Abstract

PT United Tractors Tbk is the largest and leading heavy equipment distributor company in Indonesia which holds well-known product brands such as Komatsu, UD Trucks, Scania, BOMAG and Tadano. Currently the PT United Tractors Makassar branch workshop still uses the manual method for data collection of heavy equipment engine books, this is felt to be less effective and efficient because the mechanics are impractical in utilizing existing technology and the processing time and engine analysis will definitely take more time long. This study aims to make it easier for mechanics to work on heavy equipment engines without having to carry hardcopies of money needed in the field because mechanics only need to open a PDF file in the program. The final result of this research is to create a web-based application program system that is used as a data collection process for heavy equipment engine books.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the land transformation that occurred in Hatusua Village and to analyze land transformation on household income in Hatusua Village. The research location was chosen purposively (purposive random sampling). The population in this study was 198 farmers, the determination of the sample was based on Arikunto's research considerations. If the total population is less than 100 people, the total sample is taken as a whole, but if the population is greater than 100 people, then 10-15% or 20-25% of the population size. The number of samples to be taken in this study were 29 farmers or 15% of the population of 198 farmers. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the village of Hatusua had experienced a land transformation which had an impact on the livelihood of the farmer's household due to the presence of the company PT Spice Island Maluku (SIM) which controlled the community's lands for the cultivation of abaka bananas, which it was known that before the company the land was used by farmers to grow crops. However, from renting land that is carried out, farmers lose their rights to ownership and control of land is reduced, so farmers have to do additional work outside of their jobs as daily laborers in the company so that consumption and family needs are still met.

Abstract

Futsal coaching in East Java may still be lacking compared to other regions, but this can be overcome if futsal coaching in each club pays more attention to and improves upon all the factors that can influence or hinder the coaching process. However, the Female Football Project club in Batu city is experiencing problems in coaching girls' futsal, especially in fostering the 11-16 age category. This is caused by many factors such as training schedules, training motivation, motor movements each individual has and the availability of few coaches. The purpose of this activity is to make observations and analyzes regarding the success of fostering futsal sports in East Java. The method used is the MBKM Internship community service activities for 4-5 months. The results of the observations and analysis obtained, there are still many things that need to be improved in futsal coaching at the Female Football Project club, especially in dealing with the problem of decreasing training motivation in athletes because basic futsal skills development will not work well when training motivation in athletes decreases and of course more needs to be done. pay attention to sports psychology in order to pay more attention to the mental health of athletes because it will affect the achievements of athletes and clubs.

Abstract

Skeletonema costatum was a type of natural feed that has an important role in the hatcery of fish, shrimp, shellfish and crab. Skeletonema costatum is able to adapt to various salinities so it is able to live in the sea, beaches and river estuaries. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the growth of Skeletonema costatum diatoms cultured using different doses of vitamin mix at laboratory scale. This research was conducted at the Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries Center (BPBAP) Ujung Batee. This study each used 3 treatments and 9 repetitions with 3 doses of vitamin mix 0,5 ml, 1 ml and 1,5 ml. primary data was collected, was collection was carried out using experimental, primary data consisted of the process of culturing Skeletonema costatum, wet sterelization, dry sterelization, preparation of containers and observation of Skeletonema costatum samples using a microscope. From the density research chart it shows that in treatment 1 doses of 0,5 ml has the highest value of 1,243,056 and lowes value 651,111 on the third day, in treatment 2 doses of 1 ml has the highest value of 1,343,056 and lowes value 996,429 on the third day and treatment of 3 doses of 1,5 ml has the highest value of 1,577,813 and lowes value 1,051,813 based on the results of the density chart of 3 treatments and 9 repetitions of the vitamin mix, the highest density value was found in the 3 treatment doses of 1,5 ml with a value of 1,577,813 and lowes value 1,051,813..

Abstract

Divorce has an impact on children, one of the cases that shows adopted children are affected in the divorce of their adoptive parents is in the Decision of the Pekanbaru Religious Court Number 0486/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Pbr in the Decision the Petitioner requests the Court to determine child maintenance rights appoint him because the Respondent has a sexual disorder. This study aims to determine the conformity of the Panel of Judges' Decisions with related laws and regulations. Based on the results of the study, firstly that granting the right to care for adopted children who are still minors to the Petitioner is in accordance with the Marriage Law, the Child Protection Law, and the Compilation of Islamic Law, but to strengthen the considerations of the Panel of Judges, Article 45 paragraph (1) and paraghraph (2) Marriage Law, Article 13 paragraph (1) and Article 59 can be added Child Protection Act, also Article 156 letter c Compilation of Islamic Law.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to find out about Barracuda's Swimming Club swimming coaching in order to support athlete achievement. The context of this service is coaching the Barracuda's Swimming Club swimming to produce outstanding athletes. The subject is the Barracuda's Swimming Club pre-achievement athlete. The data collection technique is direct observation technique. The method used is a qualitative method. The results and discussion of this service were obtained from the development of Barrcuda's Swimming Club pre-achieved swimming athletes, namely the introduction of basic swimming techniques which are the first step for swimming, instilling a tough spirit in competing as a provision to face competition, and providing motivation is the coach's job to encourage enthusiasm for training.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of the principle of bad faith in the trademark registration process, especially in the Jaguar trademark dispute between PT Surabaya Top and Hence Teh. Through descriptive analysis research with a normative juridical approach, the results of this study indicate a violation of the principle of bad faith from trademark registration carried out by Hence Teh because it fulfills the principle of bad faith which is studied in accordance with the Trademark and Geographical Indications Law.

Abstract

Metaverse is a platform in a three-dimensional virtual world, where users can explore the 3-dimensional world with other Internet users using avatars by interacting like in the real world. Users can also have the same opportunity to change their economic situation in the virtual world. The metaverse becomes a means to do many things, such as social activities by creating communities in the metaverse, meetings, teaching and learning activities, and economic activities. The researcher will discuss about analyzing the impact of the metaverse on the development of the digital economy in Indonesia and what regulations are appropriate for the activities in the metaverse world. The research method used in this research is the Normative Juridical Method and Qualitative Method in which researchers will quote secondary data such as laws and regulations, scientific journals, and law books.

Abstract

Swimming is an individual or team racing sport that requires the use of one's entire body to move through water. This sport takes place in swimming pools or open water (for example, in the ocean or lake). The purpose of this research is to recognize coaching, training programs, organizations, and infrastructure facilities as the main aspects of the implementation of swimming sports coaching at SD Muhammadiyah 1 in Malang City. The approach taken in this study is information in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. In the swimming coaching research of SD Muhammadiyah 1, it can be concluded that the coaching carried out to students is good and communicative. Management organizations are listed in good and organized criteria. The facilities and infrastructure owned are adequate and have relatively good requirements.
