Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease-19) Pandemic firstly discovered in December 2019 in Wuhan City. All sectors are expected to comply with established protocols to limit physical distancing and avoid crowds. With all efforts made by the community and the government, the spread of Covid-19 will not end until 2021. The government introduced the term New Normal which means people must live adapting to this virus, carrying out all the usual activities by complying with health protocols, such as: using hand sanitizer, washing hands, paying attention to capacity in one room, checking the temperature, and wearing mask. In Purwakarta, some schools have conducted offline learning, this can be one of the causes of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, so there needs to be education related to the importance of maintaining health in this New Normal. From this problem, the researchers presented the program entitled seminar on the urgency of maintaining health in the new normal in the community of SDN 02 Cipaisan. The implementation of this service is carried out online and offline. Presenters provide material online while participants follow offline while adhering to applicable health protocols. From the data collection through questionnaires taken before and after the seminar, it was obtained that teachers and parents are increasingly aware and aware of the importance of maintaining health during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Preventing community from hoaxes is essential in the information disruptive era. During the social distancing policy due to COVID-19 outbreaks, the hoaxes deployment was raised in line with the high social media utilization. School community is one of the susceptible societies on hoaxes deployment. This community service program aimed to train the school community a skill to identify and report hoax information using critical discourse analysis assisted by ICT tools. The program was conducted in Pilot Laboratory Elementary School of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia at Serang Campus. The location was selected based on the preliminary assessment on the high risk of hoaxes deployment among the teacher and students’ parents during the learning from home activity. The program was executed in a seminar and workshop of optimizing critical discourse analysis using ICT. The program was developed by ASSURE model adapted in Pre-Program, In-Program, and Post-Program activities. The result of this empowerment was the instillment of identifying and reporting the hoaxes information. After the program, the participations were able to analyze the hoxes information characteristics and utilize android-based software to report it to the authorized party. The follow up program was invited the community to be a part of anti-hoax citizen community

The community service program carried out is one of the mandatory activities in the Introduction to Education Unit Field course. This service activity is carried out by making a socialization activity so that the benefits of the activity can be directly received by the target of the activity. The purpose of this activity is to socialize the importance of maintaining oral health in elementary school environment as a form of concern regarding the health of students' teeth and mouth. The method of socializing this community service program is executed online using the Zoom application with presenters and offline with students. The location of the socialization of this service program was carried out at the elementary educational technical implementation unit of SD Negeri 4 Nagrikaler, Purwakarta district, West Java province. The target of this activity program is lower-grade students, more precisely students who are currently studying at the 2nd grade elementary school level. The result of the socialization of the community service program that has been implemented is the increased knowledge and awareness of students about the importance of maintaining the health of their teeth and mouth.

The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding about the coastal environment to students of State Elementary School of Kebon, Kasemen District, Serang City. The method used in this community service is by providing teaching and socialization about protecting the environment in coastal areas. This community service is intended due to students of State Elementary School of Kebon live in direct contact with the coastal area. The teaching and socialization were conducted from September to November 2020. The teaching is conducted online through WhatsApp groups since the local and school policies did not allow face-to-face learning. Participants in this community service program were 50 students from grades 5 and 6. The conclusion is that through this program students of State Elementary School of Kebon become more aware and care about their coastal environment. This early environmental education is expected to reduce the behavior of disposing of trash inappropriately and increase students’ awareness of State Elementary School of Kebon to protect the coastal environment

In Indonesian elementary school, it is still rare to find special guidance and counseling teachers, so that in the end, the responsibility is delegated to the classroom teacher. In fact, through the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia number 111 of 2014, the government has stated that the elementary school level should have its own counseling guidance service. Seeing the gap and the need for these services, special discussions are needed in order to equalize perceptions and introduce effective steps for handling students' psychological problems for elementary school teachers. This is what underlies the purpose of this workshop, which is to equalize the perception of elementary school teachers regarding the importance of special counseling guidance services. Discussions about the steps for handling cases both when conventional learning and when distance learning took place were the outcomes that participants found in this online workshop. The focus of case handling in conventional learning is on sexual harassment of students while in distance learning the focus is on stress experienced by students.

The assumption of students and primary school teachers that math learning was difficult and unpleasant as well as unrelated to daily life. Mathematics would be fun if connected to Sundanese culture. Sundanese ethnomathematics learning innovation could be taught to students and elementary school teachers through Sundanese ethnomathematics learning innovation training in their schools. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Serang School Mathematics Health Center (Puskesmas) is a community service to Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia community that will perform devotion to students and teachers of elementary school partners PLSP (Field Introduction Education Unit) in State Elementary School 4 of Serang City, Serang District, Banten Province. The output that will be produced from this activity are publications in the journal and publications in mass media. After this program, initially Teacher and student feel happy and easy in mathematics learning with Sundanese culture

The problem of teachers, especially in elementary schools, to follow up on the psychology of children that have occurred so far have not been resolved. Moreover, the Covid-19 outbreak which has hit the Indonesian nation, is increasing in number every day, thus require students to study online and unable to carry out face-to-face learning. In this pandemic, primary school or elementary school students were most affected subject. Innovations to know and explore further the developmental psychology of elementary school age children were potentially carried out through webinars. Elementary school teachers strongly questioned the continuity of developmental psychology of students while studying at home. To facilitate, the group 10 PPLSP Elementary School Teacher Education Program UPI Purwakarta Campus at Nagri Kaler 8 Elementary School, Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province held a service webinar for elementary school teachers in Purwakarta with the theme The Urgency of Counseling and Developmental Psychology in Learning in PJJ Era Elementary Schools. This community service was carried out as a realization of the students thematic community service program (KKN) for the prevention and management of the impact of Covid-19. The community service program which was held by Universitas Pendidikan Indonesian has the theme of the community service on prevention and management of the impact of Covid-19 in the education and economy sector during the new normal adaptation period. This program is conducted for 30 days from 17 November to 17 December 2020 at Menes district Pandeglang, Banten. This program tried to solve some community problems in several aspects. The first activities carried out during this community service program was in the field of education, such as enhancing learning courageously, mentoring students parents and assisting with school administration. The second activity was focused on preventing Covid-19 spread for school and the children community. This activity was carried out in online using information technology such as via YouTube, Google, and other social media. This optimizing digital media result a better in achieving the goals of increasing community awareness on preventing Covid-19 spreads.

This training is carried out as a service to elementary school teachers in providing technology-based student learning evaluations. The purpose of this service is to provide new knowledge related to the methods of providing learning evaluation and to improve the ability of elementary school teachers in using Google Forms chat room-based as a media for learning evaluation. The method used in this service was the steps implementation activities that include: (a) Interviewed teachers in UPTD SDN 9 Nagrikaler and observed the implementation of online learning; (b) Formulated the problem; (c) Coordinated with teachers, school principals, and field supervisors in determining programs; (d) Made a training media in the form of PowerPoints and videos; (e) Implemented the program. The results obtained based on the initial questionnaire data, the teachers' knowledge about the use of Google Forms was still minimum so that the training on the use of Google Forms chat room-based could help teachers to increase their knowledge in operating Google Forms in the 4.0 Industrial era. However, from the results of the interview, it was found that some teachers were difficult to operate Google Forms because they were constrained by its language and terms. In addition, teachers felt that Google Forms was effective enough to be used as a learning media and learning evaluation.

Community Service program is a mandatory program must be attended by students at several university including Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This activity should go to the villages directly, but because of Covid-19 the activities become online. This program used descriptive qualitative. This program started from November 16th until December 30th, 2020 with a demand time that must be taken is 120 hours. The program which was held by UPI during the Covid-19 pandemic carried the theme Thematic Community Service Lecture on the Prevention and Overcoming of the Impact of Covid-19. The program was held in Serang, Banten by online to prevent the spread of Covid-19. There are mandatory program and two optional programs in education and economic sectors. This program conducted a combination of strengthening student online learning, mentoring and parents during online schooling, helping school administration, making educational videos on programs to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 in the field of education which are shared on Instagram and Youtube, and making news articles published to mass media..
