Introduction:Stroke is a important health problem in the world, each year 5.5 million people die from stroke, and 44 million people lost their lives and were disabled. The stroke attack has a golden period, that is, if a stroke patient is treated immediately, disability and death can be avoided. The golden period of stroke is within the first 4 hours after the patient experiences the symptoms of a stroke, the community needs to be given knowledge about the first signs and symptoms of stroke using the FAST method based on the Health Belief Model (HBM). HBM is a theory used in health education and health promotion. Aim: can understand evidence based in the form of literature review on the effects of HBM-based health education on early signs and symptoms of stroke with the FAST method. Methods: The study was conducted by searching journals in the database "Scopus, Science Direct, and ProQuest" using predefined keywords, then the research journals were reviewed, There were five journals that met the criteria for a scientific review. The five journals then reviewed their designs, samples, treatments, and results using a critical appraisal. Result : Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the literature review state that the impact of HBM-based health education has an effect on increasing knowledge in the community. Conclusion : HBM can increase knowledge with given innovative intervention.

Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases with characteristics of hyperglycemia (high blood sugar levels) that occur due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Type 2 diabetes mellitus must always pay attention to lifestyle to stay healthy or by always paying attention to the 5 pillars of diabetes mellitus management, namely food, medicine, exercise, glycemic control, foot care and most importantly diet and diet to prevent an increase in blood sugar levels blood and avoid complications because many people still do not pay attention to diet and diet patterns. Objective: To find out the relationship between lifestyle and blood sugar levels of dm type 2 sufferers at UPT Puskesmas Terminal Banjarmasin Method: : This study uses quantitative methods and uses a cross sectional study approach. The number of samples as many as 73 people with putposive sampling technique. Result: Chi Square correlation test results with = 0,05. From the results of the Chi Square statistical test, a significant value of 0.441> 0.05 showed that there was no relationship between lifestyle and blood sugar levels in type 2 DM patients. Conclusion: Increased blood sugar levels are not only influenced by lifestyle but also influenced by other factors such as diet, smoking, foot care and diabetes self-care

Background: Mental disorder is a physiological or mental condition of a person who is not functioning properly so that it interferes with daily functions, Mental disorders can function or be effective by consuming the drug, but there are several things that can hinder the success of People with Disorders (ODGJ), including non-adherence in taking medication. Destination This research is to determine the relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication in patients with mental disorders (ODGJ). Method this study used a descriptive analytic correlation study with a sample of 71 respondents. This research used the Chi-Square test. The research time was from April to July 2022. The research location was at the Astambul Community Health Center, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. Results In this study, it was found that there was a relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication in ODGJ patients with a p = 0.0001, which is smaller than the p > 0.05 which indicates that both variables are significantly significant. Conclusion that family support for ODGJ patients is very important in patient recovery, family support in providing positive motivation and convincing patients to adhere to taking medication, so that patients avoid relapse.

Background: Parents who have children with disabilities will make parents think what happened to their children that causes feelings of stress. Therefore, it is necessary to have social support from family, friends and even the community. Good social support will affect stress levels. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and the stress level of parents who have children with disabilities at the Pelangi Clinic, Center for Neurorehabilitation Development, Ponorogo. Method: The design of this study was cross sectional. The population in this study were parents who had children with disabilities as many as 100 respondents. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Chi-Square analysis test. Result: The results of this study indicate that from 100 respondents, using the Total Sampling technique. 57 respondents (57.0%) received good social support, and 43 respondents (43%). Stress levels for parents at the Pelangi Clinic Center for Neurorehabilitation Development Ponorogo said 53 respondents (53%) with moderate stress levels, 28 respondents (28%) with mild stress levels and 19 respondents (19%) with severe stress levels. The results of the Chi-Square statistic test showed that p value = 0.000 < (0.05) so that H0 was rejected, which means that there is a relationship between social support and the stress level of parents who have children with disabilities at the Pelangi Clinic Center for Neurorehabilitation Development, Ponorogo. Conclusion: Social support from friends, family and even the community greatly affects the stress level of parents of children with disabilities. Information support, instrumental support, emotional support, appreciation support are needed by parents to reduce the risk of stress.

Background: A new virus named Covid-19, which was initially detected in the city of Wuhan in China and caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2, shocked the world at the end of 2019. (SARS CoV-2). Anxiety can also be caused by a new form of Covid-19, whose transmission spreads rapidly at the same time people experience anxiety. Stigma is a bad label obtained by inciting discrimination. Objective: To determine the relationship between stigma and public fear about Covid-19 in Mangkujayan Village, RT 02/RW 02, Ponorogo District, Ponorogo Regency. Method: A cross sectional, quantitative design was adopted in this study. The research population was 163 people in RT 02/RW 02, Mangkujayan District, Ponorogo Regency, and 62 respondents were randomly selected from this sample using a Simple Random Sampling approach. The questionnaire was used as an instrument (door to door). chi-square statistical test analysis. Result: The study showed 34 respondents (54.8 percent) experienced severe anxiety and 40 respondents (64.5 percent) experienced significant stigma. The results show a p value of 0.000 and an alpha of 0.05. In RT 02 RW 02 mangkujayan sub-district, ponorogo district, ponorogo district. Conclusion: There is a relationship between stigma and public anxiety with the close relationship achieved, namely CC = 0.611 is sufficient.

Background: Stroke patients need golden time in treatment ±3 hours which means that in the first 3 hours after having a stroke the patient must get complete and optimal care. Objective: To determine the relationship between prehospital delay and severity in stroke patients in Banjarmasin city hospitals. Method: This research is a quantitative study using a correlational descriptive research design with a retrospective approach. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling techniques, the sample in this study was 124 respondents. Data collection using prehospital observation of stroke patients with Spearman Rank statistical test. Results: The results of statistical tests in this study obtained a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and it can be stated that there is a significant relationship between prehospital delay and the severity of stroke patients at Banjarmasin City Hospital. The relationship between these two variables indicates in the direction of a negative correlation with the Spearman Rank value - 0.948 which means that the relationship between the two variables has perfect relationship. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between prehospital delay and the severity of stroke patients at Banjarmasin City Hospital.

Background: Premenopause for women is the time when the body begins to experience changes or transitions to menopause. At this time there will be changes in the body, such as the decline in reproductive function, hormonal, physical and psychological changes. Symptoms that are often a complaint of premenopausal women are a burning sensation that radiates from the chest to the neck and face or often known as hot flushes, night sweats or night sweats, easy fatigue, sleep disturbances, decreased memory, easy to feel, easy to relax. and depression. One way to reduce premenopausal symptoms is to exercise, one of which is light aerobic exercise. Objective: To identify the effect of low impact aerobic exercise on premenopausal symptoms of premenopausal women. Method: The design of this study used a pre-experimental design with Static Group Comparison/Posttest Only Control, the subjects of this study were 96 premenopausal women in Sukajaya Palembang Village. Data collection using a premenopausal symptom questionnaire. Analysis of the difference data using the independent t test. Conclusion: The study was conducted on 96 premenopausal women and the results of the analysis showed that the premenopausal symptoms of the intervention group were lighter than the control group. Premenopausal symptoms in the intervention group and the control group showed a significant difference with a value of =0.00 (Ï<0.05).

Background: Flood is the most frequent disaster in Indonesia. The impacts that occur as a result of this flood disaster include damage to infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure, the economy, emotional disturbance and even to the loss of human life. One of the most common emotional disturbances is anxiety. Anxiety is a natural disorder of feelings that arises with a feeling of worry, fear that is sustainable and deep. Objective: Knowing the level of anxiety of the post-flood community in Village x Method: This study uses a quantitative method, with a descriptive approach and uses a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all the people in Village X who were affected by the flood, namely 612. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 86 people. Results: The results of the study found that the village community x had a mild level of anxiety. Conclusion: the level of anxiety of the people in the village x in 2022 will experience the most mild anxiety. It is also hoped that the results of this study can provide additional insight and knowledge related to disaster nursing and this research can help researchers and future researchers to determine the level of anxiety of the post-flood community

Background : Hypertension is a health problem that is not only intense in the world, but also in Indonesia. Hypertension is also referred to as the silent killer, which is a deadly disease without any signs and symptoms first as a warning. The status of blood pressure will be higher as the function of the body's organs decreases. Hypertension is an abnormal increase in blood pressure which is the main cause of cardiovascular disease. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe the efforts of early detection of hypertension and prevention of hypertension in Kayu Bawang village in the working area of ​​Peat Public Health Center. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive research design. The population in this study were 150 respondents and a sample of 150 respondents, using a total sampling technique. Result: The results of this study are the results of measurements of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the highest data is at Hypertension Level 1 (systolic 160-179 mmHg; diastolic 90-99 mmHg) as many as 46 respondents (30.7%). The results of early detection of hypertension with the highest data, namely being in early detection of hypertension is sufficient as many as 126 respondents (84%). The results of the prevention of hypertension with the highest data are in the prevention of hypertension enough as many as 120 respondents (80%). Conclusion: Therefore, the public must be able to detect early and make efforts to prevent hypertension so that the blood pressure of people with hypertension can be controlled

Background: One of the central services in hospitals is the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Where the ICU has nurses and special equipment intended for observation, care and therapy of patients suffering from critical, or potentially life-threatening illnesses with a prognosis that can still be expected. Patient and family satisfaction is a measure of service quality and the provision of care information in the ICU where one of the indicators is therapeutic communication. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a correlation between therapeutic communication and the level of family satisfaction of ICU patients at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. Method: This study uses an analytical research design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were the entire patient's family in the ICU Room of Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin in May-June 2022. Sampling with saturated samples, totaling 69 respondents. Collecting data using a nurse therapeutic communication questionnaire and patient's family satisfaction with the Spearman Rank statistical test. Result: The results of statistical tests obtained p value (0.000) < (0.05) so it can be concluded that there is a correlation between therapeutic communication and patient family satisfaction in the ICU room at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin with a spearman rank value of 0.670 which indicates a positive correlation direction and the relationship between the two variables very strong. Conclusion: nurses must have the ability to carry out good therapeutic communication so that patient family satisfaction continues to increase.
