Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and quality of work life on organization commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in civil servant employees UPTD Public health center Poncowarno. The sampling method used in this study is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The total sampling in this study was 31 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaire using a Likert scale of 4 categories. The data analysis used was the validity and reliability instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and path analysis using SPSS 23.0 for windows.The results of this study indicate that based on the validity and reliability test all variables are declared valid and reliable. Both structural models meet the criteria for classical assumption test with no multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity, and meet the assumption of normalty. Based on the t test, organizational climate has no effect on job satisfaction. Quality of work life has a significant on job satisfaction. Organization climate has a significant on organization commitment. Quality of work life has no effect on organization commitment. Job satisfaction has a significant on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of instrument readiness on the intensity of student entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijayakusuma University, Purwokerto. The number of samples used were 65 respondents, and the sampling technique used was simple random sampling method. To determine the sample size using the method developed by Isaac and Michael. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression obtained coefficient values ​​from Capital Through (b1 = 0.284), Information Availability (b2 = 0.642), and Networking (b3 = 0.371) and by using a 95% Confidence level (α = 0.05) and degrees of freedom (df)= (nk) = (65-4)= 61 then the t table is 1.999. While the t-count for each independent variable is Capital Through (th1=3.251), Information Availability (th2=7.672), and Networking (th3=6.715). Because th1, th2, th3 > ttable, then Ho is rejected. This can be interpreted that Capital Through, Availability of Information, and Networks have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unwiku. This shows that the better the Instrument Readiness Dimensions which consist of Capital Through, Available Information, and Networking are owned, the more the intensity of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business for entrepreneurship is increased. Abstract

This study examines employee involvement in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational readiness to change. Testing using multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The research shows that perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee engagement. Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on organizational readiness to change. Employee involvement has a significant effect on organizational readiness to change. Employee involvement mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on readiness to change. Referring to these conclusions, it can be implied that as an effort to continuously improve organizational readiness for change, the Purwokerto Central Post Office management needs to implement appropriate policies related to perceptions of organizational support and employee involvement. The results of this study indicate that the role of employee involvement in encouraging organizational readiness to change is very important.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income, efficiency, welfare of freshwater fish farming in the Purwa Mina Sejati Cultivator Group, Banyumas. This research is a quantitative research. The research population was the Fish Cultivation Group (POKDAKAN) of Purwa Mina Sejati, Beji Village, with 25 people. The results showed that (1) The income of freshwater fish farming business in Purwa Mina Sejati Banyumas Cultivator Group was profitable with an income of Rp. 7,604,386.6/month; (2)The freshwater fish farming business of Purwa Mina Sejati Banyumas Cultivator Group has been efficient with the results of the calculation of the R/C ratio of 4.44;(3) Freshwater fish cultivators in Purwa Mina Sejati Cultivation Group, Banyumas are already prosperous with the income of members/families of Rp. 3,213,849.20 greater than the standart living cost of Banyumas district. Abstract

In achieving company goals, human resources play a very important role. The organization will thrive if supported by loyal and highly committed employees, which is shown by their attitudes and behavior in the workplace. Positive behavior of employees or members of the organization can support individual performance and organizational performance for better organizational development. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a voluntary employee behavior that is not directly related to the compensation, but contributes to the effectiveness of the organization. OCB is vital for an effective organization because it includes behavior that is not directly related to performance tasks but is important for overall organizational performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays a key role in supporting the effectiveness of organizational functions, especially in the long run. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of OCB UMKM of Kabupaten Banyumas The approach used in this study is quantitative method with a mean score to measure employee OCB on obedience, loyalty and participation. The results of the study concluded that the three indicators used in the assessment show good average score. Of the three indicator values the smallest is the value of the participation indicator with 3.39. The lack of OCB values from participation indicator shows the degree of OCB held by UMKM Kabupaten Banyumas so that the institution can design trainings or workshops that are in accordance with employee needs so that employees can exhibit work behavior that exceeds standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of net profit margin, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples obtained were as many as 8 companies using the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the panel data analysis technique. The results showed that net profit margin, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio had a significant effect on stock prices. The implications of this study for potential investors to pay attention and consider the ratio of NPM, CR, DER and DPR because the ratio proved significant to strengthen the rise and fall of stock prices. An additional finding in this study is that CR has a significant negative effect, meaning that the condition of a company that is too liquid can result in a decrease in profitability for the company. Investors need to pay attention to the CR of a company in assessing the company's shares, so it is not wrong to choose the company to buy its shares.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of GRDP in the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors on income inequality in Indonesia in 2010-2020. The locations in this study are 33 provinces in Indonesia. The research method used is multiple linear regression panel data. The results of this study are the GRDP of the primary sector has a significant negative effect on income inequality in Indonesia, the GRDP of the secondary sector has a significant positive effect on income inequality in Indonesia, while the GRDP of the tertiary sector has no effect on income inequality in Indonesia

Abstract

Mutual Fund performance is the main consideration for investors in determining their investment decisions. The performance of Equity Funds is influenced by many determinants of whether a mutual fund performs well or is poor. This study aims to determine the effect of Fund Size, Fund Age and Past Performance on Equity Mutual Fund Performance calculated by the Sharpe method. The sample of this research is 45 Equity Mutual Fund Products with the research period 2018-2020. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling with various sampling criteria. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Fund Size variable has no positive and insignificant effect on the performance of Equity Funds, the Fund Age variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Equity Funds, and the Past Performance variable has a negative and significant effect on the performance of Equity Funds. Meanwhile, the variables of Fund Size, Fund Age and Past Performance simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Equity Funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, earnings growth, and audit committee on earnings quality in consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2020. The population used in this study is the consumer goods industrial companies listed on the BEI as many as 52 companies. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique which obtained 26 consumer goods industrial companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2020. The analytical method used is panel data regression with the help of STATA statistics. The results of the analysis show that capital structure and profit growth have a significant positive effect on earnings quality in consumer goods industrial companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2020. However, the audit committee has no significant negative effect on earnings quality in consumer goods industrial companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2020.
