Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency.The variable used in this research are job satisfaction as the independent variable and leadership Style as the dependent variable. The populations in this study were all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency using a sample of 58 respondents. The research used a saturation sampling technique, collected primary data via questionnaires method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. To validate the data, the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (R2) and t test were used in the research. The statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21 Program assistance tool was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of employees in the processing division at Ikan Giling Karyani Sungsang MSME. The variables used in this research are work stress as the independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population in this research were all 40 employees of the Processing Division at Ikan Giling Karyani Sungsang MSME, as well as 1 MSMEs head who assessed employee performance. This research used a saturation sampling technique, collected primary data via questionnaires, and used simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. To validate the data, the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (R2), and t test were used in this research. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21 program assistance tool was used to analyze the data. The findings of this research show that work stress has a significant negative impact on the performance of employees in the processing division at Ikan Giling Karyani Sungsang MSME. Abstract

This reseacrh aims to determine the effect of job descriptions on the performance of PT Satria Sriwijaya Sejahtera security guards. This study used quantitative methods with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study amounted to 35 people with 35 respondents. The sampling technique used is the census technique or total sampling. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The findings of this research showed that there was a positive and significant effect between job descriptions on the performance of PT Satria Sriwijaya Sejahtera security guards. From the aspects that have been researched, it is better for the management of PT Satria Sriwijaya Sejahtera to explain more about SOPs and job descriptions of security guards to members of their security guards and pay more attention to aspects that can affect the performance of security guards so that the performance of security guards can increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on job satisfaction of employees of PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol. The independent variable in this study is job placement and the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol, totaling 61 employees. As well as the sample of this study using a saturated sample so that the sample is the entire population of 61 employees. The data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data obtained were tested using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, analysis of correlation coefficient (r) and coefficient of determination (R2), as well as hypothesis testing or t test. The test was carried out using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 21. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that work placement had a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol employees. Abstract

PT Caturadiluhur Sentosa Palembang is a company engaged in the distribution, logistics, and retail of building materials. PT Caturadiluhur Sentosa Palembang has several obstacles, namely the criteria for determining the best current sales by determining the largest turnover only. So that the current best sales appraisal system is considered less effective and unfair. The system built aims to build the best sales decision support system that can manage sales data and assessment parameters properly. The system built can manage sales data, criteria data, store sales appraisal data, and calculate sales value using the SAW method. The system is built using the iteration method. The result of this research is a decision support system that gives the best sales ranking based on the results of the assessment calculated using the SAW method. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, debt policy and profitability partially and simultaneously on the value of companies in the Food and Beverages sector listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research uses a quantitative approach with sampling technique using purposive sampling method, in order to obtain 25 companies from 72 companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing the data uses Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that partially investment decisions and profitability have a significant effect on firm value while debt policy has no significant effect on firm value. The results of this research simultaneously show that investment decisions, debt policies and profitability have a significant effect on firm value. Abstract

In improving marketing and sales stategis, i tis urgently needed to influence the price and product quality. The price of a product is very significant in providing value to consumers to buy a product. Prices that match the quality of the product, consumers will be interested in buying the product because consumers are not always fixated on low prices. In the research that has been carried out on the influence of the price and quality of brand beverage products in Makassar, namely Yotta drinks, where this drink is a drink that has excelled in sales throughout South Sulawesi and has many enthusiasts. The results of the study using a quantitative descriptive type approach method with Primary and secondary data sources showed that the price had a significant influence on the decisions of Yotta drink buyers, and the quality of this product had a positive influence on the decisions of Yotta drink buyers. So the conclusion from the results of this study is that the price and quality of these products both have a positive influence on the decision to purchase Yotta drinks in Samata, Gowa Regency. Abstract

Literacy is an inseparable part of human civilization that can help measure societal strata and how the society in a nation interpretes time development as well as how far they can survive in it. In this study, we specifically wanted to look at the relationship between Kabat-Zin mindful parenting (a conscious parenting style) and the reading and writing literacy of teenagers in Kampung Cisanggarung, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, West Java. This study used a quantitative research method with a correlational design. From a total population of 488, 24 adolescents aged 10-19 years old were purposively chosen from 24 families who have teenage children. The reading and writing literacy of Kampung Cisanggarung youths was measured by using the Ministry of Education and Culture literacy scale . Meanwhile, the mindful parenting pattern was investigated by using a scale derived from Duncan and Zinn’s 5 dimensions of mindful parenting. Pearson Product Moment formula was implemented to determine the magnitude of the correlation coefficient between the two variables: whether or not the relationship is significant. The correlation coefficient found was r = 0.450 with a significance probability value of 0.027 indicating that there is a significant positive correlation between mindful parenting and literacy (r = 0.450; p <0.5). Several factors were assumed to be the influential reasons for such a medium correlation level category. Parent’s low level of education may prevent adequate knowledge in parenting. Another possible cause found was lack of example given by parents to their children in the literacy aspect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of work motivation on work productivity (2) The effect of work discipline on work productivity. (3) the influence of the work environment on work productivity. (4) the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on work productivity. The population in the study were all employees of the Gunungkidul Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 66 people. All employees are taken data or census using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression test with the IBM SPSS Version 26 tool program. The data analysis was carried out to identify independent variables that affect the dependent variable. The results of the study found that (1) work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. (4) work motivation, work discipline and work environment together have a significant positive effect on work productivity. Abstract

This training aims to improve the mindful parenting skills of 'Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal (ABA) Kindergarten teachers in the 'Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA) Bandung Regency. The Asah, Asih, Asuh training program related to Mindful Parenting in teaching consists of five sessions, including Lecturing, Role Plays, FGD, Reflection, and Skill Review sessions. These changes can be seen from the results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test which were held at the beginning of the training and at the end of the training, which aims to see how far the changes have occurred after participating in the Asah, Asih, Asuh training. With the implementation of the Asah, Asih, Foster Training, it is hoped that participants will be able to apply all of the understanding or skills acquired during the training into the actual teaching system in schools. Program pelatihan Asah, Asih, Asuh yang berkaitan dengan mindful parenting dalam pengajaran terdiri dari lima sesi, diantaranya sesi Lecturing, Role Plays, FGD, Reflection, dan Skill Review. Perubahan tersebut terlihat dari hasil Pre-Test dan Post-Test yang di adakan di awal pelatihan dan akhir pelatihan, yang bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa jauh perubahan yang terjadi setelah mengikuti pelatihan Asah, Asih, Asuh ini. Dengan telah terlaksananya kegiatan Pelatihan Asah, Asih, Asuh ini diharapkan peserta dapat mengaplikasikan seluruh pemahaman ataupun keterampilan-keterampilan yang di dapatkan pada saat pelatihan ke dalam sistem pengajaran sesungguhnya di sekolah.
