Abstract

This study analyses the influence of strategy servant leadership, competencies, and learning organisation on official performance, the influence of strategy servant leadership with competencies intervening variables on official performance, and the influence of learning organisations with competencies as variables intervening on official performance. There are 127 respondents in the Regional Office of Manpower and Transmigration Department DKI Jakarta. The analysis data technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis operated by the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) 22 program. This study shows that strategy servant leadership, learning organisations, and competencies are significant positive effect (5,163); on official performance Regional Office of Manpower and Transmigration Department DKI Jakarta. All variables influence official performance.

Abstract

Third-Party Funds and Fee-Based Income on Bank Profitability. The independent variables used in this study consisted of the Influence of Interest Rate Spread, Net Interest Margin, Non-Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Third Party Funds and Fee-Based Income on Bank Profitability. In contrast, the dependent variable was ROA and ROE. The study investigates the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. There are ten national and private commercial banks as a sample. The method of analysis uses panel regression analysis. The results show that the interest rate, NPL, and Fee-based income spreads partially have no significant effect on ROA and ROE. NIM partially has a significant effect on ROA but does not have a significant effect on ROE. CAR does not have a significant effect on ROA but has a significant effect on ROE. Deposits have no significant effect on ROA but have a significant effect on ROE. Spread of Interest Rate, Net Interest Margin, Non-Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Third Party Funds and Fee-Based Income influence ROA and ROE, with a coefficient of determination of 83.42% and 83.53%, respectively.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse competitive advantage as an intervening variable on Go-Pay customer satisfaction in Tebet, South Jakarta. This study uses differentiation and innovation strategies as independent variables, customer satisfaction as the dependent variable, and competitive advantage as an intervening variable. The number of samples in this study amounted to 150 respondents who were determined using the non-probability sampling method, simple random sampling. This research uses quantitative causal research, Go-Pay users as a sample. The data analysis method used in this study is the SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) model with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) program. The results showed that differentiation and innovation have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Differentiation has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then, innovation has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage has a positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction. Competitive advantage as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Competitive advantage as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study discusses the Competitive Advantage Strategy through Market Orientation and Innovation of E-Money Card Products at Bank Mandiri Jakarta Head Office for Improving Marketing Performance. The sample used in this study were students using Bank Mandiri e-money products located in the Perbanas Institute Jakarta academic community. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling method. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale 1-10. Data analysis techniques were using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS program version 21.0. The results showed that the Market Orientation on competitive advantage and marketing performance did not positively affect. For product innovation variables have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. However, product innovation variables do not have a significant positive effect on marketing performance. Then competitive advantage has a significant positive effect on the performance of marketing of Bank Mandiri e-money products.

Abstract

Privatisation and Good Corporate Governance systems are government policies to improve the performance of state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The BUMN Ministry Road Map for 2015-2019 contains various policies from the SOE Ministry through the SOE restructuring and privatisation program. Sale of 49% shares of PT JICT, a subsidiary of PT Pelindo II or Indonesia Port Corporation II (IPC), to Hutchison Port Holding Group (HPH Group) with a value of USD 215,000,000, for 20 years and the remaining 51% of the shares are owned by IPC. Does it make the writer research that the privatisation process has fair value and follows the ministerial regulation of SOEs regarding Good Corporate Governance? The calculation and analysis of the company's projection of PT JICT are USD 262,490,000, - so that the sale of 49% shares to HPH Group is USD 215,000,000 below the fair value, with a difference of USD 47.49 million. Indicator of GCG implementation based on SK-16 / S.MBU / 2012 decision after the writer assessed PT JICT officials and employees of the privatisation process which scored 75.53 with several sub-standard indicators: Transparency, independence and Fairness that earned value ≤ 75 with unfavourable conclusions.

Abstract

The study analyzes the effect of corporate governance and non-performing loans on bank stock prices with profitability as an intervening variable. The population in this study is the BUMN Bank in Indonesia (BRI, BNI, BTN, Mandiri) using financial statement data in 2010-2018. This study analyzes the influence of corporate governance, non-performing loans and profitability on BUMN Bank's financial performance. By using a quantitative approach and the SmartPLS version 3.0 program as an analysis tool. The results show that GCG has a positive and significant effect on ROA. GCG also has a positive and significant effect on shares, and NPL has a positive and significant effect on ROA. NPL has a positive and significant effect on stocks, ROA has a positive and significant effect on shares, GCG is positive and significant on shares is intervened by ROA, and NPL has a positive and significant effect on shares intervened by ROA. The study suggests that deepening observations provide evidence that composite values of GCG, NPL, and ROA are interrelated. When a bank implements good corporate governance, improving credit risk management is a necessity.

Abstract

The research objective was to examine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM and Firm Size on the company value (Price Book Value) with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as an intermediate variable (Intervening). The research population was 77 companies based on The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG). One of the criteria used is the most trusted company and trusted company by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) during 2010 – 2018. Five companies meet the requirements as a sample of the total population meets the criteria. The method used is path analysis with the test equipment using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The test results show that ROE has a significant negative effect on GCG and ROE positively and significantly affects firm value (PBV). NPM does not affect GCG, and NPM has a negative and significant effect on PBV, while Firm size has a positive and significant effect on GCG, and Firm size has no effect on PBV. GCG has a positive and significant effect on PBV. GCG cannot mediate the effect of ROE on PBV, and GCG is not able to mediate the effect of NPM on PBV, while GCG is significantly able to mediate the effect of Firm Size on PBV.
