Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence Electronic of Mouth (E-WOM) and its dimensions, namely information quality, information quantiity, information credibility, information usefulness, and information adoption on the interest in buying Avoskin skincare products on TikTok social media Researchers use quantitative methods with the purpose of this study, namely descriptive-causal. Data collection using non-probability sampling method with convience sampling type as much as 400 respondents user Avoskin. This study used questionnaire data collection techniques with ordinal scales and data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that information quality, information quantity and information credibility have a significant and positive effect on information usefulness. In addition, information usefulness has a positive and significant effect on information adoption. The information adoption variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The suggestions in this study are that the Avoskin company can maintain and improve the quality, quantity and credibility of information about Avoskin products on the TikTok social media platform so that it can increase consumer buying interest in Avoskin products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the various differences between the application of tax incentives in the form of tax allowances and tax holidays in Indonesia and the application of tax incentives in Thailand, with an emphasis on evaluating the application of tax incentives and tax allowances in Indonesia. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a comparative descriptive qualitative design. This study uses two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data is in the form of interviews with tax practitioners, tax officials, and companies that receive tax incentives. Then secondary data in the form of data from books, laws, and other regulations that lead to tax allowances and tax holidays. Researchers used data collection instruments in the form of a list of interview guidelines and notes on the results of the interviews. The results of this study indicate that the application of tax incentives in Indonesia in terms of processing time and usage is better than that in Thailand. As for the facilities, bureaucracy, application process, investment status, and the facilities provided in Thailand are better. The researcher also made comparisons based on infrastructure, socio-political, and population density factors, and found that these factors sufficiently influence investors to determine investment destination countries. In addition, the researchers also found that there are several conditions for submitting tax incentives that are quite burdensome for business people

Abstract

Issues related to occupational safety and health in general are still neglected, especially in Indonesia. This can be proven by the high rate of work accidents. At PT. Pelabuhan recorded several work accident incidents of 469 cases in the 2019-2022 period. The occupational safety and health management system (OSHMS) is a form of prevention and reduction of the risk of work accidents. This study aims to evaluate the application of OSHMS PT. Pelabuhan as an effort to develop the application of OSHMS and improve HSSE performance at PT. Pelabuhan. This study will take OSHMS data according to PP 50 of 2012 with 166 criteria (Advanced Level). Based on the results of the audit and analysis carried out, it is known that the number of criteria fulfilled is 156 criteria with a percentage of 93.97% and there are 10 criteria of non-conformity percentage 6.03% (minor category). These results state the level of implementation of OSHMS at PT. Pelabuhan is included in the (Satisfactory) category. Furthermore, corrective actions and recommendations will be made for non-conformity in OSHMS.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which the influence of individual characteristics, workload, and work environment affect employee performance. By conducting this research, it is expected to assist the company in identifying the appropriate strategies to enhance employee performance. The research results indicate a significant influence of the variables of individual characteristics, workload, work environment, and employee performance in PT XYZ company, with T-Statistic values > 1.96 and P-Values < 0.05.

Abstract

In today's modern era, acceleration and innovation in technology are pushing the world economy forward, so many new startups have sprung up that have come up with ideas to raise the level of the economy, such as online shops, e-commerce, and others. Lazada is a marketplace that is in demand by various groups for online transactions by often offering promotional programs at lower prices with free shipping and good service. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived price, promotion, product quality, and service quality in the Lazada marketplace on consumer purchasing decisions in Depok. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms with purposive sampling, namely Lazada users as a consumer online shopping platform in Depok. In analyzing the data, this study used SPSS 26 to calculate the results of the Multiple Linear Regression variable test, t-test, F test, and determination analysis. The results of this study indicate that based on the t-test, price perceptions have a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, and based on the t-test, promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, perceptions of price, promotion, product quality, and service quality significantly affect consumers' purchasing decisions in Depok. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the effect of perceived price, promotion, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions is only 73.5%. The remaining 26.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Karya Mandiri Cooperative, West Bandung Regency. The approach used in this study is a descriptive approach, the sample of this study was taken from the entire population of employees at the Karya Mandiri Cooperative, which totaled 37 employees. Data collection techniques used by the method of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, as well as the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Karya Mandiri Cooperative, West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Hotel and Service Quality on Madani Hotel Medan guest satisfaction. The sample in this study was 98 guests. Multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing are the analytical methods used. The results showed that Green Hotel significantly affected guest satisfaction at Madani Hotel Medan. Service quality affects guest satisfaction at Madani Hotel Medan. Many consumers or guests who want a friendly hotel environment. Therefore, green hotels can form the basis for a marketing strategy great. The quality of service at the hotel is good, and guest satisfaction is high. After the guest is satisfied with the product or service received, guests compare the services provided. If the guest is delighted, they encourage others to buy from the exact location again. Therefore, hotels need to start thinking more maturely about the importance of customer service through service quality. Meanwhile, customer service and satisfaction are increasingly being recognized as important aspects of survival and competitiveness in business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, test, and analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage and capital intensity on tax aggressiveness moderated by profitability in pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses quantitative methods with an associative approach and documented data collection by collecting, recording, reviewing and analyzing secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector from 2016-2021. This study took 42 samples using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics which is used to explain the description of the data from all variables and also multiple linear regression analysis and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and capital intensity have no effect on tax aggressiveness. And leverage has an effect on tax aggressiveness. Profitability is able to moderate (strengthen) the effect of liquidity, leverage and capital intensity on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

The research aims to determine and examine the effect of: (1) village apparatus competence on village financial performance; (2) accountability for village financial performance; (3) the government's internal control system moderates the effect of village apparatus competence on village financial performance and (4) the government's internal control system moderates the effect of accountability on village financial performance. The research population is village officials who carry out village financial performance in Sibiru-biru District with a sample of 60 people from 10 villages. The research method is a quantitative method with Smart-PLS analysis. The results of the study concluded: (1) the competence of the village apparatus has an influence on village financial performance in Biru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency by 0.258 and it is stated that the proposed hypothesis is acceptable; (2) accountability has an influence on village financial performance in Biru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency by 0.251 and it is stated that the proposed hypothesis is acceptable; (3) the government's internal control system moderates the competence of village apparatus on village financial performance in Biru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency, which is 0.123 and the hypothesis stated is acceptable and (4) the government's internal control system moderates accountability for village financial performance in Sibiru-biru of Deli Serdang Regency is 0.251 and it is stated that the proposed hypothesis is acceptable. Overall, the results of the study show that village financial performance is influenced by the competence of village officials and the accountability of village officials moderated by the government's internal control system by 0.609 = 60.9%; while the remaining 39.1% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

The study will look at how job insecurity and social support affect the psychological well-being of outsourcing employees at company X Medan. This research used a quantitative method. This study included 109 outsourcing employees from the Company X of Medan. The measurement was conducted using the job insecurity, social support, and psychological well-being scales. Data on this research was analyzed using multiple regression tests. According to the statistics, F value 12.077 > F table 3.08 and p = 0.000 < 0,050, job insecurity and social support were affected by psychological well-being among outsourcing employees at Company X of Medan. Other findings include experienced job insecurity among outsourcing employees at Company X of Medan, perceived social support among outsourcing employees at Company X of Medan, and psychological well-being among outsourcing employees at Company X of Medan. Therefore, it is recommended that further research be carried out with qualitative methods or a mixed design and consider other variables.
