Abstract

This research aims to develop an expert system for detecting coronary heart disease by comparing the Demster-Shafer and Certainty Factor methods in providing accurate solutions. Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a disease that often threatens human health. To overcome this problem, the development of expert systems has become an important approach in diagnosing CHD accurately and efficiently. The problems faced include the level of complexity in diagnosing CHD and the need for solutions that can provide a high level of confidence. The method used involves collecting data from various sources and analysis using both methods to determine a diagnosis. The research results show that both methods are able to provide satisfactory results, however, a comparison between the two provides additional insight in understanding the reliability and accuracy of the expert system being developed. A thorough analysis shows that the Demster-Shafer method provides a higher degree of accuracy in some cases, while Certainty Factor tends to provide faster results. However, this research also reveals that optimal results can be achieved by combining the two methods. Thus, this research makes an important contribution to the development of an expert system for coronary heart disease detection and provides a foundation for further development in this domain. In conclusion, the integration of the Demster-Shafer and Certainty Factor methods shows the potential to improve the performance and reliability of expert systems in supporting CHD diagnosis effectively. The calculation results of both methods show that the Dempster-Shafer Method produces a certainty level of 99.8%, while the Certainty Factor Method provides a confidence level of 92%.

Abstract

The business of refill drinking water depot is a business initiative that focuses on selling refilled drinking water. These depots face fluctuating demand over time, which create challenges in planning inventory and production effectively and effectively. This research aimed to apply the Trend Moment method to predict daily sales of Refill Drinking Water Depot, which allows the recognition of trends and fluctuation patterns based on existing historical sales data. Through analysis of previous sales data, the depot can describe demand development patterns and fluctuations variations. This data is combined into a prediction model to produce more precise future sales forecasts. This study applies the Waterfall Model method in the system creation process. Analysis, design, application, testing, delivery and maintenance are applied in developing a web system for daily sales predictions. The application of the trend moment method produces entirely satisfactory sales predictions. Even though the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) figure exceeds the ideal limit of less than 50%, this model still provides essential views and insights for understanding sales patterns and trends. The low Mean Squared Error (MSE) value accurately predicts sales. Hopefully, this study can effectively forecast daily sales at the Refill Drinking Water Depot. This web-based prediction system can support business owners in analyzing expected sales patterns and increasing efficiency in their operations

Abstract

The implementation of the Electronic Performance System (E-Kinerja) in the working units in Denpasar City is a primary concern in efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of employee performance management. E-Kinerja is an obligatory electronic system based on a website that is used by civil servants in Denpasar City. During its implementation, the E-Kinerja system encounters several common issues such as server disruptions (server downtime), login errors, employee data inconsistencies, and employees' low understanding in operating the E-Kinerja system. This study aims to measure and analyze the level of success in implementing the E-Performance system using the Enhanced Information System Success Model, which is an improvement of the SI DeLone and McLean (2003) success model. The model incorporates five measurement variables: information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits. This study employed the technique of proportional stratified random sampling with a sample size of 100 civil servants. The method of data collection involves distributing questionnaires to the government employees in the Denpasar area who are users of the E-Performance system. The obtained data was analyzed using the statistical method of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of the SmartPLS 3.3 application. The hypothesis testing results reveal that the influence of information quality on user satisfaction is positively valued at 0.300. The impact of system quality on user satisfaction is positively valued at 0.288. The influence of service quality on user satisfaction is positively valued at 0.280. The influence of user satisfaction on user interest is positively valued at 0.824. Thus, it can be concluded that the influence of all research variables is significant and all hypotheses in this study can be accepted. This research is expected to serve as input and evaluation for policymakers regarding the factors that influence the success of the E-Performance system in Denpasar City, in order to enhance and develop the system sustainably. Additionally, it can also serve as a reference for future research in the field of information system success analysis.

Abstract

Performance evaluation of raw material suppliers is a systematic process carried out by companies to measure and monitor supplier performance in supplying the necessary raw materials. Through continuous evaluation, companies can improve the effectiveness of supplier management strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Performance evaluation of raw material suppliers is the main instrument in maintaining supply chain integrity and ensuring the sustainability of company operations. This process involves assessing various aspects, including the quality of raw materials, timeliness of delivery, compliance with ethical and environmental standards, and efficiency in logistics processes. The problem that occurs in performance evaluation is that there is no application of a decision support system model that can evaluate the performance of raw material suppliers, the process so far carried out in evaluating the performance of raw material suppliers only assesses the criteria in the assessment of supplier performance evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the performance of raw material suppliers by applying the Multi-Attributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis (MAIRCA) method and Pivot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment (PIPRECIA). The final value of supplier performance evaluation is the overall result of the appraisal process carried out by a company on its suppliers. In this process, various aspects of supplier performance are evaluated using predetermined methods, the PIPRECIA method for weighting criteria and MAIRCA for supplier performance evaluation calculations. The results of the evaluation of the performance of raw material suppliers show the results for the best 1 with a final value of 0.352 obtained by Tanjung Raja suppliers, the best 2 with a final value of 0.333 obtained by CV Tri Sakti suppliers, the best 3 with a final value of 0.315 obtained by Abadi Makmur suppliers.

Abstract

Cloud Computing is a development of computer networks or the internet, where the cloud image itself is taken from computer networks that can be abstracted from hidden complex infrastructure. By seeing the rapid growth in the use of cloud computing in Indonesia, the author feels it is important to conduct this research to provide the public with a better understanding regarding the choice of cloud platform that suits their needs.A comparative study of ECS Alibaba Cloud and Azure Virtual Machine was conducted to understand the differences between these two platforms. Seeing the many cloud users now in Indonesia, the author wants to do a comparative study between ECS Alibaba Cloud and Azure Virtual Machine. This research will consider Thread (users), Ramp-Up (Second), Loop Count and produce parameters Throughput, Latency, Simple Time/Response Time and look at Resource Utilization, CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, Disk Utilization. Based on the test results between ECS Alibaba Cloud and Azure Virtual Machine, several conclusions were drawn, namely, the average Througput parameter results on Azure were 10,173/mbps and ECS 6,373/mbps. The results of the Sample Response Time parameter in Azure get a value of 16038/ms and ECS 22471.13/ms. The Latency Parameter results in Azure get a value of 14971.33/ms and ECS 19545.4/ms. Meanwhile the utilization results get an average value of Resource 2min 29sec, CPU 50.80%, Memory 35.05% and Disk 16.22% while for Alibaba Cloud ECS Utilization it gets an average value of Resource 2min 50 sec, CPU 57.85%, Memory 39.64% and Disk 12.28 %.

Abstract

The problem of natural disasters in the form of landslides is the most common disaster event in Purbalingga Regency. In fact, landslides occur in almost all regions with increasing frequency. There is a need for potential vulnerability to landslide hazards so that landslide disaster mitigation can be carried out, especially in residential areas. Landslide susceptibility mapping is also an evaluation tool for Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) material, especially spatial pattern plans. This research aims to determine and map the potential for landslide vulnerability in Purbalingga Regency using a geographic information system (GIS) and evaluate the spatial pattern of the RTRW of Purbalingga Regency. The method used to determine landslide susceptibility is weighting and scoring parameters. The research results show that areas with low class landslide vulnerability are 7,391 Ha (9%), medium class are 33,992 Ha (42%), high class are 30,685 Ha (38%) and very high class are 8,296 Ha (11%). A total of 9 sub-districts have very high potential for landslides. The results of overlay calculations of landslide susceptibility maps and spatial patterns found that 6,658 ha of protected areas were in high landslide susceptibility zones and 4,652 ha were in very high landslide susceptibility zones. The 24,203 ha cultivation area is in the high landslide vulnerability zone and 3,643 ha is above the very high landslide vulnerability zone. So these findings can be taken into consideration in revising the RTRW for mitigating landslide hazards, especially for residential areas

Abstract

E-learning is learning with information technology in providing material and interaction between teachers and students. In the application of e-learning must have easy access for students and teachers because it will affect teaching and learning activities. However, in the application of e-learning, there are still difficulties felt by students as has been implemented in MTsN 16 Jakarta. Based on questionnaires and interviews conducted at the beginning of the study which was attended by 30 respondents obtained results where the e-learning used had difficulty in finding assignment forms, task deadlines, and discussion forums by obtaining an SUS score of 42.9. In this case, a redesign is needed to solve the problems perceived by the user. This research uses user-centered design (UCD) in design development because UCD focuses on users to meet user needs and can improve the ease of accessing e-learning based on user needs, in addition to the development of redesign e-learning will take references based on users and e-learning that has been used before. The e-learning redesign prototype will be tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) followed by 61 respondents. From the test results using SUS got a result of 80,82 which is included in the good and acceptable category. This research also shows that redesigning e-learning using UCD can facilitate access and learning activities carried out by students

Abstract

Since the construction of the main website of West Manggarai Regency Government, it has never been evaluated and the level of user satisfaction is unknown. In addition, problems were found related to website functions and interfaces, which indicate that website services have not met expectations, so it needs to be evaluated by measuring the level of user satisfaction. The evaluation combines the E-GovQual method to measure gaps, Importance Performance Analysis to measure the fit between perceptions and expectations and find attributes that need to be improved, and Heuristic Evaluation to analyze the severity of usability problems. The research respondents were 395 website users, calculated using the Slovin formula based on the total population of website visitors. The results of the Gap Analysis obtained an average value of -0.080, which means that the website services did not meet the user expectations. Suitability analysis results obtained an average value of 97.77%, which means that website services have not met user expectations. The quadrant analysis obtained 12 attributes that need to be improved. The results of heuristic analysis through severity assessment found 8 attributes that have usability problems > 0 and 5 new problem findings by evaluators. The results of FGD for these 13 attributes all get improvement solutions implemented in the form of prototypes. The results of the prototype create a better user experience and can increase the effectiveness of the program. The resulting prototype creates a better user experience and can improve government effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

Supplier performance evaluation is a critical aspect of supply chain management that focuses on assessing and monitoring the performance of suppliers. Supplier performance evaluation not only provides benefits for the company, but also motivates suppliers to improve their quality standards and operational efficiency. This study aims to evaluate supplier performance based on existing assessment data by applying the ROC method to determine the weight of the criteria used, then the MAIRCA method will evaluate supplier performance so that it will produce a rating of supplier performance evaluation which will be a decision recommendation for companies in assessing the performance of existing suppliers. The combination of ROC and MAIRCA weighting methods forms a powerful approach in addressing the complexity and challenges of multi-criteria decision making. ROC with its focus on relative ranking criteria, whereas MAIRCA which considers the difference between ideal and real conditions, presents complementary perspectives. By combining the two, decision makers can generate a more contextual and informational weight of criteria. The ranking result graph in figure 4 shows the best supplier performance obtained on behalf of Supplier C with a final value of 0.052391944 ranked 1, then on behalf of Supplier F with a final value of 0.050077222 ranked 2, and on behalf of Supplier G with a final value of 0.049074028 ranked 3.

Abstract

A pharmacy is a place for buying and selling drugs and must have an adequate stock of drug supplies so that it can serve consumers in need. In some pharmacies there are problems related to drug supply. Often the drugs needed by the community are empty in stock, while the drugs that are less needed are stored in the warehouse. Therefore, this study aims to conduct a prediction model of drug supply so that it can meet consumer needs. This study uses drug inventory data at Kaligandu Pharmacy, the data has 2745 rows and 5 attributes consisting of "Item Name", "Unit", "Previous Stock", "Rill Stock", and "Restock". The method used in this case is the Decision Tree algorithm with Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score evaluation methods to see which drugs are available and not available based on "Unit". The results showed that the Decision Tree algorithm obtained good results by using a data comparison of 80 to 20 resulting in an accuracy value of 98.71%. In addition, the resulting values of Precision, Recall, and F1-Score are not much different, namely 0.9872, 0.9872, and 0.9867. The 70 to 30 data comparison produces a smaller value but is not much different from the results of 80 to 20, namely the accuracy of 98.28%, Precision 0.9832, Recall 0.9828, and F1-Score 0.9804. with these results this research can be continued by implementing drug inventory prediction using Decision Tree into an application
