Indonesian Journal of Business, Accounting and Management
Indonesian Journal of Business, Accounting, and Management (IJBAM) are devoted to publishing research papers for students, academics, researchers, and professors to share advances in accounting, business, and management theory and practice. IJBAM aimed to tie researchers to share high-quality publications at the national and international levels through a double-blind review process. IJBAM focuses on issues pertaining to the empirical investigation of Indonesian Business, Accounting, and Management and employs standard accounting and management analysis tools focusing on the Indonesian economy. This study aims to determine the performance of the BSC in the franchise company PT. Otewe Maju Bersama is based on a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective as well as learning and growth perspective. This research method is a quantitative method with a case study approach. The study population is all branches of the franchise PT. Otewe Maju Bersama, amounting to 55 branches. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique which is a type of non-random sample selection for which information is obtained using certain considerations. The respondents chosen in this study were employees of PT. Otewe Maju Bersama and restaurant customers owned by PT. Otewe Forward Together. The results of this study indicate that performance in a financial perspective is good. This is seen because it has been able to increase the percentage of growth in accordance with the plans made by the company. From the customer's perspective that performance is said to be good, this is seen from the average value of statement items on the customer's perspective that shows the answers of customer respondents tend to agree with answers and strongly agree and have good interpretation. The level of customer satisfaction and trust reaches 94%. While from the perspective of internal business processes it is said to be good, this can be seen from the Innovations made by Ropang OTW always trying to keep abreast of market developments and the desires of customers and companies always make efforts through structuring strategies in business and management. Innovations are made to provide excellent service for customers. As well as learning and growth perspectives are good, this can be seen from the average value of statement items on the learning and growth perspective which shows respondents' answers tend to be with answers agree and strongly agree.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on firm value, the effect of profitability on firm value, and to determine the effect of company size on firm value in the automotive industry sector listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This study aims to determine the causal correlation between 2 or more variables. Meanwhile, based on the type of data, this research is categorized as a causality quantitative study, namely research to describe the state of the company which is carried out by analysis based on the data obtained. The dependent variable in this study is firm value, while the independent variable is Capital Structure, Profitability, and Company Size. In this study using secondary data obtained from Automotive Industry Sector Companies Listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The objects in this study are capital structure (X1), profitability (X2) and company size (X3) and their influence on firm value (Y). The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies in the automatic industrial sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 18 companies. Sampling in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that first, capital structure affects firm value. This indicates that increasing DER will result in good management, which can increase company profits, thereby increasing company value. Second, profitability has a negative effect on firm value. This shows that even though the company has suffered losses in the past few years, investors have confidence in the business prospects of companies in the automotive industry sector in the future if managed properly and professionally. This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality, website quality and agency image on public satisfaction in the General Law Administration (KEMENKUMHAM). This research method is a quantitative method using primary data and secondary data. The number of samples in this study were as many as 100 visitors. Data processing in this study used the SPSS version 23 analysis tool, and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis used in this study includes validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and t test. The results showed that, (1) service quality has a significant effect on community satisfaction, (2) website quality has an effect on community satisfaction, (3) agency image has a significant effect on community satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the socio-cultural situation in modern pesantren education. (2) the main substance of the content standard in the learning management instrument of modern Islamic boarding schools, and (3) the application of the standard concept of the education management process and its relation to the standard system of national education management and modern Islamic boarding schools at Al-Izzah Batu High School. This research method is qualitative with a case study approach. Primary data in the form of in-depth interviews with the head of the pesantren, the principal, the deputy for the curriculum, teaching staff, the head of the pesantren, students or santri Secondary data is in the form of observation and documentation study of all supporting documents related to the sub-focus, including institutional documents, which contain objectives, vision and mission, curriculum documents, and other relevant documents. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded as follows: (1) culturally the existence of Al-Izzah High School can color the surrounding area by making Islamic areas by providing guidance to the community, (2) the curriculum is integrated into learning tools in the form of a syllabus and lesson plans, and (3) the National Curriculum and the Modern Islamic Boarding School Curriculum are applied in two ways, namely integrated in Teaching and Learning Activities and habituation activities by paying attention to school indicators and predetermined class indicators..

This study aims to analyze the performance of examiners of subfield document and counterfeit forensic money in Puslabfor BareskrimPolri by looking at the factor of employee recruitment, quality of human resources and motivation partially or simultaneously and the variables that have a major influence on this research. This research method is a quantitative method by processing primary data through a questionnaire given to the forensic examiner documents and counterfeit currency inspectore at the police criminal investigation center. The number of samples in this study were 73 employees. Data processing in this study using SPSS version 22 and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The analysis used in this study includes the validity test, realibility test, nominality test, coefficient test, determinant coefficient R2, multiple regression test and t test. The results of the study show that, (1) employee recruitment influence on employee performance (2) quality of human resources has significant influence on employee performance, and (3) motivation influences employee performance.

The study aimed to identify the style of leadership and corporate culture of the commitment to improve employee performance in PT. Toyofuji Logistics Indonesia (member of astra). The methodology this is quantitative methods using data primary .The total sample of the research is about 88 employees. Data processing in this study used a smartpls analysis, and the analysis in a partial least squares. This study aims to examine whether the effect of Budgetary Slack , Organizational Commitment , Compensation, Human Capital, and Governance on the financial performance of the Bureau of Logistics Facilities and Construction of the Police Headquarters (Case Study at the Bureau of Logistics Facilities and Construction at the Police Headquarters). Research is using the type of research causality approach is quantitative, which was measured by using a method based regression linear multiple with SPSS version 25.00. The population of the research this is the Institute of Logistics Police in the whole of Indonesia. The sample is determined based of Logistics Facilities and Construction of the Police Headquarters. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed to 50 respondents. Testing the hypothesis by using test T and test F. The results of the study prove that (1) Budgetary Slack has an effect on the financial performance of the Police Headquarters Logistics Facilities and Construction Bureau, (2) Organizational Commitment has no effect on the financial performance of the Police Headquarters Logistics Facilities and Construction Bureau, (3) Compensation has no effect on the Facility Bureau financial performance. And Construction Logistics Headquarters of Police, (4) Human Capital affect on the performance of financial Bureau of facilities and Construction Logistics Headquarters of Police , (5) Governanceno effect on the performance of financial Bureau of facilities and Construction Logistics Headquarters Police.
