyajian kebahasaannya, di samping indah atau estetis secara isi cerita. Dengan demikian, keberadaan metafor yang muncul dalam karya novel tersebut menjadikan karya fiksi ini semangat memperkuat bahwa karya novel ini ddapat dikategorikan sebagai karya utama (masterpiece)

This research examines how a sign works so that it impresses a meaning on the object of the Dilan 1990 movie poster. Posters are a tool for publication media or communication media which is a work of graphic art consisting of a combination of image and writing compositions on large or small paper. and has a very vital function in the marketing of film works. Dilan 1990 is an Indonesian drama genre film produced by Falcon Pictures and Max Pictures fronted by Fajar Bustomi as director and Pidi Baiq as director and story writer Dilan. The data were obtained through a literature review process and then dissected using Saussure's semiotic theory, supported by Darmaprawira's color theory, and Horby's poster theory. The results of the study show that the use of illustrations of the two main characters with the properties of an old motorbike, the title headline, and the subheadline that contains information, in general, can describe the story that will be shown in the film.

The existence of the Ar-Rahman Mosque which is located on Jalan Ciliwung, Bendo Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City has its own uniqueness which is different from mosques in general. The uniqueness is in the form of an architecture similar to the Nabawi Mosque in Medina, so that the surrounding community and from outside are interested in visiting the Ar-Rahman Mosque, Blitar City. This is thought to have a positive impact on the surrounding community who have MSME businesses. This study aims to reveal the impact of socio-economic conditions felt by the surrounding community after the existence of the Ar-Rahman Mosque. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with MSME traders, visitors from the Ar-Rahman Mosque, people who live around the Ar-Rahman Mosque and managers from the Ar-Rahman Mosque. The results of this study indicate that the entire surrounding community is able to adapt to changes in socio-economic conditions after the existence of the Ar-Rahman mosque in Blitar City. They are capable of entrepreneurship by establishing micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs. The existence of the Ar-Rahman Mosque is able to improve the community's economy, the community can integrate with the mosque so that it has a positive impact on each other. The mosque tries to maintain the good values and norms that have been established between the community and the mosque management.

This research is motivated by the attention of researchers when teachers carry out science learning by utilizing nature and the surrounding environment as natural science learning resources. This research aims to: 1). Describe the use of the surrounding natural environment as a source of learning in science content for class V at MI Darul Hikmah. 2). Describe the weakness of using the surrounding natural environment as a source of learning content for class V MI Darul Hikmah Science class. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data sources in this study were school principals, fifth grade science teachers, and fifth grade students at MI Darul Hikmah Darek. The data analysis technique used by researchers namely data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. Then the validity is checked by increasing persistence/persistence, triangulation and adequacy of references. This research shows that the use of the surrounding natural environment as a source of learning in science content for class V has been carried out properly and in accordance with the steps in learning, namely planning, implementing, and evaluating. The purpose of learning is to utilize the environment as a learning resource to equip students with meaningful experiences and strong memories that affect students' critical thinking skills and learning outcomes. The process of using the environment as a learning resource aims to overcome the shortage of science learning resources which are covered through the use of open nature such as rice fields and objects that exist in nature such as rocks, wood and soil. Regardless of that. In addition, the utilization of the surrounding natural environment as a source of natural science content learning aims to equip students with meaningful experiences and strong memories of a science concept. In addition, the use of the natural environment as a natural science learning resource is applied as an alternative solution in overcoming the limitations of supporting facilities and infrastructure learning activities.

This study aims to increase the learning activeness of students by using a project-based learning model (PJBL). This type of research is class action research. Data collection methods are using observation sheets and questionnaires. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN 02 Tebaban. Fourth grade students totaled 18 people, consisting of 12 male students and 6 female students. The results showed an increase in student learning activeness. The results of observation of students' learning activeness showed that in the pre-cycle the activeness of students was only 52%, then increased to 60% in cycle I, and increased again to 72% in cycle II. Then the results of the learning activeness questionnaire from students also showed a similar increase. In the pre-cycle, the results of the analysis showed that the learning activeness of students was 57%, then increased to 70% in cycle I, and increased again in cycle II to 77%.

Based on The Letter of Staffing Bureau Head Number SEK.2.KP.06.02-320 dated June 23rd, 2023, supervising officers in the environment of Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia who do not follow The Supervisor Leadership Training (PKP) yet reached 1.688 people. With the limited quota every year, then that number is an urgent need and must be solved immediately. The purpose of this research was to find out why there are still many officers in the environment of Ministry of Law and Human Rights who do not follow PKP yeat and the strategy of Law and Human Rights BPSDM in carrying out the acceleration of organizing the supervisor leadership training for the supervising officers who do not follow PKP yet. The research method used was qualitative research method. The researcher chose human capital management theory proposed by Adeniji A. Anthonia and Osibanjo A. Otomayo who identified that the human capital is one of 4 (four) types of assets managed in in the organization, included the others are physical asset, the financial asset, human asset, and intangible asset. The research results showed that the financial asset in this case is the limited budget became the main factor of the high need of PKP nowadays. To identify the obstacles and arrange the acceleration strategy of PKP accomplishment in details require 4 (four) types of supporting assets started from the physical asset such as the land, building, and the supporting facility, then the human asset related to the participant and the trainers, while the financial asset is related to the budget and the intangible asset is related to the mechanism of planning and the organization culture. The suggestion which can be given is so that BPSDM of Law and Human Rights coordinate with The General Secretariat for the budget support needed and coordinate with The State Administration Institution as the guiding institution.
