Abstract

Education is a process to improve student intelligence. This process uses training and teaching activities. Along with the development of technology and communication, the training and learning process uses various methods, one of which is e-learning. The process uses the internet, which can be accessed and processed anytime and anywhere. This process supports the policies of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture regarding the learning process and approaching learning. This process can promote active, planned, and effective education. In addition, service and learning innovations are increasing so that they do not only use conventional learning. The purpose of this community service is to train lecturers at IBI Kosgoro 1957 in implementing e-learning using Google Classroom. The method of implementation uses theory and practice. The results of the training process can provide online learning innovations with Google Classroom, and the ability of teachers to implement them can improve the independent learning process. Teachers can carry out learning with virtual classes following the conditions of learning in the classroom. Classes built with Google Classroom can be used to share material, give assignments, quizzes, assign grades, and schedule activities. In addition, the video conferencing process adjusts the schedule in the classroom and calendar and calendar using meet.

Abstract

Information technology era nowadays has brought challenges for counselor to participate and master it. Therefore, counseling is not only face-to-face in a closed room, but can be done through a remote format. The counselor uses the information media as a tool in carrying out his duties, which is hereinafter known as e-counseling service. The real form of the application of e-counseling is the emergence of online counseling services, through websites of online counseling service providers, or, more simply, counseling is done by telephone, mobile phone and / or through personal email and several application programs for chatting such as Skype, WhatsApp and so on. Also, the use of other application programs that support the implementation of the duties of the counselors, such as the emergence of the Problem Identification Tool (AUM) processing application program. So far, school counselors have been administering AUM and processing it manually, so it is time consuming and inefficient. To help the counselors, finally the Instrument Development Team with the permission of the AUM instrument drafting team took the initiative to develop an AUM application program based on the Microsoft Access program, the e-counseling technology in this program allows displaying more information regarding respondent problems, in this case especially students who later can be used as a tool for counselors in carrying out their professional duties. This training activity is a similar training that will be carried out at SMKN 62 Lenteng Agung School, so that knowledge and mastery of skills can be improved.

Abstract

The development of science in today's era has increased so rapidly. The increasing need for information encourages people to develop new technologies so that data and information processing can be done easily and quickly. To make things easier, of course not only using human labor, but also using modern technology, for example by utilizing internet technology. Many teenagers are competing to install internet networks to be able to enjoy the convenience of obtaining information via the internet, one of which is RT 014 / RW 01 Gg. Rambutan Jagakarsa, South Jakarta City. Youth at RT 014 / RW 01 Gg. Rambutan Jagakarsa, Jakarta City. Currently, most teenagers have used the Internet in their environment but the use of this Internet network is still not optimal due to the ability to utilize information technology. This can be seen from the absence of blog sites or websites. By looking at the benefits that can be obtained from a youth association website at RT 014 / RW 01 Gg. Rambutan Jagakarsa, South Jakarta City as a medium of learning media, it is necessary to hold web development training on computer networks to create and manage youth websites at RT 014 / RW 01 Gg.
