Abstract

This study explores the implementation and effectiveness of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in a business management training program for women entrepreneurs at An Nur Ibun Community Learning Center. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews with participants and facilitators, focusing on the experiences, challenges, and outcomes of the PjBL approach. The findings reveal that PjBL significantly enhanced participants' entrepreneurial competencies, particularly in financial management, marketing strategies, and strategic planning. The hands-on, practical nature of PjBL allowed participants to apply theoretical knowledge directly to their businesses, resulting in increased confidence and improved business practices. The collaborative environment fostered by PjBL promoted teamwork and problem-solving skills, while continuous support from facilitators helped participants overcome challenges related to varying prior knowledge and digital tool usage. Despite some initial difficulties, the integration of digital tools and the structured six-step PjBL approach contributed to tangible improvements in participants' business operations. The study highlights the importance of tailored support, flexible teaching strategies, and the integration of practical tasks in business training programs. The research underscores PjBL's effectiveness as a pedagogical approach for developing essential entrepreneurial skills and recommends further exploration of strategies to maximize its benefits in diverse learning contexts.

Abstract

Peserta didik memiliki keragaman akan kebutuhan dan karakteristik berbeda dalam belajar. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebagai akomodasi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan akan setiap individual melalui otonomi belajar, sehingga adanya keleluasaan bagi peserta didik untuk mengambil segala tindakan dan keputusan kegiatan belajar guna menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kemandirian belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji hubungan antara pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan kemandirian belajar apakah berkorelasi positif atau tidak. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif dengan korelasional deskriptif melalui uji korelasi Pearson  product moment.  Teknik  sampling  jenuh secara keseluruhan terdiri atas 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan kemandirian belajar memiliki hubungan positif yang kuat. Hubungan kuat mengindikasikan, bahwa semakin baik penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Adapun hasil penelitian mengenai hubungan diferensiasi konten pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, produk pembelajaran, serta lingkungan belajar dengan kemandirian belajar yang akan dibahas lebih lanjut dalam artikel ini.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the components of Needs Assessment, Program Planning, Formative Evaluation, and Summative Evaluation in the Organizational Activator Program (POP) at State Junior High School 1 Sungai Kakap, Kubu Raya Regency.The research is conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection method uses observation techniques, interviews, and documents. The data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using triangulation and member checking.  The main findings of this research are (1) Needs Assessment. Before participating in the Organizer Program (POP), schools faced several challenges in supporting/implementing literacy programs. (2) Program Planning. Program planning is carried out by considering the needs for facilities and infrastructure, resources, and training that have been identified in the needs assessment stage. (3) Formative Evaluation. The school encourages active participation from all stakeholders in the POP program, promoting the importance of involvement in planning and implementation. (4) Summative Evaluation. The Organizer Movement Program at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap has a significant positive impact on students' learning outcomes, reading interest, writing skills, and critical thinking abilities, as well as enhancing teachers' professionalism in teaching and writing.

Abstract

Person's personality can affect what they might do in response to a particular circumstance or event. According to the study's findings, personality has an impact on a person's behavior, including their career decisions. Based on these conclusions, we want to identify the root cause by examining the impact of personality on interest in general election lectures based on gender and sex. 354 Senior High School students who were getting ready for university selection made up the study's sample. Respondents in the study This is student class XII (Science and Social Sciences) at school Senior High School (SMA) in South Kalimantan. Data were retrieved for more than 2 months and were nonparametric data. Collected data will be analyzed using analysis Chi-Square. The result shows that there wasn"™t a significant influence between gender and personality to interest in election major lectures to students"™ Senior High School. Besides, it is also shown that the percentage proportion highest interest student men nor women is type work Medical (MED) (28.2%). Whereas type work with enthusiasts smallest is Outdoor, Mechanical, and Practical (1.4%). Based on the findings on these research is known that interest is not only influenced by someone"™s gender nor personality

Abstract

This research reviews 'Interactive Learning Strategies of Chinese language at SMP Kristen Shining Star Sragen. The aim is to identify and analyze the Chinese interactive learning strategies implemented by the teachers in this school. Chinese language learning at every level of education is becoming increasingly important, considering the development and needs of globalization. An interactive approach to Chinese language learning is expected to improve students' motivation, comprehension and language skills. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with data utilization through observation, interview, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), as well as using books, journals, and relevant literature sources. The results show that the interactive learning strategies applied include using drills and role-playing techniques. This strategy is believed to create a fun learning atmosphere while activating students' participation. In addition, the factors that influence the effectiveness of this strategy include teacher readiness, supporting facilities and infrastructure, and student involvement in the teaching-learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan kemampauan membaca. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (classroom action research) dan tergolong penelitian kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar penilaian peneliti (researcher) merencanakan, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan peserta didik. Pada siklus pertama penilaian rencana pelaksanaan membaca permulaan dengan presentase rata - rata   56,25 % pada siklus kedua dengan presentase rata - rata     68,75 % dan pada siklus ketiga mencapai presntase rata - rata   85%. Pada siklus awal   peneliti (researcher) dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran membaca permulaan   dengan presentase     rata-rata 49,5 % pada siklus tahap dua  presentase   rata-rata   68 % dan pada siklus yang terakhir  presentase   mencapai 84,3 %. Peningkatan kempuan membaca permulaan peserta didik pada siklus pertama diperoleh presentase     rata-rata 58%, pada siklus kedua diperoleh presentase   rata-rata 97 % dan pada siklus ketiga   peningkatan kemampuan membaca pemulaan peserta didik diperoleh presentase   rata-rata 97 %. Dengan demikian hasil kesimpulan yang bisa di sajikan kemampuan membaca permulaan peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dengan penelitian tindakan kelas pada membaca permulaan dengan menerapkan media gambar dikarenakan maedia gambar sebagai langkah dasar untuk peserta didik mau membuka jendela pendidikan masa depan yang lebih baik.                 Kata Kunci: Kempuan Membaca Permulaan dengan Media Gambar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah terhadap organisasi teachers silince (OTS) di sekolah dasar Kota Malang. Dalam lingkup ini, metode yang digunakan yakni penelitian kuantitaif, yangmana dalam pengumpulan data disini menggunakan angket kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan yakni 80 guru sebagai responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil hipotesis kepemimpinan pembelajaran terhadap OTS memperoleh nilai original sample sebesar 0,501 kemudian t statistik sebesar 7,930 dan signifikan dengan nilai P-Values 0,000. Artinya kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan OTS memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 50,1%. Disimpulkan dari hasil tersebut, jika kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah ditingkatkan dalam mendeteksi OTS maka secara tidak langsung akan menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat, nyaman dan memotivasi guru menjalankan tugas di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran, Organization Teachers Silince.

Abstract

Besides managerial responsibilities, principals are obliged to assist teachers in training and improving their teaching performance. Supervision is the teacher training efforts so that the implementation of their professional duties runs well and provides an increase in student learning achievement. This research was conducted at the Mardi Wiyata school in East Java. Research used quantitative descriptive methods, with a sample size 91 teachers, calculations using PLS SEM, outer model testing (validity and reliability) and inner model testing. Results is a direct influence of supervision on teacher performance 42.3%; supervision of school climate 47.8%; The influence of school climate on teacher performance 49.5%, and the indirect influence of supervision on performance which is moderated by school climate 23.7%. Conclusion the supervision contributes to improving teacher performance which is influenced by school climate to support the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is an important educational conceptual framework. Researchers and educational practitioners work together to create Pedagogical Content Knowledge studies. Researchers and educators collaborate to gain a deeper knowledge of PCK and how to use it in real-world circumstances in the classroom through research and field experiences. The current analysis included research progress on PCK aspects from 2014 to 2023, namely the progress in the number of global publications on PCK aspects in the Scopus database from 2014 to 2023, the core journals of international publications in the field of PCK studies, the productivity of researchers in the field of PCK studies, the number of which originates from collaboration in international publications on PCK aspects of study, the development of international research publications, and the development of international research publications. The global publication Scopus instrumentation view database was used in this investigation. Data collected from Scopus was based on the terms instrumentation, instruments, measurements, medical instrumentation, virtual instrumentation, instrumentation system article title, abstract, and keywords of 2014-2023. The data comprised the number of years, daily posts of instrumentation features, author, and author's origin. Microsoft Excel was used to evaluate the data points. The VosViewer program was used to track the progress of worldwide publications on instrumentation issues. According to the results and discussion of growth developments in the field of pedagogical content knowledge studies indexed by Scopus from 2014 to 2022, the maximum number of publications (17.75%) occurred in 2022. The map of the development of the pedagogical content knowledge field based on co-words was classified into 6 clusters

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the implementation and impact of an online interactive learning platform optimization training program on the pedagogical competence of Package C tutors at PKBM Gagak Mas. Using a case study methodology, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the program manager, three training instructors, and six tutors. The findings revealed significant improvements in tutors' pedagogical competence, including enhanced interactive lesson design, facilitation of online discussions, advanced assessment strategies, differentiated instruction, and effective use of data analytics. Tutors also reported increased confidence in their teaching abilities and received positive feedback from students about the improvements in their teaching methods. This study contributes to the literature on professional development in non-formal education settings by demonstrating the effectiveness of structured, interactive, and supportive training approaches. The findings underscore the importance of tailored training programs that address specific needs and challenges faced by educators. The study's implications suggest that ongoing professional development and support are crucial in equipping tutors with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality online education. Future research should explore the long-term impact and scalability of such training programs to other educational contexts, providing further insights into effective professional development strategies.
