Abstract

The contracts used in contemporary Islamic financial institutions are now more complicated than before, so it takes development from the Hybrid Contract. The problem raised in this study is What is the analysis of the implementation of gold pawning take over financing, How is the legality of taking ujrah in gold mortgage take over financing. To find out more about the phenomenon of the Hybrid Contract on the take over of the pawning gold, then the researcher used a qualitative research approach, the method used is the method of interviews, observation, and documentation. From this method, then researchers process and analyze to obtain data or information. The subjects of this study were taken from the BOMS section, 2 pawning staff of gold pawnshops, and 2 customers. for the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation in two ways, namely: comparing observational data with the results of interviews with inter-method triangulation, namely comparing one person's situation and perspective with various opinions and views of other people. The implementation implemented at BSI KCP Sumenep Trunojoyo 1 includes gold pawn take over financing, namely: The use of rahn, qard{, and ija>rah contracts, as the application of the Hybrid Contract (multi contract). The results of the study show that, in the implementation of gold pawning take over at BSI, the criteria are rahn care, given to the pawn recipient, until the ija>rah contract arose and was contracted in duplicate with the rahn contract. Thus it will cause two contracts in one transaction which is not allowed in Islamic teachings. However, in the legality of taking his ujrah fee in the financing of the gold mortgage take over at the BSI, it is determined based on the type of gold and also the weight of the gold. Not determined based on the amount of financing.

Abstract

The purpose of the first research on the condition of the tourism sector before and after the COVID-19 pandemic seen from the number of foreign hotel guests in Jambi Province where before the pandemic in 2017 to 2018 the number of foreign hotel guests increased by 5.59% with the number of hotel guests. of 8939 people, while for the conditions during the pandemic in 2019-2020, it experienced a very sharp decline of -73.69% with the number of hotel guests of 6759 people or a decrease compared to the two years before the pandemic, which was 2180 people. The two conditions of the tourism sector before and after the covid 19 pandemic were seen from the number of hotel guests in Jambi Province before the 2017-2018 pandemic, namely an increase of 16.47% per year or an increase in 2018 the number of hotel guests in the archipelago of 423,262 people with a total before the pandemic, hotel guests were 786,662 people. Meanwhile, the condition of the tourism sector before and after the COVID- 19 pandemic, seen from the number of hotel guests in Jambi Province during the pandemic, actually experienced a shock, namely in 2020 up to -38.08%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether discipline and work facilities either partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees at CV. Serdang Bedagai Group's Romantic Beach and how much influence it has. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the results of the primary data regression processed using SPSS 20, the multiple linear regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 6.666 + 0.185 X1 + 0.636X2 + e. Partially, the discipline variable (X1) has no significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t count < t table (1.993 < 1.994). The work facility variable (X¬2) has a significant influence on employee performance, as evidenced by the t count > t table (6.429 > 1.994). Simultaneously, the discipline variables (X1) and work facilities (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (39.615 > 3.13). Discipline variables (X1) and work facilities (X2) are able to contribute to the influence of the performance variable by 53.1% while the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusions above, the authors provide suggestions seeing that there is still a lack of high employee discipline values, this should be a concern of management so that employees can improve discipline so that CV increases. The Serdang Bedagai Romantic Group Beach is more visible. Employee work facilities and tourist facilities that are already quite good are expected to be improved again, so that employee performance and visitor satisfaction will increase. It is hoped that there will be in-depth research in the future by other researchers regarding the variables of discipline and work facilities on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios on financial performance with earnings management as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection method uses secondary data in the form of financial reports of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX 2018-2021. The sampling technique used in this study used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is cross section data regression method with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the liquidity ratio (current ratio) has a significant effect on earnings management and does not have a significant effect on company performance. The solvency ratio (debt to equity ratio) has no significant effect on earnings management and has a significant effect on company performance. Profitability ratios (net profit margin) have a significant effect on earnings management and company performance. Earnings management has a significant effect on company performance in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

Analysis of the financial performance of the regional government of Pamekasan Regency in the period 2019 - 2021. Analysis of local government performance can be seen from the financial performance of an area. So to analyze the financial performance of a region by analyzing the financial ratios of the Regional Expenditure Budget (APBD) that have been set and have been implemented. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the regional government of Pamekasan Regency in the period 2019 - 2021. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, so the type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative using ratio analysis method. The results of the study show that the use of the regional government revenue budget for the Pamekasan district, seen from the analysis of the variance of the revenue budget for the 2019 - 2021 fiscal year based on the budget realization report, produces a positive balance value, meaning that the financial performance of local government revenues can be said to be good. So that the financial performance indicates that it has been able to obtain revenue in excess of the budgeted amount. The degree of decentralization that has occurred in Pamekasan district is relatively low so that financial dependence on the central government is relatively high. Meanwhile, in terms of the effectiveness ratio of PAD receipts in Pamekasan district, it can be concluded that during the 2019 - 2021 period it has been categorized as very effective because the PAD revenue target has exceeded the previous target.

Abstract

Competition in business between goods services or commonly known as Sicepat from this port is not well known among the public because to enter the port using E-money and also requires more than one person due to transporting goods that are quite large from the goods down from the ship down to the in the car. This business is quite helpful for people who need goods delivery services because the way to order this service is still through the WhatsApp application and ordering manually. Basically this business helps people who routinely need delivery services because this delivery service business is quite affordable in terms of costs, it is cheaper than other shuttle businesses. And besides the goods delivery service business, it also sells clothing in large quantities to MSMEs or partners. those who cooperate with our business and those who do not cooperate. Provide clothing that is needed or that is being sought.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and cash turnover on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. The population in the study are food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. The samples that meet the criteria based on the purposive sampling method in this study are 48 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis which serves to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable both jointly and individually which is preceded by the classic assumption test which consists of a normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. While hypothesis testing is done using the t test. The results of data analysis show that working capital turnover has an effect on profitability, accounts receivable turnover has no effect on profitability, inventory turnover has an effect on profitability, cash turnover has no effect on profitability.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) UP 3 Tanjung Karang workers' work discipline, job training, and motivation following the COVID-19 epidemic will be examined in this research. This research explores the impact of three independent factors on employee performance: work motivation (X1), job training (X2), and work discipline (X3) (Y). A sample of 34 surveys was obtained using Solvin from 159 workers. The analytical method is multiple linear regression with t-test, f-test, validity, and reliability. Results research prove significant effect of work discipline of 0.025, job training of 2.042, and work motivation of 2.042 on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP 3 Tanjung Karang.

Abstract

Based on research at PT. Inspira Furnexindo is used to determine differences in work levels and work environment on turnover intention variables from other variables. From the reference to the results of the F-test value on the calculation of turnover intention, at PT. Inspira Furnexindo, the results obtained and several possible results are obtained from the work target variables and work environment, where the results obtained are lower with a significant level value of Sig. (0.046) < 0.05, with the calculated F value being (3.187) > F table with value (3.1065). Based on the explanation above, the work target variable (x1) and the work environment variable (x2) are obtained, the results obtained are in the form of simultaneous results that significantly influence turnover intention (Y). For the value of the results of the hypothesis testing data from this study, the results obtained with the work target variable with the Work Environment partially have no effect on turnover intention at PT. Inspira Furnexindo. However, with the existence of a joint work target with a good work environment variable, it can create working conditions with a good level of risk at a low level of turnover intention in a corporate environment.

Abstract

Human Capital Management (HCM) is one of the factors that support the Company's sustainability. The Mining Contracting Service Company that PT ANP plans, require the superior human resources so that the business can run well, achieve the company's vision and mission, be able to win the competition and be sustainable. Various studies by organizational observers tend to acknowledge that organizational culture has a strong influence on the long-term performance and effectiveness of an organization. Empirical research has also produced a series about the importance of culture for improving organizational performance. Thus, culture is an important component in the ultimate success or failure of a business. Basically there are four types of corporate culture namely Hierarchy, Market, Clan and Adhocracy, for that in an effort to support the achievement of its vision and mission, PT ANP will encourage the application of corporate culture and values to every employee, including work clothes, company logos and office layout, so that employees will be able to produce optimal performance to achieve company success in accordance with company values, namely Ownership, Advances in Innovation, Motivation & Integrity, Ethics and Responsiveness.
