Abstract

His research aims to determine the forms of delinquency in class II students at SDN Langensari and SDN Cikubang. The research aims to describe how teachers deal with student delinquency in class II at SDN Langensari and SDN Cikubang. Based on research results, analysis of the role of teachers in dealing with student delinquency in class II of SDN CIKUBANG and SDN Langensari, Taraju subdistrict, Tasikmalaya Regency has been carried out on two teachers and four students. Based on the research results obtained from two teachers and four students, there was mild delinquency among the four people. Mischief such as: fighting, not doing homework, disturbing friends when studying, skipping school. Factors that influence delinquency are family factors, namely disharmony and a broken home (divided parents) and lack of love and attention from parents. There is a description of the results of research conducted by researchers at SDN CIKUBANG and SDN Langensari.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Role Playing learning model by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class V students at SDN 173525 Balige, Toba Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. The method used in this research uses quantitative research methods. The population is all class V students of SDN 173525 Balige, Toba Regency, 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 40 people and all of them were used as research respondents. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Role Playing learning model by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class V students at SDN 173525 Balige, Toba Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.580 > rtable(=0.05,n=40) = 0.312, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable ,dk=n-2=38)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable . b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 33.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=22, dk denominator=n-2=40-2=38) namely 19.27 > 1.51. Thus, Ha, namely that there is a positive and significant influence of the Role Playing learning model by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class V students at SDN 173525 Balige, Toba Regency, for the 2023/2024 academic year is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of classroom management by teachers on the learning discipline of class XI students at HKBP Sidikalang Private Vocational School. The method used in this research is an inferential quantitative approach. The population is all class Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that classroom management by teachers has a positive and significant effect on student learning discipline at HKBP Sidikalang Private Vocational School. Test the analysis requirements in this research using the normality test to obtain the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.200, meaning it is greater than 0.05 (0.200 > 0.05) so it can be concluded that the research data is normally distributed. The results of the correlation test show that there is a positive relationship between variable Apart from that, the significant relationship test obtained a value of tcount= 6.753 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=72)= 2.000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. The hypothesis was tested through a regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂=13.810+0.807 X and the regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 38.1%. Testing the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 45.597 > 4.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that classroom management by teachers has a positive and significant effect on the learning discipline of class XI students at HKBP Sidikalang Private Vocational School.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of the use of audiovisual media by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sianjur Mula at Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of audiovisual media by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sianjur Mula at Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sianjur Initially in Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 123 people. The sample was random (random sampling), namely 50% of the total population, namely 62 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value of rcount=0.576> rtable=0.254 and tcount=5.458> ttable=2.00030 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of audiovisual media by PAK teachers and the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sianjur Mula -starting with Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test revealed that the magnitude of the effect was 33.18%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=28.971>Ftable=3.15 then H0 (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the use of audiovisual media by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sianjur Mula at Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

This study examines the application of constructivism learning theory in fifth-grade mathematics. Constructivism emphasizes that students build knowledge through their own experiences via active, gradual engagement, where the teacher acts as a facilitator rather than a knowledge transmitter. Mathematics, essential for everyday life, should offer meaningful lessons that relate to real-world experiences. The constructivist approach consists of stages such as perception, exploration, discussion and explanation of concepts, and the development and application of concepts. The study aims to analyze the supporting media in the fifth-grade mathematics book, curriculum 2013 revision published by Erlangga, and assess its alignment with the constructivist learning stages. This qualitative study uses a library research approach, with the primary data sourced from the mathematics book and secondary data from relevant journals and studies. Data was collected through documentation, using a marking sheet to evaluate the book's compatibility with the constructivism stages. The results indicate that the book supports constructivist learning, providing media like pictures and videos accessible via QR codes. The book's content aligns well with the constructivist learning stages, with a 97.5% compliance rate, falling into the "very good" category.

Abstract

The short story Kembang Mayang has a theme centered around women's emancipation. It follows a forward plot, although there is a brief flashback in the middle of the story. However, the flashback does not affect the overall storyline; it merely strengthens it. The main character in Kembang Mayang is Eka. The characters of Eka’s mother, father, Mulyo, and his seven younger siblings are secondary characters who primarily serve as supporting elements to the story. Eka is portrayed as a tough, responsible, and loving individual. The story takes place in the early morning before dawn in a house in Ciganjur. The author uses the third-person point of view, not using the pronoun "I," but instead referring to the main character by name. The short story employs a direct and simple language style, though it is occasionally interspersed with certain metaphors. Despite this, the style remains straightforward and clear.

Abstract

This study analyzes the extrinsic elements in Layla and Majnun, a masterpiece by Nizami Ganjavi, to explore the cultural, moral, and social contexts influencing the story. Using a library research method, the study examines the author's background, the values within the story, and the social conditions of 12th-century Persia. The findings reveal that the novel is deeply rooted in Nizami's spiritual and intellectual environment, reflecting themes of loyalty, sacrifice, and divine love influenced by Sufism. Furthermore, the social conflicts portrayed in the story highlight the tension between individual desires and societal norms, making it a timeless reflection of human experience. This research contributes to understanding how extrinsic elements enrich literary works and suggests further comparative studies to explore global literary traditions.

Abstract

PPDB is an important instrument in fulfilling the right to education, but its implementation is often colored by various problems such as non-objectivity, non-transparency, and unaccountability. This study analyzes the implementation of PPDB in 2024 to identify problems and formulate recommendations for improvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of PPDB in 2024 in West Java, identify emerging problems, and formulate recommendations for policy improvement to improve the objectivity, transparency, and accountability of PPDB. Research Methods This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through mentoring, surveys, and observations of the implementation of PPDB in West Java. The results of the study show that despite improvements, the implementation of PPDB in 2024 in West Java is still far from ideal. Some of the problems found include: Unobjectivity: Late determination of technical instructions, inaccuracy of capacity data, and weak coordination of the committee. Non-transparency: Lack of technical socialization, lack of open complaint handling, and limited public monitoring space in the online PPDB application. Unaccountability: Lack of monitoring, reflection, evaluation, and preparation of reports. Based on the results of the research, there are several recommendations that need to be implemented in the implementation of the upcoming PPDB, including: local governments need to be more active in coordinating with Pusdatin to compile accurate graduate projection data and capacity.

Abstract

This research is to explore the urgency of using Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Indonesian language learning for vocational school students. The aim of this research is to identify whether the use of Generative AI can improve writing skills in Indonesian language material. The method used in the research is a qualitative method which is centered on an understanding and the observation techniques used. The results of the data received using this method are by holding several existing samples using 2 class samples, the first is the class with the use of AI in writing skills in learning Indonesian more with a percentage of 76.67% compared to the previous class but using the method and the same material with a gain of 28.57%. In conclusion, the use of Generative AI in learning Indonesian for vocational school students is an innovative approach that can significantly improve students' writing abilities. The research results provide concrete evidence that Generative AI technology has great potential to enrich students' learning experiences. Technological developments are very rapid in the world of education, students can easily access the availability of AI both to help in the learning process and in all existing aspects. The impact caused by the use of AI is that students are not only required to be creative in writing, but students are not willing to develop themselves with the ability to develop their ideas and ideas.
