Abstract

Adolescence is a crucial phase for identity formation and the development of social relationships. However, not all relationships established by adolescents are healthy. One increasingly common phenomenon is Obsessive Love Disorder (OLD), a psychological condition in which an individual becomes excessively obsessed with another person, often leading to possessive and controlling behavior. This disorder negatively impacts adolescents’ emotional and social development. This study aims to examine the effects of OLD on adolescents and to propose effective awareness strategies. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through a literature review. The findings suggest that raising awareness about the dangers of OLD should not rely solely on conventional methods such as seminars, but must also utilize social media platforms. In particular, educational videos are a relevant and engaging medium for the digital generation. Creative and contextual education is expected to help adolescents build healthy, non-obsessive relationships.

Abstract

Issues of hunger and food security (SDG 2: Zero Hunger) are increasingly evident in urban areas, including Cengkareng Timur, West Jakarta. This condition highlights the need for more contextual and sustainable involvement of churches. This article aims to formulate a Contextual Christian Religious Education (CRE) Model based on the Gospel of Mark 6:30–44 as a strategy for empowering congregations to respond to local food vulnerability. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at GBI Serafim Cengkareng Timur through the Berbagi Makan Siang Gratis food ministry program. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that Mark 6:30–44 contains key values—compassion, congregational participation, sharing practices, and the fulfillment of basic needs—which are relevant for moving Christian education from faith instruction toward social action. Based on these findings, this study formulates the R.O.T.I Model (Simple, Authentic, Transformative, and Implementative) as a contextual CRE model that encourages congregational engagement and supports the practical achievement of SDG 2.

Abstract

Indonesia's religious diversity is both a national treasure and a potential source of religious conflict if the government lacks a robust mechanism to regulate interfaith coexistence. In recent years, the government has attempted to foster tolerance and moderation among religious communities, but in reality, cases of interfaith intolerance remain frequent. These incidents of intolerance not only result in financial losses but also psychological trauma and a sense of insecurity in religious practice and worship. This fact indicates that tolerance in religious moderation and the implementation of the first principle of Pancasila, "Belief in the One and Only God," have not been optimally implemented. This research was conducted as an effort to strengthen tolerance in religious moderation in Indonesia through the application of Daniel's spirituality. A person's spiritual life in God will build a strong faith and tolerance towards fellow religious people by rejecting all forms of violence in the name of religion. Daniel's success as a moderate and tolerant figure in Babel can be a reference for the life of tolerance between religious communities in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research method with an interpretive-theological literature study approach, where the researcher interprets the book of Daniel and studies various writings in books and previous research. The results of this study show that Daniel's spirituality is very relevant to strengthening tolerance in religious moderation, namely by building a commitment to the value of truth without fanaticism, respecting and supporting the government and applicable state laws, and spiritual integrity that brings tolerance and social justice.

Abstract

Meskipun hidup sebagai generasi yang paling terkoneksi secara digital, Generasi Z justru menghadapi krisis isolasi eksistensial yang akut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelusuri paradoks tersebut dengan mengeksplorasi pengalaman hidup (lived experience) Generasi Z guna merumuskan kerangka pastoral-pedagogis yang relevan dalam Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK). Menggunakan desain fenomenologi hermeneutik, penelitian kualitatif ini melibatkan partisipan dari Rehobot College Community dan divalidasi melalui peer debriefing dengan pakar filsafat dan teologi. Temuan penelitian mengungkap empat tema eksistensial utama: (1) Nir-kerentanan, di mana ruang digital mengikis kedalaman relasi yang otentik; (2) Eskapisme estetis (aesthetic escapism), yang mencerminkan konflik antara realitas hidup dan citra maya; (3) Kelumpuhan dalam memilih (choice paralysis), yang dipicu oleh kecemasan di tengah dunia yang serba tidak pasti ; dan (4) Penarikan diri secara spiritual (spiritual withdrawal), yang disebabkan oleh rasa malu dan distorsi konsep anugerah. Sebagai respons, penelitian ini mengusulkan "Kerangka Pastoral-Pedagogis Dialektis" meliputi pedagogi kerentanan, validasi pastoral, pedagogi pilihan, dan pastoral anugerah untuk mentransformasi kerapuhan remaja menjadi jati diri yang otentik di hadapan Tuhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis transformasi budaya dan identitas dari nilai-nilai sakral menjadi nilai-nilai simbolik dalam konteks masyarakat konsumtif di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif yang disertai analisis antropologis dan refleksi budaya, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pergeseran mendasar dalam sistem makna sosial, di mana nilai-nilai spiritual dan komunal semakin tergeser oleh logika citra konsumen, gaya hidup, dan status. Proses komodifikasi, medialisasi, dan individualisasi digambarkan sebagai mekanisme kunci yang membentuk identitas subjek modern, yang cenderung rapuh secara spiritual. Dalam konteks Indonesia, fenomena ini terlihat pada perubahan fungsi simbol-simbol budaya, ritual, dan praktik keagamaan, yang kini lebih berorientasi pada representasi sosial daripada kedalaman makna intrinsiknya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memudarnya dimensi sakral tidak hanya memicu krisis identitas dan makna dalam kehidupan, tetapi juga secara paradoks membuka ruang bagi munculnya bentuk baru spiritualitas budaya. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini mengusulkan perlunya resakralisasi simbolik, suatu gerakan reflektif, untuk mengembalikan kedalaman makna ke dalam simbol-simbol budaya konsumen sebagai jalan untuk pemulihan identitas di tengah arus cepat globalisasi.

Abstract

Korupsi merupakan persoalan struktural yang terus melemahkan integritas publik di Indonesia, termasuk di lingkungan perguruan tinggi keagamaan Kristen (PTKK). Berbagai kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan etika dan antikorupsi di PTKK masih cenderung normatif, individualistik, dan kurang mampu membentuk kesadaran kritis mahasiswa terhadap akar struktural korupsi. Artikel ini bertujuan merumuskan model konseptual pendidikan antikorupsi Kristen yang komprehensif melalui integrai sintesis teoretis antara penalaran moral kritis (Lawrence Kohlberg), pendidikan karakter (Thomas Lickona), dan pedagogi kritis-transformasional (Paulo Freire), dalam kerangka teologi publik dan profetik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif konseptual-kritis dengan metode analisis literatur dan refleksi teoretis terhadap konteks sosial, budaya, dan institusional pendidikan tinggi keagamaan Kristen di Indonesia. Hasil sintesis menghasilkan suatu paradigma model konseptual pendidikan antikorupsi Kristen dengan empat karakter epistemologis utama, yakni kritis, reflektif, komunitarian, dan profetik. Paradigma ini memandang pendidikan bukan sekadar transfer nilai moral, melainkan sebagai praksis pembebasan yang mengintegrasikan kemampuan analisis dilema moral, pembentukan kebajikan dalam komunitas, serta kesadaran kritis terhadap struktur sosial yang koruptif. Artikel ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kajian pendidikan antikorupsi berbasis teologi Kristen dengan menawarkan landasan paradigmatik yang dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pengembangan kurikulum, pedagogi, dan budaya akademik antikorupsi di PTKK.
