Psychological first aid (PFA) is an effort that can be done by anyone to provide appropriate support to survivors. Until now teachers still have difficulty in determining the role that needs to be done in providing psychological support to students in the event of a disaster. The purpose of this study was to increase the knowledge of teachers related to PFA giving. The activity was conducted on May 6 and 7, 2021. 540 participants are teachers participating in this workshop. On the first day, participants learn about the basic concepts of PFA, and on the second-day participants conducted P3L (Prepare, Look, Listen, and Link) applications in a Psychological First Aid (PFA) crisis accompanied by a facilitator. The results obtained were increased knowledge of Psychological First Aid (PFA) and how to apply it in the Education setting.

Based on the survey results, it is concluded that there was a lack of knowledge and skills of the Holtekamp village community, especially young people, church administrators and village officials in operating Office Applications (MS Office). This training aimed to provide knowledge and skills about the importance of mastering Office Applications (MS Office), namely word processing (MS Word), Spreadsheet data processing (MS Excel) and MS Power Point for presentations. The methods used in this training was mentoring method with lecture techniques to explain theory and practice directly on a computer that has MS Office installed. The training was carried out for 7 days with 3 hours of meetings. The number of participants who participated in the training was 23 people. The result of this training is that the level of knowledge and skills of the trainees increased from the Pre Test results of 34.42% to the Post test results of 90.7%

In the modern era, pesantren is required to be an educational institution that is not only independent in religious academics but also independent in economy. There have started many pesantren that have profit-based business units. One of the pesantren that has several business units is Pondok Pesantren Anwarul Huda (PPAH) Malang City. PPAH has an independent business unit engaged in the creative industry, namely screen-printing merchandise which is the result of the LP2M Community Service team of Universitas Negeri Malang. However, there are still many shortcomings and obstacles experienced by partners, namely the PPAH digital screen-printing business called "Asyuro Produk". Among them is the still ineffective marketing of its products. This community service activity aims to improve the skills of students, especially those who are administrators of pesantren business units, in the field of digital marketing with methods of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The outcome of this activity is the improvement of understanding and expertise of the queues in the field of digital marketing or internet marketing with the use of SEO.

For BUMDes (village-owned enterprise) managers, orderly financial records and reports are crucial matters to know the financial position of their business. Systematic financial record is a tool for making decisions regarding business development plans, as well as requirements for applying for capital or getting investors. The administrative system for recording BUMDes financial reports is mostly still manual which seems complicated and lengthy, so there are still many BUMDes managers who do not have financial reports in running their business. The purpose of this community service was to increase understanding and competence regarding accounting literacy for BUMDes managers. These community service partners were directors and treasurers of 27 BUMDes in Paciran and Karanggeneng districts. Community service activities were carried out through training and mentoring methods and attended by the BUMDes managers and treasurers. The training was conceptualized in the form of lectures, discussions, and practice of preparing financial statements. The results of this service indicated that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of BUMDes managers regarding administration, rules, utilization of village asset,and financial bookkeeping. The output of science and technology achieved was practical knowledge of simple accounting, namely the preparation of financial reports in accordance with existing standards and regulations.

Natural conditions are increasingly uncertain and difficult to predict due to changes in rainfall patterns and climate. Excessive rainfall can cause flooding which is detrimental to the agricultural sector. Flooding is a natural challenge that is often faced in the agricultural sector. This challenge is faced by most of the agricultural land in Lamongan Regency, including in Dlanggu Village. The impact of flooding on rice fields in certain locations which is increasingly widespread and intensive from year to year has caused considerable losses for farmers. The purpose of this activity is to map flood-affected agricultural land in a participatory manner with the help of the WebMap application. The method of implementing this activity includes the preparation stage, implementation stage, and monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of the activity showed that participants were very enthusiastic about this activity program, as evidenced by the positive response in the form of the presence of 96% of the training participants and active discussion activities during the socialization and training took place. After the training, the participants also expected a follow-up in the form of assistance from the service team to improve skills with WebMap applications in other fields. This activity is expected to be a solution that can be offered to provide an early warning system based on mapping so that the delivery of information about floods can be conveyed more quickly to the community, especially people who have agricultural livelihoods to be aware of flood disasters.

The community service plan (PKM) in this article aims to inform the community about the use of marine resources in the coastal area of Tarakan to increase economic value, The target to be achieved in this program is for the target group to be able to optimize the results of marine resources, especially the use of wasted fish to boost their economy. This activity is carried out through lectures and discussions with partners or community groups who want to market their products, by providing understanding and training in efforts to commercialize competitive products, and of course through information technology so that they can add value for their income. This kind of discarded fish processing business or business is carried out by partners who want to help their household finances. Wastaged fish processed products that have been produced by partners in the PKM grant are further proposed. There are several problems faced, especially in the commercialization and marketing process. The next problem faced by partners is how to make marketing and commercialization media to be able market their products and can be known by all levels of society. The method used in this event is: First, give guidance through brainstorming to open up the mindset about the importance of marketing media and commercialization in order to be able to market their products. The second is consulting on management and commercialization or marketing processes as a determinant of the success of the waste fish processing business in terms of production and management. The output of this activity includes: 1). Aspects of commercialization, namely increasing product marketing so as to increase added value, as well as the use of information technology media. 2). The management aspect is the management of the sustainable management system, that is, the marketing management that has a wide range of influence and is well-known to the public. As a result, partners can understand the benefits, commercialization and effective marketing. In addition, partners can also understand the importance of using information technology to market their products.

As primary caregivers of children with disabilities, mothers in Javanese society play a significant role in nurturing a child's independence. However, the families often blame mothers when giving birth to children with disabilities. Preliminary data showed that mothers with children with disabilities tend to have a high sense of guilt upon their children's conditions and lack knowledge of supporting child growth. The mothers also have lack support from their spouses and families. These situations make mothers experience mental and physical exhaustion, chronic stress, irritability, and lack of confidence, which leads to ineffective parenting strategies. The program's purpose is to equip caregivers with knowledge of stress management and effective parenting strategies for children with disabilities.

The potential for the development of beef cattle farming in South Konawe Regency is a potential area for the development of Bali cattle with a beef cattle population of 367,665 heads and one of them is Ranomeeto Barat District with a cattle population of 3608 heads or 5.01% of the total population in the Regency. South Konawe. The purpose of this service is to provide technical assistance and guidance, as well as training in increasing knowledge and skills regarding potential, preparing livestock business plans, and overcoming problems faced by farmers with the methods used including the preparation stage, socialization stage, and activity implementation stage. The results of community service in technical assistance and training in making colony cages, making compost, preparing livestock business plans provide an alternative for the community in maximizing the productivity of beef cattle business.

Based on the results of the observation of need analysis on students of Garuda Junior High School Tangerang, it shows that students' interest in learning English in class is very minimal and their English skills such as Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening are still relatively low. The result of the questionnaire shows that students need to learn English not only inside the classroom but also outside the classroom to encounter the lack of their understanding towards English lesson. Online learning during the pandemic also has an impact on students, so that they find it difficult to understand the materials provided by the teacher. Thus, learning English does not run smoothly. Therefore, based on the problems mentioned above, the lecturers of English Departement of Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Syekh Yusuf Islamic University (UNIS) were intended to provide assistance in the formation of English Club activities to improve students' English skills at SMP Garuda Tangerang. The facilitators used a combination theory and application methods. In general, this activity was carried out through three stages (1) the planning stage (plan), (2) the implementation stage (do), and (3) the reflection stage. The educative workshop and training on the formation of English Club was held at SMP Garuda Tangerang. The workshop are very helpful for the school to actually know about the concept of English Club extracurricular. And, the students also gave positive responses towards the activity and seemed interested in joining the English Club extracurricular.

Trini Karya is one of the driving forces for the family economy in the Trini hamlet whose existence must be supported by intellectuals so that its business continues to develop and grow. Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta is one of the campuses that has contributed tothe development of Trini Karya through service programs. This service aims to be able to help describe the problems that occur in the Trini Karya Business Unit, where one of the problems that arise is problems in the field of financial reporting. In the Trini Karya business unit, the problems are unstructured financial reporting, knowledge of financial reports and the ability of Trini Karya members to perform digital financial reports. Based on these problems, several things that can be a solution are to disseminate information about making financial reports simpler so that Trini Karya members can easily understand how to make financial reports. In addition, Trini Karya members or management are also given socialization regarding the use of digital financial reports, the goal is to use digital financial reports, which are expected to be able to make financial reports easier and more structured. After that, members and administrators are given training on the practice of making financial reports and making financial reports digitally using software that can be accessed by members or administrators of Trini Karya. After that, assistance was provided to the Trini Karya management in relation to digital financial reporting. The expected output target of this program is, it is hoped that Trini Karya will be able to make digital financial reports more accurately, structured and well-scheduled.
