Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring oleh guru kelas V Sekolah Dasar Swasta Al Madani Pontianak Tenggara selama masa Pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru kelas V Sekolah Dasar Swasta Al Madani Pontianak Tenggara dan datanya adalah dokumen Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) daring serta hasil wawancara dengan guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang disusun guru telah berpedoman pada SE Kemendikbud Nomor 14 Tahun 2019 tentang penyederhanaan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, namun pada kelengkapan dan keteraturan penyusunan komponen terdapat kriteria yang belum sesuai pada komponen Tujuan, skenario pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran. komponen yang memenuhi kriteria sesuai adalah media pembelajaran dan sumber belajar. implementasi unsur TPACK, HOTS dan STEAM pembelajaran inovatif abad 21 kurang terdeskripsikan secara tertulis pada langkah pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran bisa berjalan dengan mengikuti situasi dan kondisi saat terlaksananya pembelajaran daring. Serta ditemukan faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan juga faktor pendukung dari pembelajaran daring itu sendiri.

Abstract

Abstract The development of problem-based learning e-modules addresses the need for materials to improve mathematical numeracy skills. This research method uses a quantitative method with a problem-based learning model. The e-module prototype was developed using Canva and Hayzine, due to the availability of attractive features and their widespread use. The validity of the problem-based learning e-module was validated by three experts in their respective fields: an educational media expert, a subject matter expert, and a language expert. The key aspects evaluated were readability, interactivity, and curriculum alignment. The results of this validation meet the standards for use as valid instructional materials and demonstrate significant results in improving numeracy skills among elementary school students. The conclusion of this study is that integrating the problem-based learning approach with Canva and Hayzine can create valid electronic modules for improving numeracy skills.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the potential business units at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Universitas Tanjungpura (Untan) to support the implementation of Public Service Agencies (BLU). This qualitative research employs a field approach to understand the current conditions of existing business units and potential assets. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation studies, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings reveal that business units such as the faculty cooperative, auditorium, computer laboratory, parking area, and vacant land have significant opportunities for development through service digitalization, management modernization, and digital platform-based promotion. This study produced a data directory that serves as a strategic guide for managing business units at FKIP Untan. The implications highlight the necessity for capacity building, transparency implementation, and technology-based management to enhance efficiency and independence in FKIP Untan's transition to a Legal Entity State University (PTN-BH).Keywords: Public Service Agencies, Business Units, FKIP Untan  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi unit usaha di FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura (Untan) guna mendukung implementasi Badan Layanan Umum (BLU). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan untuk memahami kondisi aktual unit usaha yang ada dan aset potensial. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unit usaha seperti koperasi fakultas, gedung aula, laboratorium komputer, area parkir, dan lahan kosong memiliki peluang besar untuk dikembangkan melalui digitalisasi layanan, modernisasi pengelolaan, dan promosi berbasis platform digital. Penelitian ini menghasilkan direktori data yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan strategis dalam pengelolaan unit usaha di FKIP Untan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, penerapan transparansi, dan pengelolaan berbasis teknologi guna mendukung efisiensi dan kemandirian FKIP Untan dalam menghadapi transformasi menjadi PTN-BH.Kata Kunci: Badan Layanan Umum, Unit Usaha, FKIP Untan

Abstract

This research aims to develop a flipbook-based e-book to improve the learning outcomes of IPAS in grade V of SD Negeri 29 Manggam. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The subjects of the study were 22 students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Data were analyzed descriptively, quantitatively, and qualitatively. The results of the study showed that the flipbook-based e-book developed had a validity level with a score of 89.33% from media experts, 92% from material experts, and 94% from linguists with a very high category. The practicality aspect obtained a score of 83.33% in the small group test and 97.08% in the large group test with the very practical category. The effectiveness aspect showed an increase in student learning outcomes with an N-gain value of 0.73 in the small group and 0.76 in the large group with a high category. Thus, flipbook-based e-books have proven to be valid, practical, and effective in improving student learning outcomes and being used as an innovative learning medium in the learning process.

Abstract

An important dimension for building an effective school in realizing quality education is vision. Learning vision is a set of visions consisting of mission, goals, superior programs and school student profiles which are implemented through various activities to produce graduates according to the school's vision. Qualitative research approach with a case study at SMA Pangudi Luhur Van Lith Muntilan, Central Java. Data were collected through interviews with informants, a school principal and four deputy principals and teachers as well as observations of the school environment. The results of the interviews are summarized and presented descriptively which explains five essential aspects in implementing learning vision such as: the urgency of learning vision, the idea of establishing a school, the figures who built the vision, learning vision being a driver of superior human resources, and learning vision being the strength of people's involvement in building schools in excellent schools.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is to find the influence of professional competence and pedagogical competence of Guru Penggerak on the quality of elementary school education in Pontianak City. Descriptive quantitative research using as subjects all elementary school Guru Penggerak in Pontianak City.   Data collection was carried out through questionnaires given to all elementary school driving teachers in Pontianak City.   Questionnaire data was analyzed using the SPSS program including validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, determination, partial and simultaneous tests. The results of the research show that the professional competence and pedagogical competence of Guru Penggerak have a significant (positive) effect on the quality of education in elementary schools in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan.   Professional and pedagogical competence has an influence of 31.1% on the quality of education in elementary schools in Pontianak City.  Keywords: pedagogic competence, professional competence, quality of educationAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik Guru Penggerak terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek seluruh guru penggerak sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket yang diberikan kepada seluruh guru penggerak sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak. Data angket dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, determinasi, uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik Guru Penggerak berpengaruh signifikan (positif) terhadap mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik memiliki pengaruh sebesar 31,1% terhadap mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak.  Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, mutu pendidikan

Abstract

This study aims to examine critical discourse analysis in Joko Pinurbo"™s anthology Perjamuan Khong Guan by employing Teun A. van Dijk"™s critical discourse analysis model. The research is grounded in a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, focusing on three dimensions of analysis: text, context, and social cognition. Research data were collected through note-taking, literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation of eight poems from the "Kaleng Satu" section of the anthology. The findings reveal that all data sources consistently represent Van Dijk"™s three dimensions of analysis. Pinurbo"™s poems depict social realities and the complexities of society through linguistic symbols that embody the poet"™s thoughts, emotions, and perspectives. The results affirm that poetry functions not only as an aesthetic expression but also as a medium of social critique erving a dual role as an artistic space and as a critical discourse that mirrors writing and lived realities. Furthermore, the study highlights the applicability of poetry in language and literature teaching, particularly in fostering students"™ contextual critical literacy and their understanding of literary texts as reflections of socio-cultural life.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to describe the affiliative leadership of the principal in the management of teaching staff at SMA Negeri 1 Sandai. The form of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The participants in this study consist of 7 individuals: 4 males aged between 38 - 49 years, and 3 females aged between 47 - 58 years. All subjects are principals, vice principals in charge of curriculum, and educators. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation The data validity checking technique uses triangulation.The main findings in this research indicate that: (1) the school principal's affiliative leadership builds strong interpersonal relationships among the teaching staff. 2) the school principal's affiliative leadership empathizes with the teaching staff. (3) the school principal's affiliative leadership communicates effectively with the teaching staff.. The conclusions in this research are: (1) in improving affiliative leadership, a leadership approach that emphasizes building strong interpersonal relationships between leaders and team member. (2) the first implementation is to show empathy, understanding and sincere concern for the welfare of team members, who are part of the team making contributions from teaching staff, which is an advantage in carrying out affiliative leadership activities (3) interpersonal communication in affiliative leadership. The implication is that by applying affiliative leadership, the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Sandai can enhance teachers' motivation and performance, create a harmonious work culture, encourage innovation in teaching, strengthen collaboration among educators, and increase teachers' loyalty to the school. This will foster a conducive work environment and positively impact the quality of education at the school.Key Word: Leadership, Affiliate, Educator

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dongeng Islami bertema adab dan akhlak terhadap peningkatan sikap empati anak usia 5"“6 tahun di TK Al Fadlilah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebelum perlakuan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok (p = 0,305 > 0,05). Setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa kegiatan mendongeng Islami selama tiga kali pertemuan, diperoleh perbedaan signifikan pada hasil posttest (U = 63,5; p = 0,026 < 0,05). Nilai effect size sebesar 0,65 menunjukkan pengaruh sedang namun bermakna secara praktis. Dengan demikian, kegiatan mendongeng Islami bertema adab dan akhlak terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan empati anak usia dini serta dapat dijadikan strategi pembelajaran karakter berbasis nilai Islam di pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat teknologi finansial (fintech) telah mentransformasi lanskap transaksi di Indonesia, namun kemudahan yang ditawarkan juga berimplikasi pada meningkatnya praktik judi online, khususnya di kalangan remaja. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak perkembangan fintech terhadap kemudahan akses dan maraknya praktik judi online di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, paper ini mengkaji berbagai sumber untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menghubungkan kedua fenomena tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa fintech, melalui layanan seperti dompet digital dan kemudahan transaksi non-tunai, secara signifikan mempermudah alur deposit ke situs-situs perjudian. Lebih lanjut, ditemukan korelasi kuat antara kecanduan judi online dengan penggunaan pinjaman online untuk menutupi kerugian, yang menciptakan lingkaran setan utang yang diperparah oleh rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan masyarakat. Upaya penanggulangan menghadapi kendala seperti sifat kejahatan yang lintas batas dan ketiadaan regulasi spesifik. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penanganan judi online memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang tidak hanya mencakup penegakan hukum, tetapi juga esensial untuk mengintegrasikan edukasi literasi keuangan sebagai langkah preventif fundamental.
