Mutawazin (Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah)
Mutawazin Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Pascasarjana Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Sultan Amai Gorontalo yang mempublikasikan tulisan ilmiah dosen, guru, mahasiswa dan peneliti. Terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun setiap 6 bulan sekali yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember berisi tulisan ilmiah dari hasil riset/penelitian, kajian kepustakaan, gagasan konseptual dan pengalaman praktis yang belum pernah diterbitkan di jurnal atau media lainnya baik cetak/online. Cakupan pembahasan dalam jurnal ini meliputi, perbankan dan keuangan syariah, manajemen ekonomi syariah, Ekonomi, hukum ekonomi syariah, manajemen sumber daya insani, manajemen lembaga ZISWAF (Zakat, Infak, Shodaqoh dan Wakaf), kewirausahaan dan bisnis syariah, pemikiran ekonomi syariah, ekonomi syariah berbasis kearifan lokal, akuntansi syariah, asuransi syariah dan lain sebagainya. Mutawazin yang berasal dari kata dalam bahasa arab yang artinya seimbang, merupakan spirit bagi kami pengelola untuk menyajikan berbagai kajian yang membahas masalah fundamental/umum tentang ekonomi syariah dengan tidak berat sebelah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemberian reward kepada karyawan dapat memberikan peningkatan motivasi kerjanya dalam perspektif Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan berdasarkan kajian teoritis dari penulusuran jurnal-jurnal penelitian, buku, dan makalah lainnya. Harapan atas profesionalisme dan kinerja yang baik dari seorang karyawan tak lepas dari bagaimana suatu intansi mampu mengelola serta memberikan penghargaan (reward) terhadap karyawan mereka. Karena kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan gambaran terhadap perlakuan yang diberikan suatu instansi kepada karyawannya baik langsung maupun tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi kearah yang lebih baik.

Business activities are activities that require serious understanding, starting from planning what will be done, the implementation stage and the stage of monitoring a business being run. In running a business, the important task of marketers is to be able to provide what is needed by the community, both consumers and customers. In order for a business or business that is run to be successful, it would be nice to have an appropriate competitive strategy. This study aims to provide a study and analysis of the marketing mix strategy (Marketing Mix) in the sharia perspective. This type of research is a literature study, data is collected by conducting a review study of previous research journals that are relevant to this research.

This study aims to determine the deciding factor ped decision a gang of Muslims in the fish auction Gorontalo province in the election financing financial instituted, with a sample of 68 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis tools on primary data. It is found that the traders' decisions have a positive and significant effect on marketing mix factors, socio-cultural factors, and psychological factors. The results of the correlation coefficient test for the Marketing Mix Factor, Socio- Cultural Factors, and Psychological Factors have a Pearson Correlation value of 0.986 this value proves that the Marketing Mix Factor, Socio- Cultural Factors, and Psychological Factors have a perfect correlation to the Decisions of Muslim Traders at Provincial Fish Auction Sites. Gorontalo . The coefficient of determination test results obtained the value of r 2 = 0.972. This value means that the variation of the independent variable can explain the dependent variable by 0.972 or it can be translated as 97.2 %, which means that 2.8 % is influenced by other factors not examined.

The aplication of the Ijarah contract in business matters in the form of renting land, buildings,sevices, and others.In busness matters,problems often arise in Ijarah contract, as well as in Islamic Banks.Responding this problems, this journal specifically provides solution and information in the form of understanding Ijarah contract carried out by Islamic banks.With the diskriptive analisys menthode, this study explains the concept of the Ijarah contranct in the form of the nation of Ijarah,legal basis,harmony and requirement,various kinds of ijarah, payment of salaries and rent, cancellation and expiration of ijaroh contranc to islamic bank product.

The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of the movement of zakat love in Baznas in gorontalo city. Because this is a new program launched by president Jokowi. The author uses qualitative descriptive method to express the problem in depth and thoroughly, which is useful to provide information, facts and data about the program of zakat love movement in BAZNAS Gorontalo city for underprivileged people in Gorontalo city, by conducting interviews directly to baznas employees of Gorontalo city and people who receive zakat love movement funds. The results of the research conducted the results that the target of the program conducted by BAZNAS Gorontalo city is appropriate. This is evidenced by the selection process conducted by baznas to the candidate mustahiknya. The selection is useful to see if the candidates who are helped mustahik really poor and worthy to be given help. This is done to avoid any assistance that is not on target provided by BAZNAS. So that the help of productive zakat funds can be given to those who deserve help.
