Abstract

Abstract Housing is one of the basic human needs, not individual needs but the needs of society as a whole. However, not all people can enjoy or have decent, healthy and safe housing, so efforts to increase housing and settlement development must continue to be increased at affordable prices, especially for low-income groups. One of the causes of the problems faced by big cities in Indonesia is the large population caused by natural growth and urbanization. The government program through the construction of subsidized housing targets low-income communities (MBR). The purpose of this research is to determine the choice of marketing strategy through SWOT analysis as an effort to increase subsidized housing sales at PT Anugrah Indah Bersama Lampung in the pandemic era. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely research conducted to determine the value of independent variables, which interpret data in the form of words, sentences, schemes and pictures through SWOT analysis. Based on the several stages of analysis that have been carried out on IFAS and EFAS analysis, the strength of PT. Anugrah Indah with Lampung is superior to its weaknesses. The opportunities from PT. Anugrah Indah and Lampung are involved in a large enough threat compared to the threat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze of tax knowledge, firmness of tax sanction, and tax fairness on taxpayer compliance SMEs in Kecamatan Tajur Halang, Kabupaten Bogor. Sampling ini this research used random sampling and obtained 77 sampels of SMEs. The data anayisis method is quantitative data analysis, using primary data by giving questionnaries to SMEs and using SPSS version 28 computer program tools. The result of this research partially show that the tax knowlegde and firmness of tax sanction have an effect on taxpayaer compliance SMEs, tax fairness has no effect on taxpayaer compliance SMEs. Meanwhile simulaneously, tax knowlegde, firmness of tax sanction, and tax fairness have an effect on taxpayaer compliance with 327 populations and 77 samples are obtained with an R2 contribution of 52%, while 48% is influenced by other variiables noot exmined in this study

Abstract

To prepare financial reports, small and medium businesses usually do not follow applicable standards. Cash taken from daily cash movements is usually used in MSME financial reports. Institutions in Indonesia By issuing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM), which took effect from 1 January 2018, accountants are trying to help MSMEs in this field overcome obstacles to preparing financial reports. SAK EMKM is easy to implement and the financial statements prepared according to it are prepared on an accrual basis. The purpose of this lesson is to apply the EMKM SAK in preparing the financial statements of ADB's small and medium enterprises in Jambi. Primary data obtained from documentary evidence of transactions, interviews, and direct observation were used in this study, which was conducted through a qualitative case study methodology. The results of the research are the ADB MSME financial statements in the form of statements of financial position, profit and loss statements and notes to financial statements.

Abstract

This article discusses office equipment in the service division of PT XXX. Adequate office equipment is required by employees. This can affect the performance of employees. The method used is a qualitative approach and case studies. The goal is to find out the condition of office equipment, the positive and negative impacts on employees in the PT.XXX service division. Based on the results of the discussion of the data above, it can be concluded that office supplies are tools used to assist in the process of office activities. The condition of office equipment in the service division at PT XXX is inadequate. This is indicated by the lack of available office stationery (ATK) and frequent computer errors. The problems above are things that can affect the work processes of employees.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is whether coaching and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the morale of teachers and employees at SMA Negeri 3 Sibolga. This study aims to determine the effect of coaching and work discipline on employee morale at SMA Negeri 3 Sibolga. The sample in this study were all teachers and employees of SMA Negeri 3 Sibolga, totaling 64 (sixty four) people. The type of research used in this research is the survey method, which is the method used to obtain data from certain natural places and the research collects data through observation, distribution of questionnaire documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression.The results of this study indicate: Coaching partially has a positive and significant effect on the morale of teachers and employees; Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on the morale of teachers and employees; Coaching and Work Discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on the morale of teachers and employees

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ROI (Return on Investment) and ROE (Return on Equity) on share prices at CIMB Niaga during the 2018-2021 period. ROI and ROE are financial metrics used to evaluate a company's financial performance. The stock price reflects the market value of the company and is an important indicator for investors in making investment decisions. This research method uses secondary data in the form of CIMB Niaga's financial statements during the period under study. ROI, ROE, and stock price data were collected and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and multiple linear regression. In addition, this study also analyzes the trend of the company's financial performance during the period studied.

Abstract

Videotron merupakan teknologi revolusioner dalam bidang visual yang biasa digunakan untuk pemasaran dan sarana komunikasi. Videotron biasanya ditempatkan di tempat keramaian seperti Gedung olahraga, mall, tempat wisata dan sebagainya. Dengan teknologi panel LED yang terdapat dalam videotron, teknologi ini dapat menjadi sarana komunikasi visual yang tepat dan menarik. Oleh karena itu untuk memilih videotron dapat menggunakan metode SAW karena dalam metode ini dapat membantu dalam memilih barang berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Untuk mendukung metode SAW dibutuhkan metode MCDM untuk mangambil sebuah keputusan dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Accounting Information Systems, Ability to Prepare Financial Reports, Basic Knowledge of Business and Use of Technology on MSME Performance. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach, with a quota sampling technique for sampling. The sample size used was 125 SMEs. The results of the study will show that the Accounting Information System has an effect on MSME Performance, the Ability to Prepare Financial Statements has an effect on MSME Performance, Business Basic Knowledge has no effect on MSME Performance and Technology Use has an effect on MSME Performance.

Abstract

Business is a productive activity carried out by companies or people in the economic sector with the aim of gaining profit or profit. One of the businesses that we often hear about is UMKM, UMKM is a micro, small or medium business carried out by companies or individuals who stand alone. One of the MSMEs that we encountered was the Donatawa UMKM. This MSME focuses on the field of bakery sales. We chose this Donatawa store as our research material with the aim of analyzing the level of profit they earned during early 2023, and what factors influenced it. The method that we used in this research is a qualitative method that we did by interviewing Ms. Nisa as the owner of the Donatawa shop, which we carried out on May 19, 2023. And the result is that the profit every month at the beginning of 2023 is January, February, March, and In April, the Donatawa shop experienced a decrease and increase every month, this was due to an event that month. And the average profit they get during the beginning of 2023 is 24.3 million

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the accounting information system of the payroll cycle process in the Ayu Furniture industry. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Observation and documentation techniques are directly carried out at the research location in the Ayu Furniture industry. Analysis carried out by the method (PIECES) Performance, Information, Economy, Control, and Efficiency. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative, namely by describing the payroll accounting information system that exists in the company which includes activities in the payroll system, related functions, documents used, accounting records used, network procedures that make up the system and internal control system. The results showed that the payroll process in the Ayu Furniture industry uses a manual system, this can lead to potential fraud or negligence at the stage of attendance and submission of employee salaries, although the system has been running smoothly and effectively in terms of service, performance, information and economy.
