Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan arsip dinamis merupakan komponen penting dalam administrasi perkantoran karena berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi kerja yang menopang keberlangsungan proses administratif, koordinasi internal, dan pelayanan administrasi. Namun, dalam praktik organisasi, pengelolaan arsip dinamis sering kali belum terintegrasi secara sistematis ke dalam sistem administrasi perkantoran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis temuan-temuan literatur mengenai peran arsip dinamis, tantangan pengelolaannya, serta implikasinya terhadap efektivitas administrasi perkantoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode systematic literature review (SLR) yang mengacu pada protokol PRISMA. Analisis dilakukan melalui pendekatan concept-centric review dan analisis tematik terhadap artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang relevan. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa arsip dinamis berperan sebagai elemen operasional yang mendukung kesinambungan proses administrasi dan keteraturan kerja, namun pengelolaannya masih menghadapi tantangan struktural, prosedural, dan organisasional. Temuan juga mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis berimplikasi langsung terhadap efektivitas administrasi perkantoran, khususnya dalam kelancaran layanan, efisiensi kerja, dan keterlacakan informasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya memposisikan pengelolaan arsip dinamis sebagai bagian integral dari sistem administrasi perkantoran yang berorientasi pada integrasi informasi dan keberlanjutan proses kerja. Kata kunci: efektivitas administrasi; praktik dokumentasi organisasi; sistem kearsipan; tata kelola kearsipan; tinjauan literatur sistematis Abstract: Dynamic records management is a critical component of office administration, serving as a source of working information that sustains the continuity of administrative processes, internal coordination, and administrative services. Nevertheless, in organizational practice, dynamic records management is often not systematically integrated into office administration systems. This study aims to synthesize the existing literature on the role of dynamic records, the challenges associated with their management, and the implications of these challenges for administrative effectiveness. A qualitative approach was adopted, employing a systematic literature review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA protocol. Data analysis was conducted through a concept-centric review and thematic analysis of relevant Indonesian- and English-language publications. The synthesis findings indicate that dynamic records function as operational elements supporting administrative workflow continuity and orderliness; however, their management remains constrained by structural, procedural, and organizational challenges. The findings further reveal that the quality of dynamic records management has direct implications for administrative effectiveness, particularly with respect to service delivery, work efficiency, and information traceability. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas penerapan gabungan model Direct Instruction dan Practice-Based Learning dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada konteks pendidikan kejuruan. Desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) berdasarkan model Kemmis dan McTaggart diterapkan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 siswa kelas XI pada Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Bhakti Karya Karanganyar. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes praktik dan lembar observasi terstruktur. Instrumen observasi divalidasi melalui expert judgment (Aiken’s V = 0,89) dengan reliabilitas antar-penilai sebesar 83%. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sebelum tindakan, rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 69,87 dengan tingkat ketuntasan 40%. Setelah siklus I, rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 79,76 dengan ketuntasan 66,67%. Pada siklus II, rata-rata nilai naik menjadi 83,04 dengan ketuntasan 73,33%. Skor keterlibatan siswa juga meningkat dari 69,77% pada siklus I menjadi 79,05% pada siklus II. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran terpadu ini secara efektif meningkatkan capaian kognitif dan pengembangan keterampilan praktis siswa kejuruan. Kata kunci: keterampilan spreadsheet; keterlibatan siswa; ketuntasan belajar; penelitian tindakan kelas; strategi instruksional Abstract: This study investigated the effectiveness of integrating Direct Instruction and Practice-Based Learning to improve student learning achievement in a vocational education setting. A Classroom Action Research design based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model was employed, conducted across two cycles each comprising planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Participants consisted of 30 Grade XI students in the Office Management and Business Services program at SMK Bhakti Karya Karanganyar. Data were collected via practical performance tests and structured observation sheets. Observation instruments were validated through expert judgment (Aiken’s V = 0.89) and established inter-rater reliability of 83%. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. Prior to intervention, the mean score was 69.87 with a mastery rate of 40%. Following Cycle I, the mean score increased to 79.76 with a mastery rate of 66.67%. After Cycle II, the mean score rose further to 83.04 with a mastery rate of 73.33%. Student engagement scores also improved from 69.77% in Cycle I to 79.05% in Cycle II. Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital berdampak pada pemanfaatan layanan persuratan di instansi pemerintah, termasuk UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis manajemen persuratan era digital pada UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, dengan diwakili Fakultas Dirasat Islamiyah, Fakultas Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi, dan Subbagian Tata Usaha dan Rumah Tangga Bagian Umum Biro Administrasi Umum dan Kepegawaian. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan pegawai yang mengelola persuratan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alur surat masuk dan keluar pada UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta telah sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Agama Nomor 9 Tahun 2016 tentang Pedoman Tata Naskah Dinas, dengan perbedaan pada tingkat pemanfaatan layanan digital di tiap unit kerja. Rekomendasi penelitian menekankan perlunya sistem persuratan digital yang terintegrasi, penerapan disposisi online, tanda tangan elektronik, serta pengiriman surat resmi internal untuk mendukung efektivitas, efisiensi, dan penerapan paperless office. Kata kunci : digitalisasi; paperless office; persuratan; tata naskah dinasAbstract: The advancement of digital technology has influenced the utilization of correspondence services in government institutions, including UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This study aims to analyze digital-era correspondence management at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, represented by the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah, the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication Sciences, and the Subdivision of Administration and Household Affairs, Bureau of General Administration and Personnel. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving staff directly managing correspondence through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s model, including data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the flow of incoming and outgoing letters at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta complies with the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Official Correspondence, with variations in the extent of digital service utilization across units. The study recommends the establishment of an integrated digital correspondence system, the adoption of online disposition, electronic signatures, and official internal letter delivery to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and the implementation of a paperless office. Keywords: digitalization; correspondence administration; official document management;  paperless office

Abstract

Abstrak: Bukti yang berkembang menunjukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa terhadap kewirausahaan masih relatif rendah, dengan sebagian besar lulusan lebih memilih pekerjaan formal dibandingkan wirausaha mandiri. Kecenderungan serupa ditemukan pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (PAP) FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh (1) efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha, (2) lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan (3) pengaruh simultan efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa PAP FKIP UNS. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional menggunakan metode survei diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik total sampling digunakan sehingga diperoleh 99 mahasiswa sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sebagaimana dikonfirmasi oleh nilai thitung yang melebihi ttabel dan nilai Fhitung yang melebihi Ftabel. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa penguatan kesiapan psikologis melalui pengembangan efikasi diri dan peningkatan sistem dukungan berbasis keluarga merupakan strategi institusional yang esensial dalam menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha di perguruan tinggi, khususnya pada program studi non-bisnis. Kata kunci : solusi pengangguran; dukungan keluarga; keberanian diriAbstract: Emerging evidence suggests that student interest in entrepreneurship remains relatively low, with most graduates preferring formal employment over self-employment. A similar tendency has been observed among students in the Office Administration Education (PAP) Study Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FKIP UNS). This study examined the effects of (1) self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest, (2) family environment on entrepreneurial interest, and (3) the simultaneous influence of self-efficacy and family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of PAP FKIP UNS students. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed, utilizing a survey method. Total sampling was applied, yielding 99 student respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire validated for reliability and validity, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS. The results demonstrate that both self-efficacy and family environment exert positive and statistically significant effects on students' entrepreneurial interest, both partially and simultaneously, as confirmed by tvalues exceeding the ttable threshold and an Fvalue exceeding the Ftable threshold. These findings indicate that strengthening psychological readiness through self-efficacy development and enhancing family-based support systems constitute essential institutional strategies for cultivating entrepreneurial interest in higher education, particularly within non-business-oriented academic programs. Keywords : unemployment solution; family support; self courage

Abstract

Abstrak: Rendahnya minat belajar siswa sering kali menjadi penghambat dalam mencapai potensi akademik, yang dipicu oleh kurangnya stimulus lingkungan dan penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang monoton. Penelitian difokuskan menganalisis tiga aspek utama, yaitu: (1) pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap minat belajar; (2) pengaruh media pembelajaran interaktif terhadap minat belajar; serta (3) pengaruh secara bersamaan antara lingkungan belajar dan media interaktif terhadap minat belajar siswa jurusan MPLB di SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Partisipan terdiri dari 104 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data dihimpun menggunakan instrumen kuesioner tertutup berbasis skala likert 5 yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Kemudian diolah menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda melalui perangkat lunak IBM SPSS25. Temuan riset mengindikasikan bahwa: (1) lingkungan belajar berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar (sig. 0,00 < 0,05; thitung 4,299 > 1,984); (2) media pembelajaran interaktif memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan pada minat belajar (sig. 0,00 < 0,05; thitung 6,362 > 1,984); dan (3) secara bersamaan, kedua variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa (sig. 0,00 < 0,05; Fhitung 88,848 > 3,094). Implikasi praktis penelitian ini menegaskan sekolah perlu memprioritaskan integrasi teknologi interaktif dan perbaikan fasilitas fisik guna mengoptimalkan atensi akademik siswa. Kata kunci: atensi akademik; ekosistem pendidikan; kuantitatif; regresi linear berganda; visualisasi instruksional Abstract: Low student interest in learning frequently constitutes a barrier to the realization of academic potential, attributable to insufficient environmental stimulation and the adoption of monotonous instructional methods. This study examined three primary objectives: (1) the influence of the learning environment on learning interest; (2) the influence of interactive learning media on learning interest; and (3) the simultaneous influence of both the learning environment and interactive media on the learning interest of students in the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed. Participants comprised 104 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire instrument based on a five-point Likert scale, the validity and reliability of which had been previously verified. Data were subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression via IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The findings indicate that: (1) the learning environment exerted a positive and significant influence on learning interest (p = .000 < .05; t(102) = 4.299 > 1.984); (2) interactive learning media exerted a positive and significant influence on learning interest (p = .000 < .05; t(102) = 6.362 > 1.984); and (3) both independent variables simultaneously exerted a significant influence on student learning interest (p = .000 < .05; F(2, 101) = 88.848 > 3.09). Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh diskon dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Glad2Glow di TikTok Shop. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah diskon dan promosi, sedangkan keputusan pembelian merupakan variabel dependen. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi konsumen yang membeli produk Glad2Glow melalui TikTok Shop, melibatkan 103 responden sebagai sampel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% dan diolah melalui SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 16,013 lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,09 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa diskon dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Glad2Glow. Dengan demikian, strategi diskon dan promosi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen pada platform TikTok Shop. Kata kunci: insentif harga; komunikasi pemasaran digital; pembelian e-commerceAbstract: This study aimed to analyze the effects of discount and promotion strategies on the purchase decisions of consumers purchasing Glad2Glow skincare products through the TikTok Shop platform. The independent variables comprised discounts and promotions, while the dependent variable was purchase decision. A quantitative research design was employed, and data were collected from 103 respondents who had purchased Glad2Glow products via TikTok Shop. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted at a significance level of 5% using SPSS version 25. The results revealed that the calculated F-value of 16.013 exceeded the Ftable value of 3.09, with a significance level of .000 < .05. These findings indicate that discount and promotion strategies simultaneously exert a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions for Glad2Glow products. Accordingly, discount and promotion strategies are demonstrated to be effective mechanisms for increasing consumer purchase decisions on the TikTok Shop platform. Keywords: digital marketing communication; e-commerce purchasing; price incentives

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh praktik kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi berwirausaha siswa kelas XI MPLB SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausalitas. Populasi berjumlah 105 siswa; sampel sebanyak 83 siswa ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan margin eror 5% dan teknik proportionate random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) praktik kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial terhadap motivasi berwirausaha, t(81) = 10,222, p = 0,000; (2) lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial terhadap motivasi berwirausaha, t(81) = 9,995, p = 0,000; dan (3) keduanya secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha, F(2, 80) = 151,108, p = 0,000. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Ŷ = 5,274 + 0,749X₁ + 0,492X₂ dengan R² = 0,791. Sumbangan efektif praktik kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga masing-masing sebesar 40,3% dan 38,8%, dengan sumbangan relatif sebesar 51% dan 49%. Results demonstrated that: (1) entrepreneurial practice had a significant partial positive influence on entrepreneurial motivation, t(81) = 10.222, p = .000; (2) family environment had a significant partial positive influence on entrepreneurial motivation, t(81) = 9.995, p = .000; and (3) both variables jointly exerted a significant simultaneous positive influence, F(2, 80) = 151.108, p = .000. The regression equation was Ŷ = 5.274 + 0.749X₁ + 0.492X₂, with R² = .791. The effective contributions of entrepreneurial practice and family environment were 40.3% and 38.8%, with relative contributions of 51% and 49%, respectively.
