Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah Kualitas pelayanan Publik di desa Wana Kecamatan Melinting Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.   Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi yakni masyarakat desa Wana. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden yakni masyarakat desa Wana yang telah mendapatkan pelayanan. Teknik analisa data menggunakan metode tabel frekuensi dan t-tes satu sampel dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai Mean sebesar 36,83 dengan presentase antara 26-50%. Nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table yakni 152,147 1,98. Dengan demikian H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima, yakni kualitas pelayanan publik di desa Wana dibawah 50% dengan kriteria kurang baik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas pelayanan publik di Desa Wana Kecamatan Melinting Kabupaten Lampung Timur masuk dalam kategori kurang baik. Saran untuk pemerintah Desa Wana sebaiknya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dimuali dari aspek bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor yang mempengaruhi Kualitas Laporan Keuangan dengan Sistem Pengendalian Intern sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Merangin, Jambi. Metode penelitian ini metode penelitian kuantitatif, karena penelitian ini  disajikan dengan angka-angka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Pada penelitian ini populasi adalah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Merangin yang berjumlah 26 OPD terdiri dari 21 dinas dan 5 badan. peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 104 orang pada 26 OPD terdiri dari 21 dinas dan 5 badan dengan teknik Purposive sampling dimana setiap OPD diambil 4 orang berdasarkan jabatannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, uji parsial variabel Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP) (X1) didapatkan nilai thitung (3.338) ttabel (1, 984), Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) (X2) nilai thitung (-0.491) ttabel (1,998) Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (X3) nilai thitung (2.377) ttabel (1,984), Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah (X4) nilai thitung (2.130) ttabel (1,984),  hasil  uji secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung adalah 51.940 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 2.460. Sistem Pengendalian Intern dapat memoderasi hubungan antara Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah dengan Kualitas Laporan Keuangan OPD di Kabupaten Merangin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kepuasan konsumen yang berkomitmen secara mendalam untuk melakukan pembeli kembali produk maupun jasa. Penelitian ini dilalukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Perum BULOG Sub Divre Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner penelitian yang disebarkan kepada 100 orang responden sebagai sampel. Data diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dimana diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel dari bauran pemasaran yaitu produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen adalah variabel produk dan harga namun tidak signifikan sedangkan variabel promosi dan distribusi tidak terdapat hubungan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to support the awarding, VOI Managers and employee competencies on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Lampung branch of Sribahwono. The research method used is to use quantitative descriptive research methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Lampung sribahwono branch which distributed 13 people. The samples taken in this study were 13 people from all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Lampung Sribahwono branch. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling using saturated samples or often called total sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Model. The results showed there was an influence on employee performance, there was an increase in VOI Managers on employee performance, and there was an increase in employee competence on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Lampung branch of Sribahwono.

Abstract

Planning a good profit will affect the industry's success in obtaining the optimal profit. Profit planning contains measures that will be taken for the industry to reach the magnitude of the desire profit target. Analysis of the Break Even Point is one way or technique use by the leadership of the company to find out on the volume of production or sales volume what is the company operating under the conditions of no benefit nor suffer losses. In General, this analysis also provides information on the Margin of Safety that has uses as an indication and an overview to the management what is the drop in sales can be estimating so that the efforts undertaken do not suffer losses. The purpose of this study is to (1) know the sales volume of the banana chips business berkah jaya to achieve break even point in january until december 2016 (2) knowing the great margin of safety achieved by the banana chips business berkah jaya in january until december 2016 (3) know the minimum amount of sales to be achieved by the banana chips business berkah jaya in order to meet the desire profit target in january until december 2016. Type of this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The source of the data used in this research is the primary data and secondary data.The analysis is the analysis of the Break Even Point, the Margin of Safety. The result of showed that based on the calculation of Break Even Point on Banana Chips Business Berkah Jaya on the rupiah is Rp. 8.465.006,51 and based on the units of 995 units in January 2016, amounting to Rp. 11.668.829,29 and 1372 units in February 2016, amounting to Rp. 14.077.171,05 and 1655 units by March 2016, amounting to Rp.12.622.901,73 and 1602 unit in april 2016, amounting to Rp. 9.515.236,749 and 1239 units in may 2016, amounting to Rp. 9.734.292,745 and 1145 units in June 2016, amounting to Rp. 8.297.777,357 and 967 units in July 2016, amounting to Rp. 10.349.909,75 and 1217 units in August 2016, amounting to Rp. 8.830.427,534 and 1034 units in september 2016, amounting to Rp. 11.516.173,31 and 1354 units in October 2016, amounting to Rp. 14.669.596,67 and 1725 units in november 2016, and Rp. 15.031.310,22 and 1965 units in December 2016.

Abstract

The work ethic in the corporate bureaucracy must still be improved so as to realize optimal performance. In line with this, in an effort to increase employee morale, one of them is by providing motivation, because morale is one of the determining factors in the process of achieving goals. If employee morale begins to decline will result in failure of goals to be achieved, in contrast to high morale, the goals will be achieved properly. The condition that occurs at PT. Buluh Cawang Platations Dabuk Rejo Ogan Komering Ilir is the existence of employee education background constraints that are not appropriate to their line of work. The employees in carrying out work are not supported by their knowledge and expertise which results in suboptimal employee performance. The non-optimal performance of the employee can be seen from not achieving the set work targets. The results of this study want to know the effect of work placement on employee job satisfaction at PT. Buluh Cawang Platations Dabuk Rejo Ogan Komering Ilir. While the analysis tool used is a simple linear regression analysis, and using the t test. This conclusion is obtained partially known work placement (X1) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Buluh Cawang Platations Dabuk Rejo Ogan Komering Ilir. This is shown from the t-count value of the work placement variable (X1) = 11.662 which is greater than the t table value of 1.697.

Abstract

In companies engaged in retail sales, strategies are needed to increase consumer buying interest. One way to increase consumer buying interest is to improve product quality and competitive prices. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and product prices on purchasing Metro Tunas Banana Chips City. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. This type of research is quantitative and qualitative research with the object of research is product quality, product prices and purchases. The study population is the Home Industry Metro City Tunas Banana Chips consumers with a number of samples taken as many as 75 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of the product had a significant effect on purchases. Product prices have a significant effect on purchases. Product quality and product prices simultaneously have a significant effect on purchases. Based on the coefficient number and the calculated value, it can be seen that the most influential factor on purchasing is product quality.
