<![CDATA[Women (fishermen's wives) in the coastal community of Guraping Village, North Oba District, Tidore Islands City play a very important role in maintaining the survival of their households. Because it often happens that the husband's source of income as the head of the family is relatively little. using methods; FDG, lectures, training and monitoring, The target of service activities is to fishermen's wives to manage good and healthy household finances. The output of this dedication is published in service journals, videos and online or print media. Results: held on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at the Guraping sub-district office office in North Oba district, the post-graduate PKM activity will be carried out at noon at 13.00 Wit until it is completed. The participants who attended for this PKM activity were 25 people consisting of fishermen's wives and young men from Guraping. Given the importance of women's role in the household, it is important to know the contribution made by women to meet their household needs.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explain the importance of socialization and social media utilization in the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMS) in Sukabumi district. Social media has become a very effective tool in building customer relationships, marketing products, and increasing business visibility. However, there are still many MSMSs in Sukabumi district that have not exploited the potential of social media optimally. Through socialization, MSMS owners will be given a better understanding of social media and how to use it as an effective marketing tool. This socialization will involve training and enhancement of knowledge about relevant social media platforms, online marketing strategies, creating interesting content, as well as measurement and analysis of social media performance. It is expected that with the socialization of this social media utilization, the MSMS in Sukabumi district will be able to use social media better to promote their products and services, reach a wider audience, and increase their online presence. With increasing online presence, it is anticipated that there will be an increase in MSMS's turnover and overall growth in the Sukabomi district.]]>

<![CDATA[MSMEs are crucial to Indonesia's economy because of their large contribution to growth. The MSME sector is one of the main pillars holding up the basis of the Indonesian economy. MSMEs and the rise of digitalization will make Indonesia the country with the largest digital economy in Southeast Asia by 2026. However, MSMEs have difficulties, the most significant of which is the need to strengthen the human capital of MSME participants and improve digital skill development. The dearth of online marketing education continues to be a problem for many MSMEs. comparable to the Hanan Boga Rasa UMKM in the Buton City neighborhood. Teachers, students, and thematic KKN Group 34 developed plans and methods to improve MSME product branding. <![CDATA[Monitoring growth and development is an activity to detect early deviations in growth (deficient or poor nutritional status, short children), developmental deviations (delayed speaking), and mental and emotional deviations in children (impaired concentration and hyperactivity). The aim of this community service is to increase public knowledge about the normal growth and development of toddlers and increase mothers' awareness about the importance of stimulating toddler growth and development. A survey conducted by the Community Service Team on mothers with toddlers stated that posyandu officers at the East Labu Baru Health Center lacked education, especially regarding the growth and development of toddlers. The method of implementing this service was through midwife and doctor discussions, questions and answers, and weight checks on toddlers. The service was carried out at Posyandu Bunga Matahari, RW 08 Labuh Baru Timur Village. Under the target of every mother who has a toddler, it will be held every month on September 13, 2023. After the outreach activities are carried out, the participants who attend understand how to monitor the growth and development of toddlers and can monitor the ideal body weight of toddlers.]]>

<![CDATA[Madura has the most fisheries potential, because although Madura Island is small, the people mostly live around the coast. In the main Taddan Village, there are lots of people who work as fishermen, who go to sea every day. Many fishermen are also craftsmen of boats for personal use or for sale, where fishermen still use wood when making boats. Many large trees in Taddan Village are no longer visible. For this reason, this research will explain some of the advantages of fiberglass boats and how to design and manufacture them. From the program that researchers will carry out, it is hoped that the community will be able to apply it. This research is also very useful for youth groups whose curiosity is greater. Even though the Karangtaruna are not educated in the world of shipping, they will understand how to make and read ship designs.]]>

<![CDATA[Engagement dedication SMEs for processed goods such as craft bamboo, chips banana, jam tomato, cranky corn, and so on are employed by the residents of Village Sandpaper Subdistrict Sandpaper Field City Medan, North Sumatra, where this is being done. The purpose of this activity is to teach locals how to use social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp to market their products. Sales of locally produced goods are expected to increase market share, boost efficiency in marketing, and use other strategies to make the most of already-existing social media platforms that are controlled by residents. These strategies should also improve the quality of goods that are more productive, rather than just sending messages.]]>

<![CDATA[Cocoa plants are one of the plantation crops that are a source of income for farmers in Indonesia. In cocoa farming, various problems are faced by farmers in increasing the productivity of cocoa plants. The main factors that become problems in cocoa cultivation are pests and diseases. Pests that often attack kakao plants are Cocoa Fruit Borer (PBK). The purpose of this community service activity is to empower the community in Bloro Village, Nita District, Sikka Regency in applying P3S technology (pruning, fertilizing, frequent harvesting, and sanitation) in PBK pest control. The methods applied by the PKM Team include socialization/counseling, and training on the application of P3S technology. The results of the activity showed thatthe activity went smoothly. This activity is able to provide knowledge to the community in applying P3S technology in PBK pest control on cocoa plants. Obstacles that arise at the implementation stage can be overcome by monitoring, evaluation, and mentoring methods. The application of technology implemented produces P3S technology as PBK pest control which can increase the productivity of cocoa plants.]]>

<![CDATA[Childbirth is the birth of the baby, placenta and amniotic membranes from the uterus to the outside world. Long labor causes mothers to experience stress and fatigue for longer so that pain will increase. The causes of labor pain are caused by various factors such as uterine muscle contractions, stretching of the pelvic floor muscles, episotomy and psychological conditions, namely anxiety which can increase the incidence of stress. To overcome prolonged labor, active labor techniques have been introduced. The active labor method has actually been implemented as one of the care services during the birth process, namely in terms of mobilization which encourages the mother to choose the position that is considered the most comfortable with the aim of minimizing pain and which can affect the length of labor. labor. first and second stages of labor. In reality, there are still many mothers who give birth who experience difficulty in mobilizing and positioning and only focus on the pain and are afraid to move so they only stay in one position during the birth process, this can make the muscles stiff and cause pain. it is difficult for the fetus to descend into the pelvis. Based on research, pregnant women who carry out mobilizations such as walking lightly and arranging a comfortable position can speed up the descent of the head and the opening of the cervix. This service takes the form of providing education about the benefits of mobilization for mothers during the first stage of labor and providing assistance with mobilization in the delivery room. Providing education and assistance can help mothers in labor empower themselves in undergoing labor so that it is hoped that labor can run smoothly. This community service can help mothers in labor to empower themselves to mobilize in an effort to speed up the descent of the fetal head, speed up opening and the mother can adjust to a comfortable position so that the birth runs smoothly.]]>
