PSIKODINAMIKA : Jurnal Literasi Psikologi adalah Jurnal Akses Terbuka (Open Access Journal) yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat Malang. Abstract

The importance of economic factors in a family encourages individuals to work hard to do everything necessary to fulfill some of their needs, one of which is to remain resilient to earn a living in the midst of bad air pollution in the capital city. This study aims to determine the relationship between adaptation and family support with resilience in workers in the city of Jakarta. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach, with purposive sampling technique, where sampling is based on predetermined criteria. The data collection method uses a resilience scale, adaptation scale, and family support scale. The subjects in this study amounted to 360 people who worked in the city of Jakarta. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a significant relationship between adaptation and family support with resilience in workers in the city of Jakarta.

Abstract

When a person is in an academic flow, they are able to focus completely and become totally engaged in the task at hand because they enjoy and find comfort in studying. This research objective was to determine the positive correlation between achievement motivation and academic flow among the students of X University in Lampung. This research used a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. The population in the study were students from X University in Lampung, with a total sample of 128 students from various study programs at X University. The data analysis used is product-moment correlation involving SPSS 25. The results of the product moment correlation indicate that there is a correlation between academic flow and achievement motivation of rxy= 0.999 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.01). This analysis leads to the conclusion that the researcher's hypothesis that is, that there is a positive and significant correlation between academic flow and accomplishment motivation among students at the X University in Lampung is true. The effective contribution of accomplishment motivation to academic flow, which is 99%, supports this result.

Abstract

Executive function is a cognitive process in everyday life such as making a decision in solving problems in the early adult phase. The development of executive function can be influenced by the role of the family. Parents have a major role in the growth and development of children, especially in cognitive development from early childhood to adulthood. This study aims to understand the relationship between authoritarian, democratic and permissive parenting on executive function in early adult individuals. The method utilized is a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The measuring instruments used were the parenting scale and the executive function scale. Sampling used purposive sampling method and involved 116 individuals aged 18 to 25 years who lived with their parents from childhood until now in Banjarmasin City. Data analysis in this study used Pearson's Product Moment and Spearman Rho correlation tests. The results of this study prove that there is a correlation between authoritarian, democratic, and permissive parenting patterns and executive function in early adults. As a parent, you should be able to choose a good parenting pattern for the development of executive function from infancy to adulthood before applying it in parenting. Abstract

Abstract Adolescents in a phenomenon within the school environment found concerns from researchers, this competence (communication style) can include difficulty expressing ideas in the discussion process, emotional control (affective feelings), the presence of stimulus from the friendship process in school, career choice (how to making a decision) means that after graduating from school the right goal is. Therefore, this research is considered important to test whether there is a relationship between one variable or another and existing theoretical concepts. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of social competence on career choices at Kepanjen Islamic High School. To find out whether there is an influence of emotional control on Kepanjen Islamic High School students' career choices. To find out whether there is an influence of social competence and emotional control on the career choices of Kepanjen Islamic High School students The method used is the correlational method by proving the existence of a relationship between social competence and emotional control on career choice with data collection methods in the form of questionnaires, interview observations with analysis tests using validity and reliability tests, correlation tests and hypothesis tests. The result is that the correlation between social competence and the person's career choice is >0.501 with a score that can be said to be very significant in relation. Emotional control is related to career choice as proven by the person's results > 0.650 with a score that can be said to be very significant in this relationship. Social competence and emotional control are related to career choice as proven by the person's results > 0.577 and 0.501 and 0.650 with a minimum score of 0.05 which can be said to be very significant in this relationship. For teachers, map those who have low or high social competence as well as emotional control for students' career choices. In this case, teachers can map out who they want to continue their education or work and get married. in a social context, the school collaborates with related agencies to accommodate extensive and sustainable career information to innovate to conduct further studies with various parties in order to open mutual aid between the two parties. Abstract

Social anxiety is a natural thing and must be experienced by all individuals but differs in terms of levels. The cause of individuals feeling anxious socially is the depiction of a negative physical form or body image so that if the social anxiety felt by an individual is not immediately reduced or lowered it will have a negative impact on his interpersonal interactions. Especially in individuals who are early adults who are developmentally required to be able to interact with other individuals optimally. So what factors are needed that can reduce the tendency of social anxiety experienced by individuals. This study aims to examine whether regulating emotions can reduce the effect of body image on the tendency of social anxiety in individuals, especially in early adulthood. This research is a research with a quantitative design using accidental sampling technique that is sampling technique based on coincidence, that is, anyone who by chance meets the researcher can be used as a sample, with a total of 265 subjects. The results of the study show that emotion regulation does not act as a moderator variable on the effect of body image on social anxiety tendencies. Keywords: Anxiety; Body Image; Emotion Regulation

Abstract

Kesejahteraan psikologis adalah kondisi di mana seseorang memiliki pandangan positif terhadap diri sendiri dan orang lain, yang membawa kepada kebahagiaan serta pemanfaatan optimal potensi psikologis sebagai hasil dari perjalanan hidupnya. Anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) didefinisikan sebagai individu dengan karakteristik fisik, intelektual, atau emosional yang berada di atas atau di bawah rata-rata individu pada umumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses kesejahteraan psikologis pada orang tua dari anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tiga pasang orang tua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus dan tinggal di Tambahrejo. Analisis data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan sejawat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga subjek memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang baik, dengan variasi dalam setiap dimensinya

Abstract

Perilaku prososial adalah tindakan yang dilakukan mahasiswa untuk membantu sesama mahasiswa tanpa mengharapkan imbalan atau balasan, meskipun dapat membawa risiko bagi pemberi bantuan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku prososial adalah empati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan positif antara empati dan perilaku prososial pada mahasiswa Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu angkatan 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data cluster random sampling. Data yang dianalisis terdiri dari 136 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi di Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu angkatan 2021. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik korelasi product moment menggunakan SPSS 26.0 for Windows, menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,172 dengan signifikansi p = 0,046 (p < 0,05), yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara empati dan perilaku prososial. Empati memberikan kontribusi efektif sebesar 2,95% terhadap perilaku prososial

Abstract

Iklim sekolah adalah lingkungan yang dibentuk oleh pengalaman dan interaksi sosial di sekolah. Salah satu aspek penting yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh Bullying terjadi dalam suasana kelas. iPenelitian iini ibertujuan iuntuk imengetahui ihubungan iantara iperilaku bullying di kalangan siswa di SMK X di Pringsewu dengan iklim sekolah. Teknik Pengambilan sampel secara purposif merupakan salah satu jenis ipengambilan isampel kuantitatif iyang idigunakan idalam ipenelitiani ini. Secara keseluruhan 108 siswa dari SMK X di Pringsewu menjadi subjek penelitian. Memanfaatkan Windows SPSS 26, analisis Spearman Rho merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara perilaku bullying dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,166 (p>0,05) untuk koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,166 suasana sekolah. Perilaku bullying secara efektif dipengaruhi oleh iklim sekolah sebesar 1,79%, dengan faktor-faktor lain yang menyumbang 98,21% dari variasi yang diamati dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya faktor-faktor lain seperti regulasi emosi, empati, dan dukungan sosial dalam mempengaruhi perilaku bullying

Abstract

Overseas students are individuals who pursue their education at a university located outside their home region, requiring them to reside in that area for a certain period to complete their studies. This research aims to examine the relationship between social support and the psychological well-being of overseas students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak. These students often face various challenges, including academic pressure and feelings of loneliness, which can affect their psychological well-being. The study involved 110 overseas students and hypothesized that greater social support, whether from family, friends, or the community, would be positively associated with better psychological well-being. The research used social support and psychological well-being scales to measure the relationship between the two variables in overseas students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak. The data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation technique with SPSS version 25.0. The results showed a significant and positive relationship between social support and psychological well- being. In other words, the more social support the students received, the better their psychological well-being. Both variables were categorized as moderate, indicating that the levels of social support and psychological well-being were average. The study demonstrated that social support contributed 57.6% to the psychological well-being of overseas students, while the remaining 42.4% was influenced by other factors such as personality, stress, and economic conditions. The higher the social support received by overseas students, the better their psychological well-being.

Abstract

Psychological well-being is an individual's ability to make meaning of life, have a satisfied life,a view of the problems that occur in life and a balance between positive and negative feelings.The consequences of parental divorce that occur and physical disabilities experienced by earlyadults can affect the achievement of psychological well-being. The purpose of this study was todetermine the description of psychological well-being in early adults with physical disabilitieswho experienced parental divorce in childhood. This study uses qualitative methods with datacollection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. There are three participants inthis study. Based on the results of the analysis, one of the three participants did not have goodpsychological well-being because only three of the six dimensions were fulfilled.
