Abstract

Learning media can be defined as anything that can be used to communicate ideas and arouse students' interest and motivation while stimulating their own mental processes. The aim of this research is to develop a video-based learning media containing animations that explain physical phenomena in momentum and impulse materials using the Canva Pro application. This research is development research using the Research and Development (R&D) method and the model used is the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation and eval___uation). This product was validated by 1 media expert, 2 material experts, 3 teacher responses and 35 class XI students. In the initial stage, a validation test was carried out by media experts, material experts and teacher responses. Then test the effectiveness of the media in the form of animated audio visuals and validation tests by students. The media expert validation results obtained an average of 95.00% which is included in the Valid criteria, for the material expert and teacher validation results obtained the Very Valid category with results of 81.82% and 81.82% respectively. 97, 06%, the student validation test obtained a result of 89.6% which is included in the Very Good criteria. The results of the eval___uation of the understanding of the concept of material physics, Momentum and Impulse, with a total of 20 essay questions, if calculated, the percentage result is 76%. It can be concluded that this animated video product based on the Canva Pro application can improve understanding of physics concepts in momentum and impulse material and can also increase motivation for student learning achievement and is suitable for use in the learning process

Abstract

Developing students' ideas or notions in learning activities by reconstructing them from observations through experiments is an important thing to do so that student learning outcomes can be achieved. This learning is known as the CLIS (Children Learning in Science) learning model. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the CLIS (Children Learning In Science) learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMAN 3 Kota Bima. This research uses a quantitative approach and a quasi-experimental method with a pretest and posttest design. This research sample used two classes XI MIPA 3 and XI MIPA 4 totaling 62 students with data collection techniques using questionnaires and multiple choice questions tests. The research data were analyzed using tests for normality, homogeneity, average standard deviation and independent sample T test. The results of the research showed that the average standard deviation of learning outcomes for experimental class students was 69.16 and that of the control class was 42.32. Meanwhile, the t-test obtained the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 < 0.05. If the asymp value is sig. <0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted (Ho is rejected). which means there is a significant difference in student learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of differentiation in the independent learning curriculum on student learning outcomes at SMAS AL KHITAB AL ISLAMY students in Bima City. This research is a study that pays attention to 3 aspects of students' learning needs, namely learning readiness, interests and learning profiles. Readiness to learn is related to the skills and knowledge that students already have. Interest is a desire or desire that exists within oneself, while the learning profile concerns everything that allows students to learn in the way they like. This research design is Quasi Experiment using 1 experimental class, in the implementation of which there is a pretest and posttest. The population in this study were all class X students of SMAS AL KHITAB AL ISLAMY Bima City, with a sample of class experiment. Data collection using test question sheet Essay as many as 6 numbers, namely using the initial test (pre-test) and final test (Post-test) after being given treatment. The validity test of the instrument is carried out by Product Moment. The reliability test for the tets instrument about improving learning outcomes is calculated using a formula Alpha Cronbach. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the t test technique. The research results show the t-test, Based on the results obtained, it can be shown that the value of tcount = 11.97106802 with significance level = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (dk) = n1+n2 -2 = 36, so we get ttable = 17.581495 . From the calculation results obtained tcount < ttable means the hypothesis test is accepted.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of students' ability to solve problems in using the independent curriculum, where in this curriculum students are required to be independent in learning. So that certain models are sought in learning to improve this. So researchers use models problem solving as one of the learning models that will be used in this research. In this research there are 4 (four) indicators of problem solving, namely identifying problems, formulating problems, implementing strategies, verifying solutions. This research aims to determine the effect of the independent curriculum on the problem solving abilities of students at SMP Negeri 11 Bima City. This research design uses Quasi Experiment with one experimental class. The data collection technique uses essay test sheets, namely the initial test (pre-test) before being given treatment and the final test (post-test) after being given treatment. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the paired sample t-test technique, based on the results of the data analysis obtained it can be shown that tcount = 14.5775236 with a significance level = 0.05 so that t is obtainedtable = 14.88399. From the calculation results obtained tcount < ttable then it is concluded that Ha accepted

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effect of using PhET-based learning media on the interest and learning outcomes of physics students at SMPN 6 Kota Bima. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. This research involved two groups, namely the experimental class which used PhET media and the control class which used conventional methods. The research results showed that the use of PhET media significantly increased students' interest in learning, with the average learning interest score for experimental class students reaching 71.29 (high category), compared to the control class of 47.79 (fairly high category). Apart from that, student learning outcomes also showed a significant increase with the average post-test score for the experimental class being 82, while the control class only reached 64. Based on the t-test results, there was a significant difference between the two groups with a calculated t value of 4.865 ( p < 0.05), which shows that PhET media is more effective in improving student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods (package books).
