FOCUS AND SCOPE Enggang adalah jurnal pendidikan, bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya. Enggang dipilih sebagai nama jurnal ini karena kehidupan masyarakat Kalimantan Tengah tidak jauh dari alam, termasuk kedekatannya pada burung yang bernama enggang. Burung enggang merupakan simbol kebesaran dan kemuliaan suku Dayak di Kalimantan Tengah. Burung enggang juga melambangkan perdamaian dan persatuan, sayapnya yang tebal melambangkan pemimpin yang selalu melindungi rakyatnya. Ekor panjangnya dianggap sebagai tanda kemakmuran rakyat suku Dayak. Kaitannya dengan jurnal ini, tidak lain adalah mengambil makna filosofis kebesaran burung enggang agar jurnal pendidikan, bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya ini, nantinya menjadi besar yang akan dikenal secara lokal, nasional, dan internasional. Jurnal Enggang sebagai jurnal pendidikan, bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya merupakan salah satu wadah untuk mengumpulkan dan melestarikan kekayaan kita yang tidak ternilai harganya. Tentunya kekayaan yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya. Jurnal ini hadir untuk siapa saja yang mencintai dan ingin berkarya di bidang pendidikan, bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya. Selain itu, kami sebagai pengurus jurnal ini bersedia memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan untuk siapa saja yang ingin maju dan berkompeten dalam hal menulis karya fiksi maupun nonfiksi. Melalui bimbingan dan pelatihan pasti gairah menulis para calon pendidik, para pendidik, dan para pecinta pendidikan, bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya bangkit dengan semangat membara. The research carried out produced Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on the REACT learning strategy on linear inequalities material. The development method used is the Instructional Development Model (MPI) with the steps: identification, development and carrying out formative evaluation and revision. This worksheet is designed by utilizing the REACT (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating and Transferring) learning strategy, which aims to stimulate students' interest and involvement and strengthen understanding of the concept of systems of linear inequalities. The evaluation was carried out through validation tests by material experts, media experts and mathematics teachers. The results of the research show that the LKPD developed is suitable for use as mathematics learning material.

Feminist literary criticism is one of the literary criticisms that seeks to describe and examine women's experiences in various literary works. This study aims to describe women's struggles in facing gender injustice and seeking freedom in a patriarchal society. The main character, who is a woman, shows courage and determination in the face of social norms that limit her role and rights as a female individual. There is this study the author uses a structural approach. The structural approach aims to explain as carefully as possible the functions and relationships between literary works and show the relationship between these elements. The research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study is in the form of feminist literary criticism in a short story entitled Tear Picker by Agus Noor, which is contained in a collection of short stories by Agus Noor. Conclusion: 1) in a short story Pemetik Air Mata by Agus Noor which tells how women are treated, where lies the self-esteem of a woman who should get a decent life not only limited to satisfying the needs of men. 2) there are three schools of feminism contained in Agus Noor's short story Pemetik Air Mata, namely Social Feminism, Marxist Feminism, and Social Liberal.

The aim of this research is to describe the SIUUL model which is a speaking and reading learning model based on humanitarian philosophy, with stages of learning development based on Islamic values and interpersonal intelligence in learning Public Speaking in giving lectures. This research is research using a qualitative approach in the form of observations directly and ask questions to the audience. The object of this research is through informants who provide research data through interviews and documentation. In implementing the SIUUL model, it is hoped that it can help individuals from various backgrounds to develop abilities in lecturing methods. With this technology-based approach, we can provide solutions that are more affordable and accessible to many people.

Teachers have a big role in providing knowledge and instilling positive values in students so teachers must have the skills to organize inspiring, challenging, fun and innovative learning for students. However, there are still many teachers who do not have good teaching skills. This study aims to determine how the use of mind mapping with the Canva application can improve teacher teaching skills at Maju Jaya Surabaya Junior High School. The research method used was school action research consisting of two cycles. This study examined the teaching skills of two teachers, namely Civics teachers and Mathematics teachers at Maju Jaya Surabaya Junior High School. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires and interviews. The success indicator of this study is the percentage of teachers' teaching skills reaching 75%. The results of this study show that in the first cycle, the percentage of teaching skills of Civics teachers increased to 62.5% while the percentage of teaching skills of Mathematics teachers increased to 71.8%. After making improvements in the second cycle, the percentage of Civics teachers' teaching skills increased again to 78.12% while the percentage of Mathematics teachers' teaching skills increased to 93.75%. This result also shows that the application of mind mapping with Canva application can improve teacher skills and also the use of this method has a more significant effect on Mathematics teachers.

This qualitative phenomenological study aims to explore strategies, supporting-inhibiting factors, and the impact of technology utilization by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in improving the quality of learning. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with selected PAI teachers and grade 8 students, participant observation of learning, and document analysis (RPP, digital content), the data was then analyzed using thematic analysis. The main supporting factors include the development of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) through the PAI Subject Teacher Deliberation (MGMP) and school policy support, while crucial obstacles include infrastructure gaps, student resistance, and ethical dilemmas in the use of AI. The use of technology has a holistic impact on the quality of learning 1) Increased student participation (40%) and critical engagement; 2) Strengthening cognitive understanding (+35% digital ethics analysis) and character (noble morals) (Mulyasa, 2021). This study contributes theoretically through the development of an Islamic values-integrated TPACK model and practically in the form of strategy recommendations for teachers, Islamic Education-specific TPACK training policies for teachers, and the development of sharia-compliant educational applications. The main conclusion confirms that the effectiveness of technology in Islamic Education depends on creative adaptations that synergize pedagogy, Islamic content, and socio-technical contexts.

This research aims to find out in depth about the creative process carried out by the director and also the composer in making OST in the Wahyu Psikapdelika musical theater, using a qualitative approach method, namely ethnography with Wallas's concept theory (1926), using 4 stages of the inner process consisting of preparation, incubation, enlightenment, and verification. Data collection in this study used interview techniques, observation, data analysis, and documentation as concrete evidence of the existence of this research using Wallas' conceptual foundation. This research aims to find new ideas about how a director's creative process makes OST with his epic mystagogia method. The results of this study will discuss what processes are needed in making the original soundtrack in the Wahyu Psikapdelika script, several pieces of verse that are not mature and have not been made into a song or OST, then presented several pieces of sheet music containing arrangements and compositions resulting from the making of OST, then the techniques used in the process. It can be concluded that the creative process in this research produces an idea that is contained in the original soundtrack or OST which is used to support the aspects of theme and atmosphere in Wahyu Psikapdelika Musical Theater.

This research discusses the dynamics of the development of Tongling music as a local cultural heritage in Wonomulyo Hamlet, Magetan Regency, especially those that occurred in the 1985-2025 era. The word “Tongling” is an acronym for the words ‘kentongan’ and “suling” where the two instruments are the musical instruments that characterize the Tongling ensemble. A qualitative approach with an analytic descriptive method was used to dig deeply into the dynamic process that occurred. Data collection was carried out by interviewing selected resource persons, observation, and literature and webtography studies. Social identity theory and social dynamics theory were used as a premise to analyze the shifting functions and roles of Tongling music. The results show that Tongling music has undergone a significant development process in the three periods of leadership of the Nichiren Shoshu Buddhist Pandita characterized by instrument innovation, the involvement of the younger generation, and the direction of opening Tongling music to all levels of society who are interested without considering religious beliefs. These changes have not only expanded the reach of Tongling music but also strengthened the cultural identity of the Wonomulyo community in Magetan.

This research aims to examine how the discourse of “scene police” influences the spread of superiority attitudes in the underground music community. In practice, the scene police emerge as a challenge that creates a symbolic surveillance mechanism that can reinforce attitudes of superiority among music lovers. The underground music scene in Surakarta has developed as an alternative space for self-expression and identity-seeking among Gen Z members. Through a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical methods, this research uses in-depth interviews, field observations and literature studies to analyze how the scene police are influential in the community. Alfred Adler's theory of personality focuses on how to overcome inadequacy by pushing one towards feelings of superiority. As such, the scene police become a form of judgment to meet the standards of their community. Rooted in a sense of inadequacy in gaining recognition, they make superiority an effort to create power. The results of the research from the underground music community of Youth Coffee Novotel show that knowledge of clothing styles, music tastes and the history of the formation of a music group is a benchmark for gaining identity recognition in the community. This results in an attitude of being the most informed and creates exclusivity to the point of social pressure, especially for new members. This suggests that many individuals in the underground music scene aim for recognition through exclusivity has become a significant motivation for superiority.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of mimetic and subaltern forms carried out by the ruling class against the ruling class in the colonial setting of the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala. The main source of this research material is the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala which was published in 2019 and owned by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama, a Jakarta-based company. The research data covers the origins of the novel in a postcolonial framework, social structure, epistemology, and the study of human behavior. The data of this study are qualitative, and descriptive statistics are used as a methodology. Documentation serves as a tool for collecting data in research. The findings of this study show that the magical realism depicted in the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala has implications for various aspects of social organization, knowledge, and consciousness. Second. Ratih Kumala's novel Gadis Kretek depicts various categories of subalterns, such as those that arise from their interactions with oppressors and elite-subalterns.

This research aims to determine the relevance of Muhadharah activities to the public speaking ability of students at MAN 1 Kampar. This type of research is correlational research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 75 people using total sampling data collection techniques, i.e., making the entire population the sample. The data collection techniques are observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the product-moment correlation test. The results obtained in this research are rcount 0.647 > rtable at the 5% significance level (0.227), and at the 1% significance level (0.296), it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, there is a positive relevance of muhadharah activities to the public speaking skills of students at MAN 1 Kampar. The contribution of muhadharah activities to the public speaking skills of students in this study was 41.9%, while 58.1% was influenced or explained by other variables.
