This research explores the utilization of the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method to determine affordable skincare contract manufacturers for skincare brands. The PSI method serves as a decision-making tool for multi-criteria analysis, enabling brands to establish their preferences regarding relevant criteria in selecting contract manufacturers. Data for this study were obtained through surveys and interviews with stakeholders in the skincare industry, along with relevant literature analysis. The findings indicate that the PSI method offers valuable insights into the process of identifying affordable skincare contract manufacturers, considering factors such as product quality, production capacity, and manufacturing costs. This research contributes to a better understanding of how skincare brands can utilize the PSI method to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in decision-making related to skincare product manufacturing. The practical implications of this study include assisting skincare brands in selecting manufacturers that meet their quality and financial criteria, thus enabling them to offer affordable skincare products to consumers.

The high demand for houses in the Cibening Pamijahan Bogor area means that consumers must be careful in choosing a house that suits their needs. This is because many consumers do not understand the criteria for selecting a house. So far, consumers have only relied on information from other people or observations without considering the required criteria. Therefore, prospective buyers must carry out the house selection process correctly so as not to make the wrong decision. Field observations show that consumers when choosing housing usually consider at least four factors, namely price, location, facilities, environment and house design. This research aims to develop a decision support system that uses the SPK method to assist consumers in choosing housing. The design of this housing search decision support system uses an object-oriented approach using UML. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The results of this research are to make appropriate decisions based on information on the criteria or needs of potential buyers. The conclusion shows that the proposed system has the potential to be an effective tool in supporting the Housing Selection process in the Cibening Pamijahan Bogor area. And has the potential to have a positive impact on the people of Bogor, especially users who are confused about choosing housing. By using the SAW method, it is hoped that this system can provide recommendations for the most suitable housing based on predetermined criteria, increase user satisfaction and make a positive contribution to housing development in the Bogor area. As for the results of the research that has been carried out, we get bale asra housing with a value of 0.96, Budiman Asri Cimayang housing 0.7, Grand Vila Cahaya housing 0.72 and Mulia Land Bogor housing with a value of 1. So from these results it can be concluded that Mulia Land Bogor housing is the most suitable housing based on the criteria in the area. Bogor.

The process of accepting new students is the first process carried out to receive education. The system for accepting new students at Setianegara Sembawa Vocational School is currently still manual. Acceptance of new students starts from the initial registration of students, until the form and proof of registration for accepting new students are still manual. This condition is still applied today, schools often experience errors such as in data input, data processing, and registration files are often damaged and lost. The aim of this research is to help the school overcome existing problems by providing a website-based UI/UX design for accepting new students at Setianegara Vocational School. The design method used by researchers is the user centered design method. User centered design is a method that focuses on the needs of prospective users (users) in the system design stages or process. These needs include comfort and satisfaction when users use the product system that will be designed so that it can be implemented at the next stage. Interviews were conducted with admins, teachers and the general public, solution ideas were collected. Creating user flow and sitemap and UI design in wireframe form. Evaluation is carried out by providing prototype links and questionnaires to potential users. The research results show that website-based PPDB UI/UX design using figma tools with the user centered design method can be carried out at Setianegara Sembawa Vocational School. The results of usability testing show good indicators from a Likert scale calculation of 1-4.

Javanese script learning is learned by students in elementary schools in Tuban, East Java. However, students still do not understand this Javanese script learning material. This is related to students' low interest in learning. This research aims to evaluate the impact of the application of mastery learning method through Animated Pedagogical Agent on students' interest level in learning Javanese characters. In addition, to develop a learning application "Aksara" as a tool for learning Javanese script at the elementary school level. To assess the impact of the Animated Pedagogical Agent in the application in increasing students' interest in learning, this study used a Non Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design with an additional questionnaire of learning interest as an indicator of learning interest assessment in testing the application of mastery learning methods. The experimental results show that the learning application "Aksara" with Animated Pedagogical Agent has a good effect on increasing students' interest in learning and mastery learning in the application also provides an understanding of the Javanese script sandhangan material. This research contributes to teachers to increase the effectiveness of learning Javanese characters at the elementary school level through applications with the support of Animated Pedagogical Agent.

Employees are people who are the main element in every organization/company. An employee is someone who can carry out work and provide the results of their work to the employer or agency where the employee works, where the results of their work are in accordance with the profession or work based on their expertise. The role of employees in cooperatives is the same as the role of employees in general in every other organization/company. Giving rewards to employees is a form of company appreciation for its employees. Reward or recognition is a form of gratitude from the company for the dedication and performance of employees, namely those who have good quality work and have met the criteria for employees with good performance. The problem faced is that currently there is no process that has been carried out to group employee performance. Grouping employee performance is a fairly important problem and must be resolved immediately by the company. The solution to this problem can be solved by paying attention to patterns based on processes or data that occurred in the past. Data mining is the right way to solve this problem. Data mining is a process of processing data and extracting data to get information back from a collection of data. Clustering is a process of grouping data contained in a dataset. Grouping data in a dataset using clustering is done based on the similarity values or characteristics of each data. The K-Means algorithm is part of clustering data mining, where the K-Means algorithm can be used to form new groups of data. The results obtained from the research are that the formation of new groups/clusters is based on a total of 15 data, so there are 2 (two) clusters where in cluster 1 there is 7 data and cluster 2 there is 8 data

Midwives are professional health workers who have graduated from midwife education and have been registered in accordance with statutory provisions. In practice, midwives have undergone special training to be able to provide services in the form of midwifery care and in the form of caring for women during pregnancy, childbirth and after they give birth. Apart from that, midwives can also help guide mothers to breastfeed and care for newborns for up to six weeks afterward. So, apart from being able to carry out their own midwifery practice, midwives can also practice in various health facilities, one of which is a hospital. A midwife is a health professional who has an important role in caring for women during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. The conclusion is that the determination of the recommendation for selecting the best midwife at the health center using the MAUT method from 7 midwives with 5 criteria and the weight value obtained using the ROC method with the highest result can be alternative A1 with a value of 0.715 and the lowest value is A7 with a value of 0. With the implementation of MAUT and ROC methods in recommending midwives at community health centers using the criteria of skill/expertise, service, responsibility, attitude, age and experience. From the results of calculations using the MAUT method and the criteria weighting values ??using the ROC method, a value of 0.715 was obtained for the main priority order.

Leaders are people who have skills and strengths, including skills in a field, that can influence others to do certain jobs together to achieve a goal. A leader has an important role in influencing employee performance to increase the amount of profit the company can get. The process of selecting the best leader is one of the activities that must be carried out regularly by the company to improve the quality of its employees on an ongoing basis. Thus, the company needs a decision support system (SPK) in order to facilitate the company in carrying out the best leader selection activities in terms of time and obtaining more effective and efficient results. The method used by the author in this SPK is the Multi-Atribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The criteria used in this study are having the soul of a leader, high creativity, attractive appearance, loyalty, and having work experience in this field. The result of the Best Leader Selection research that deserves to be the best leader is alternative A3 with a final utility value of 1.2066058 on behalf of "Jessica Oktavia."

The aim of this research is to apply the Dempster Shafer Method in diagnosing pneumonia. This research aims to apply the Dempster Shafer Method in diagnosing pneumonia. The main problem faced in the diagnosis of this disease is the complexity and uncertainty in the interpretation of symptoms and medical test results. Dempster Shafer's method, a method in belief theory that allows combining information from multiple sources with different levels of certainty, was proposed as a solution to overcome this uncertainty. In this study, symptom data and medical test results from patients suspected of suffering from pneumonia were collected. Then, the Dempster Shafer Method is applied to combine information from various sources, such as blood test results, lung X-rays, and the patient's medical history. This method makes it possible to establish the level of confidence in the resulting diagnosis. The research results show that the application of the Dempster Shafer Method in diagnosing pneumonia provides more accurate results compared to traditional approaches. By considering the uncertainty and complexity in diagnosis, the Dempster Shafer Method is able to provide more reliable estimates and help doctors make more appropriate decisions in treating pneumonia cases. Application of the Dempster Shafer Method also produces a framework that can be adapted to diagnose other diseases that require managing uncertainty. Additionally, this approach can help increase efficiency in the diagnosis process, leading to a reduction in diagnostic errors and an improvement in the overall quality of patient care. Thus, this research makes an important contribution to the development of more sophisticated and reliable diagnostic methods in the medical field. The results of analysis using the Dempster-Shafer method show that the maximum value for each combination of symptoms that is important in diagnosing pneumonia is 0.9811, which is equivalent to 98.11%. Based on this interpretation, it is estimated that the patient has a high chance of suffering from severe pneumonia.

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of two methods, Certainty Factor (CF) and Case-Based Reasoning (CBR), in detecting Takayasu's Arteritis. Takayasu's arteritis is a complex disease with varying symptoms, giving rise to difficulties in correct diagnosis. The main aim of this study was to evaluate their performance in the context of such complex disease detection. The main problem faced is the uncertainty in assessing the level of certainty of diagnosis based on symptoms that vary between patients. The CF method uses the confidence factor principle to measure the level of certainty in a diagnosis, while CBR uses knowledge from previous cases to design a diagnosis for new cases. This study uses a dataset that includes information on symptoms and patient history related to Takayasu's Arteritis. The experimental process involves implementing both methods on the dataset, with results including evaluation of accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity levels. The research results highlight differences in the performance of Certainty Factor and Case-Based Reasoning in detecting Takayasu's Arteritis, providing in-depth insight into the advantages and disadvantages of each method. It is hoped that this understanding can help develop a more efficient and accurate detection system to overcome the complexity of diagnosing Takayasu's Arteritis. The percentage results from the two approaches used in diagnosing Arteritis Takayasu disease have been presented. The Certainty Factor Method indicates a confidence level of 94%, while the Case Based Reasoning Method shows a similarity level of 54%. This significant difference reflects the superiority of the Certainty Factor Method in providing a higher level of confidence in diagnosing this disease compared to the Case Based Reasoning approach.

This research aims to investigate and implement the MABAC (Multi-Attributive Border Approximation) method with weighting based on entropy in a decision support system (DSS) to recommend the most suitable Chief Information Officer (CIO) candidate. As an integral part of upper-level management, the selection of a CIO is a strategic decision that has a major impact on organizational performance. Therefore, the use of SPK in the CIO recruitment process can help organizations make more effective and rational decisions. The MABAC method is used because it is able to overcome situations of uncertainty and ambiguity in CIO recruitment decision making, which involves several interrelated attributes and has the potential to influence CIO performance. Entropy-based weighting is used to measure the level of uncertainty or randomness in attribute data, thereby providing accurate weights for each attribute in the decision-making process. This research uses empirical data from a number of CIO candidates who have various backgrounds and experiences. The data includes a variety of attributes such as education, work experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills. The MABAC method with entropy weighting was used to process this data, and the results were used to produce a ranking of the most suitable CIO candidates. The results of this research indicate that the use of the MABAC method with entropy weighting in the SPK can produce more accurate and reliable CIO recommendations. These results can assist recruiting teams and senior management in selecting the CIO who best fits the organization's needs. Apart from that, this research also identifies the attributes that are most influential in CIO recruitment decisions, so that it can help organizations in designing appropriate skills development or training programs for selected CIO candidates. Thus, this research makes an important contribution to the field of HR management and strategic decision making, especially in the context of CIO recruitment. The results of calculations in this research show that the alternative in the name of Eric Yahya is in first place with a value of 0.405. The results can be a valuable guide for organizations looking to improve their executive selection and recruitment processes
