Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, and customer satisfaction, on consumer buying interest in Black Id distributions in the city of Bukittinggi. The object of this research is customers who buy branded men's clothing products at Black Id Distro. The sample was selected using the Lemesshow formula with 98 customers as a sample. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using binary logistics analysts after passing the validity test, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis by using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program 16.00. Based on the results of the study, the indicators in this study are all valid statement indicators. Data testing with Binary Logistics Collaboration analysts found that the store atmosphere variable (X1), product quality (X2), had a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest in the Bukittinggi city Black Id distro, both partially and simultaneously viewed from the test results Wald and the G test have significant values ??smaller than 0.05. The most dominant variable in this study is customer satisfaction seen from the results of the B expectations test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) Effect of leadership style on the work environment, 2) Effect of leadership style on work achievement motivation, 3) Effect of work environment on achievement motivation, 4) Effect of work environment on work ethic, 5) Effect of leadership style on work ethic, 6) Effect of achievement motivation on work ethic. The population of this study were all employees of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Payakumbuh, amounting to 95 people. The number of samples is 49 people. The data analysis technique for testing the hypothesis is path analysis. Research found that: 1) Leadership style has a significant effect on the work environment. 2) Leadership style has a significant effect on achievement motivation. 3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee achievement motivation. 4) Leadership style has a significant effect on work ethic. 5) The work environment has a significant effect on employee work ethics. 6) Motivation for achievement has a significant effect on work ethic. Judging from the direct or indirect influence of the Effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Achievement Motivation on the Work Ethic of the Ministry of Religion of Payakumbuh, it is found that the work environment has the greatest influence, namely 26.41%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Sales Growth and Managerial Ownership on the condition of Financial Distress in manufacturing companies in Indonesia in 2015-2017. The sample of this study were 13 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a purposive sampling method. Based on the results of statistical analysis by using the t test with the value of t arithmetic equal to -1,249 ? value of t table 2.028 and significance of 0.220 ? from the significance level of 0.05, partially Managerial Ownership does not affect the condition of Financial Distress in the manufacturing company studied. This is proven by using the t test with the value of t count equal to 1.419 19 t table value 2.028 and significance 0.165 ? from the significance level of 0.05. Simultaneously Sales Growth and Managerial Ownership do not affect the condition of Financial Distress in the manufacturing companies studied with F count of 1.789 ? from the value of F table 3.32 and significance of 0.182 ? from the significance level of 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination of the value of R Square are obtained at 0.090 or 9%. This means that the independent variables namely Sales Growth (X1) and Managerial Ownership (X2) have an influence on the dependent variable, namely the Financial Distress (Y) condition of 9% while the remaining 91% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Consumer buying interest is part of the behavior component in consuming. In the evaluation phase of the purchasing decision process, consumers form an interest in the product to buy the most preferred product. If the consumer's interest in purchasing has grown, then the consumer will not hesitate to make a repeat purchase at the same place. Repurchase is one of the behaviors after a purchase that was previously based on a sense of satisfaction. Restaurants must have special food for consumers and be able to increase consumers' purchasing power in restaurants. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the interest in buying consumers in restaurants according to the needs and tastes of consumers. The restaurant that was used as the object of research was the Aur Duri Sumani restaurant. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that menu diversity and price perception significantly influence consumers' interest in buying Aur Duri Sumani restaurants. Thank you to the Director of Research and Community Service, for the financial assistance provided for the implementation of the Beginner Lecturer Research. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and see the effect of Product Quality and Brand Image on consumer purchasing decisions on Prima XP oil products in the city of Padang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study is consumers of Prima XP oil users in the city of Padang. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely normality test, heterocedasticity test and multicollinearity test and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis, F test and t test, from processing the data obtained results Y = 24,426 + 0,499 X1 + 0,450 X2. The results of these studies indicate that, 1) Product Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions, 2) Brand Image has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions, 3) Product Quality and Brand Image together have a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The background of this research is to identify the motivations factors which become the background the visiting of Malaysian to West Sumatera and to identify group/segmentation of tourist based on motivation in journey to West Sumatera. The research population is the tourist from Malaysia that visit West Sumatera. The sample in this research is international tourist, not the visitor working intention or diplomatic guest. From the result of the research it is found that the factors which stimulate the tourist motivation from Malaysia who visit West Sumatera are presitige, culture, medical treatment, natural view, leasure and fresh air. In fact, the dominan motivation in visiting West Sumatera are prestige and pride factor. Meanwhile, market segmentation based on tourist motivation that visit West Sumatera, which are : fresh air, The natural beauty and culture.
