Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Effect of Financial Performance and Firm Size on Company Value at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. This type of research is causal associative research. Causal associative research is research that aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The population in this study are all financial statements at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2018. The sample in this study was taken by the saturated sample method. Based on the results of the t test, ROA has a Significant value of 0.153 0.05 which means that ROA has no significant effect on PER. SIZE has a significant value of 0.046 0.05 which means that company size has a significant influence on PER. Based on the results of the F test, ROA and SIZE have a significant value of 0.049 0.05, which means that simultaneously ROA and SIZE have a significant influence on the PER of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The coefficient of determination (R2) value is 0.316. So it can be concluded that 31,6% PER is influenced by ROA and SIZE and the remaining 68,4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Maturity, Peringkat Obligasi dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) pada Bank Umum yang terdaftar di BEI dengan periode pengamatan tahun 2015-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analilis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Maturity berpengaruh positif terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi. Peringkat Obligasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi. Dan dalam penelitian ini Maturity, Peringkat Obligasi dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Investment Risk Analysis of Stock Returns in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative. The data source used in this study is secondary data. Data collection techniques using judgment sampling in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used in the study is simple regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 21.0. Hypothesis testing results state that Investment / Market Risk has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns on food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This can be explained that if the investment risk is higher, then stock returns will also be higher in the company during the research year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage and company growth on profitability (ROE) in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is a saturated sample, which is a sampling technique that when an entire population is used as a sample. Population of this study is a total of 12 companies that contain data on financial statements of real estate property companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, namely with the help of E-views 10. In this study it is also known that DAR has a probability value of 0.2373 0.05 and the regression coefficient of the DAR variable that is equal to 0.97296 0.05 where the value indicates the DAR partially does not significantly influence the ROE variable, the probability value of the company's growth is 0.0030 0, 05 where the company growth partially has a significant effect adapts ROE variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Work Ability and Welfare Benefits on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Medan Johor. This type of research is associative research that connects two or more variables. The population used in this study was 58 people. The results showed that partially the coefficient regression variable Working Ability tcount t table (5.907 2.004), and the significance value was smaller than the probability value (0.000 0.05). This means that the variable work ability has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially Welfare Benefits t on the table value (10,685 2,004), and the significance value is smaller than the probability value (0,000 0.05) means that the Welfare Benefit variable has a partial effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously shows that the variable work ability and welfare benefits significantly influence employee performance because the value of Fcount = 89.725, while Ftable is 3.16, thus Fcount (89.725) Ftable (3.16) with a Sig. F is 0,000. The coefficient of determination is 0.765, this shows that the variable ability of Work Ability and Welfare Benefits is able to explain that Employee Performance is 76.5% and the remaining 23.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of working capital on stock prices on automotive companies components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that explains the relationship between existing variables. The method used is multiple panel linear regression analysis with the help of eviews program 10. The population in this study were all automotive companies components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, amounting to 13 companies. The sample in this study were 4 companies. The results showed that based on the F test, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover had a probability value of 0,000 0.05 and obtained a Ftable value of 3.24 and a Fcount value of 12,80464 which meant that Fcount Ftable in a simultaneous cash turnover, receivable receivables and inventory turnover affects the stock price. Determination coefficient value (R2) of 0.7884, so it can be concluded that 78.8484% of the stock price is influenced by cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover and the remaining 21.16% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Performance of PT. Jaya Beton Indonesia Medan Branch. " This type of research is causal research (Causal Reaserch) which aims to test the hypothesis. The population in this study were 56 permanent employees. And by using saturated sample techniques, the number of samples used in this study were 56 respondents taken from all employees. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that the tcount on the financial compensation variable is 3,845, greater than the t table of 2,006 with a p-value that is sig 0,000 smaller than 0,05. Based on this value, the financial compensation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the Performance variable. In the non-financial compensation variable, the tcount is 1,535 which is smaller than the table that is 2,006 with a p-value of 0,131 which is greater than 0.05. So the non-financial compensation variable does not have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. Based on the F test results, the Fcount value of 8,841 3.16 was obtained with sig 0.001 0.05 indicating Ho was rejected and Ha was received, meaning financial compensation and non-financial compensation had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The R2 value obtained is 0.242. To see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable by looking at the R square table which shows 0.242. which as much as 24,2% of employee performance is influenced by financial and non-financial compensation and 75,8% is influenced by factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effects of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement to impulse buying behavior of high income people at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan, The research methode used is associtive research, where variables are measurea on a likert scale. The methode of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of question (questionnaire) and study documentation. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as the census,in this study the number of samples is 89 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 20, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis.The result showed that : (1) partially shopping lifestyle variables influence to impulse buying at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan. (2) partially fashion involvement variables influence to impulse buying at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan.. (3) partially simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement variables effect to impulse buying at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan.

Abstract

This aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) Against Stock Prices in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX. This type of research is causal comparative research that is conducted to compare a variable (research object), between different subjects or different times and find a causal relationship. The population in this study are all financial statements of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. The sample used is the financial statements at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk from 2011-2018. Based on the results of the t test ROA has a significance value of 0.035 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of (2.57058) which means that ROA has a significant influence on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. ROE has a significance value of 0.473 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of (-776) which means that partially ROE has no influence on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Based on the results of the F test, ROA, ROE has a level of significance value at the output of 0.022 0.05 and shows the value of Fcount Ftable where (9.020) (5.14) which means the effect of ROA and ROE on stock prices simultaneously (together ). The value of the Determinant Coefficient (R2) is 0.783. So it can be concluded that by 78.3%. Stock price is influenced by ROA, ROE and the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of marketing strategies marketing activities in small and medium-sized businesses to survive in competition between businesses. Researchers want to find out how the influence of the entrepreneurial marketing system that is focused on small and medium enterprises on the formation of innovation and competitive advantage where entrepreneurial marketing plays a role in innovation as well as entrepreneurial marketing on competitive advantage and innovation has a role that affects competitive advantage. The study was conducted on culinary UKM in the city of Medan. This type of research is a survey method with explanatory research. The sample of this study was 80 respondents with a random sampling technique. The analytical method uses PLS-3 (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate the first hypothesi there is a significant and positive effect between entrepreneurial marketing and innovation. The second variable hypothesis is entrepreneurship marketing with competitive advantage. The third hypothesis between innovation and competitive advantage.
