Abstract

A company's capital structure is an important element in ensuring the smooth running of its business activities. Management is required to decide the ideal capital structure by considering the subsidizing needs of both internal and external funding productively. The research goal is to discover how business risk and firm size affect the capital structure that is moderated through profitability. The study pattern consisted of 37 companies in the property and real estate sector, which have been decided on through a purposive sampling method. The test results show that business risk has a negative effect on a company's capital structure, and firm size has no effect on this. Furthermore, profitability also has a moderating effect on the negative relationship between business risk and capital structure, as well as the positive relationship between firm size and capital structure.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer knowledge, taxpayer awareness, taxpayer sanctions, and the Samsat Drive Thru system on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance (Empirical Study on Motorized Vehicle Taxpayers Samsat Kelapa Dua SDC Serpong). The population of this study includes all registered taxpayers at Samsat Kelapa Dua SDC Serpong. The sampling technique used was the Quota Sampling Technique. Based on the predetermined criteria obtained 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study partially show that Taxpayer Knowledge and Taxpayer Sanctions have an effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance, while Taxpayer Awareness and the Samsat Drive Thru System have no effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance. Simultaneously all independent variables affect the dependent variable. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Influencer Dan Content Marketing Terhadap Green Loyalty di Starbucks Kopi Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel penelitian berjumlah 107 responden karyawan Pada Starbucks Kopi Tangerang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Social Media Influencer (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap Green Loyalty (Y). hal ini ditunjukan dengan thitung < tabel yakni 4,834 < 1,659, Content Marketing (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap Green Loyalty (Y). Hal ini ditunjukan dengan thitung > t tabel yakni 4,485 > 1,659, Hal ini ditunjukan dengan thitung > t tabel yakni 4,554 > 1,659 dan nilai signifikan regresi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,50. Dan secara simultan variabel Social Media Influencer (X1), Content Marketing (X2) dan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Green Loyalty (Y) yakni F hitung > F tabel sebesar 12.585 > 2,695. Dengan nilai persamaan regresi berganda Y = 20,233 + 0,174 + 0,217 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 24,7% yang sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the relationship between profitability, dividend policy and company value in manufacturing companies in the basic industry and chemical sectors for the 2017-2022 period. The research method is quantitative with purposive sampling. The number of samples is 15 out of 86 companies in the basic industrial and chemical sectors. Data collection techniques use secondary data in the form of annual reports and financial reports. Research data analysis is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing and correlation analysis between variables tested statistically. The test results show that partially Profitability has no significant effect on Company Value, while Dividend Policy has a significant effect on Company Value. Furthermore, simultaneously Profitability and Dividend Policy have a significant effect on Company Value. The results of the correlation test show that the degree of relationship between the three variables is in a very strong position because they influence each other.

Abstract

The financial performance of tobacco companies in Indonesia can be measured using a financial ratio approach. To compare the financial performance of tobacco companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, a profitability ratio approach can be used, specifically the Gross Profit Margin ratio and the Net Profit Margin ratio. The purpose of this study is to compare the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) with PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) in terms of the Gross Profit Margin ratio and the Net Profit Margin ratio. This study uses ratio analysis and statistical analysis methods, employing an independent sample test with research samples from the years 2013-2022 for both objects of study. The results indicate that PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) are in a less favorable condition in terms of the Gross Profit Margin ratio, as both companies have not been able to maximize their gross profit earnings. In terms of the Net Profit Margin ratio, PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) are also in a less favorable condition, meaning that both companies have not been able to maximize their net profit earnings. In conclusion, PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) are both in a similarly unfavorable condition in terms of maximizing profits.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work experience, competence and work motivation on employee performance at PT Tukadmas Bima City partially and simultaneously. This research is associative research with a research instrument using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the total research sample being 38 permanent employees. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially only work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tukadmas Bima City, but simultaneously work experience, competence and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tukadmas Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of education level and financial behavior on the financial performance of MSMEs in Mataram City. The approach used is qualitative method with multiple regression analysis method. Sample selection in this method uses purposive sampling. The number of samples used is 30 MSMEs located in Mataram City. The results of this study show that the level of education does not have a significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. Meanwhile, financial behavior has a significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs

Abstract

Sertifikasi halal memiliki peran krusial dalam memastikan kehalalan produk makanan dan minuman yang dihasilkan oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Artikel ini mengulas manfaat sertifikasi halal bagi UMKM, termasuk peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen, akses ke pasar yang lebih luas, dan peningkatan daya saing. Selain itu, sertifikasi halal memberikan peluang bagi UMKM untuk memiliki Unique Selling Point (USP) yang membedakan produk mereka dari pesaing. Meskipun manfaatnya signifikan, pelaku UMKM juga menghadapi tantangan, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan tentang proses sertifikasi dan kesadaran akan pentingnya sertifikasi formal. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan dan edukasi terkait sertifikasi halal perlu ditingkatkan agar pelaku UMKM dapat memanfaatkan potensi ini secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa penting sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku usaha UMKM di Kota Bima dan dampak ekonomi dan sosial yang dihasilkan dari penerapan sertifikasi tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha UMKM, lembaga sertifikasi halal, dan lembaga terkait di Kota Bima.

Abstract

Mutmainah Bima Gallery is a souvenir center that sells various products made in Bima, especially woven fabric products. This research aims to determine the significant influence of shopping lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying of Bima specialty products in the Mutmainah gallery. This type of research is associative using quantitative data. The population and sample in this study were 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, literature study, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 26 for Windows. The research results show that there is a significant influence of shopping lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying of Bima specialty products in the Mutmainah gallery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy on Financial Management Behavior with Financial Attitudes as a Mediation Variable. The object of this study are SMEs Leather Craft Village, Yogyakarta. This research uses a Quantitative type of research with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this study was 140 SMEs in Keparakan, Yogyakarta. The data collection method used purposive sampling technique. Data processing is carried out used partial least squares and used tools Smart PLS. The results and conclusions of this study indicate that financial literacy has a direct and significant effect on financial management behavior. Financial literacy has a direct and significant effect on financial attitudes. Financial attitudes have a direct and significant effect on financial management behavior. Financial attitudes can fully mediate the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior.
