Generasi muda didorong untuk menjadi wirausaha mengingat UMKM adalah salah satu tombak perekonomian Indonesia. Berbagai program pembinaan yang ada memotivasi mahasiswa untuk praktek langsung menjadi pengusaha. Program tersebut diantaranya melalui hibah bantuan ataupun pelatihan. Untuk itu, kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasila mendukung hal tersebut dengan melakukan pembimbingan langsung kepada mahasiswa. Pembimbingan secara langsung tersebut mempermudah evaluasi dan diskusi pada waktu yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tersebut diantaranya adalah pengenalan pada aplikasi fintech dan diversifikasi produk. Melalui kedua program tersebut mahasiswa memahami dengan lebih mendalam bagaimana memilih fintech lending yang tepat dan juga mengimplementasikan diversifikasi produk.

The objectives of this service include: 1) Growing student awareness through increasing teacher creativity about the importance of literacy skills in increasing knowledge to become active, creative, innovative, and independent students. 2) Reading corners, bulletin boards, and visits to the library can increase students' interest in reading if they are designed in an attractive way. The method used is lecture and discussion. This training was attended by 20 teachers from various subject areas in the school. The development of the School Literacy Movement Program was carried out based on several stages including; consists of three stages, namely planning, implementing and evaluating. The resource person plans the learning to be carried out, such as preparing learning tools and media in the form of power points, pictures and videos about GLS which are applied to increase the literacy of teachers and students. Then another teacher as an observer (observer). In the implementation stage, the teacher and observers evaluate the implementation of activities in class. This activity adds to the knowledge of teachers and students about the School Literacy Movement and gains new experiences for teachers, so as to increase the creativity of educators and students.

Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah: meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan warga dalam Pelatihan Membuat Kue Tradisional “Talam Jagung di Desa Karak Apung. Tujuan ini dapat dicapai menggunakan model Model (Pendampingan) dan metode pelaksanaa kegiatan ini metode (Pendampingan), secara khusus metode yaitu : (1). Pelatihan dalam bentuk penyajian praktek tentang pelatihan pembuatan kue tradisioanl Talam Jagung. Kegiatan ini didampingi oleh seluruh tim pelaksana (2). Penugasan membuat kue tradisional talam jagung didampingi oleh pemateri yang ahli dibidangnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi selama kegiatan, terlihat bahwa aktivitas peserta sangat baik, ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya indikator-indikator aktivitas pelatihan yang muncul. Begitu juga dengan hasil angket yang diberikan ke peserta diakhir kegiatan, 91 % peserta puas dengan kegiatan ini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini telah mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, terlihat dari pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada ketua dalam bertanya tentang bahan olahan kue tradisional Talam Jagung. Harapan kegian PKM ini peserta diharapkan dapat berkarya dalam mengolah kue tradisional Talam Jagung di desa Karak Apung.

Sampah merupakan masalah yang sejak dulu hingga kini sulit untuk diatasi dalam lingkungan masyarakat, karena sampah telah menjadi barang keseharian masyarakat. Oleh karena itu perlunya adanya agen sebagai penghubung atau pelantara dalam mengimplementasikan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan sampah. Agen tersebut adalah peserta didik. Peserta didik dapat menjadi agent of change di sekolah yang dapat membawa perubahan di masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan karena sekolah merupakan miniature masyarakat yang dapat dijadikan sebagai media pendidikan dalam pengelolaan sampah sejak dini. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pemahaman sejak dini terkait dalam pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar. Pengenalan pengelolaan sampah dapat dilakukan dengan mengenalkan salah satu metode yang sangat sederhana, murah dan cepat yang dapat dilakukan oleh peserta didik yaitu metode Takakura. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan kurang lebih satu bulan dengan klayak sasaran yakni siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Ternate. Teknik Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan berdasarkan tujuan tertentu. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan demonstrasi. Hasil yang diperoleh yakni peserta didik dapat mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dan demontrasi dengan baik. Pemahaman siswa meningkat dalam hal mengenal sampah dan dampak dari sampah sedangkan tahapan demonstrasi dan implementasi dari metode Takakura yakni siswa sangat memahami dengan benar langkah-langkah dalam mengolah sampah rumah tangga sehingga produk yang dihasilkan dari sampah, yang berasal dari dedauan, sisa makanan dari kantin dan sampah rumah tangga dapat diubah menjadi kompos.

PKM was motivated by the results of observations that elementary school teachers in Sumber Harta sub-district had not received socialization and training on designing learning tools and independent learning curriculum evaluation tools so that socialization and training were needed to prepare learning tools and independent learning curriculum evaluation tools. The main goal of PKM is to make teachers more professional and improve teacher pedagogic competence with regard to the ability to manage, design learning tools, and carry out learning and evaluate learning outcomes. The method applied is through a scheme of providing materials, training, and mentoring. The PKM was held at Sumber Harta 1 Public Elementary School, which was attended by 23 participants from the teachers of the Gugus I Elementary School, Sumber Harta District, Musi Rawas Regency. The results of the PKM were the implementation of socialization activities and training in the preparation of independent learning curriculum learning tools. Elementary School teachers at Cluster 1 Sumber Harta District have knowledge and skills regarding the Implementation of the Free Learning Curriculum. Teachers can also develop skills in making Learning Toolkits, Modules, LKPD, and Independent Curriculum Evaluation Instruments properly and professionally and increase capacity/expertise up to recognized competencies.

Ombul is the name of village which is located in the Arosbaya- Bangkalan Madura sub-district. The people in the village of Ombul have a livelihood by farming, traders, porters and overseas migrants (TKI). Community awareness about children's education is very lacking, this is due to the lack of information on technology from outside which is very minimal. The lack of motivation that exists in every family is very influential, especially the family environment and the surrounding community. Therefore, we, as PKM proponents, are planning a work program, namely Tutoring and Reading Cottages which synergize with the village administration and nearby schools to help people who have children to become students to participate in the program. With this work program, it is hoped that the village community will be able to better understand and increase self-awareness of the importance of education. The results achieved are: 1) increasing the ability to learn a material according to the level of education; 2) have the ability to read a sentence and 3) assistance is still needed so that it can develop and be followed up by partners with the closest school

Pembelajaran abad 21 sangat mengedepankan pentingnya mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Hal ini di karenakan peserta didik harus mempunyai mental dan karakter yang kuat agar dapat bersaing secara dinamis dan terbuka. Serta memiliki karakter yang mandiri, kritis dan kreatif disertai dengan semangat gotong royong, saling menghargai dan kerjasama dalam setiap aktivitas pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan SD Negeri 104/II Sungai Pinang Kecamatan Bungi Dani, Kabupaten Bungo Provinsi Jambi. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan service learning. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Kegiatan pengabdian dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bapak/ibu guru di SD Negeri 104/II Sungai Pinang dalam dimensi profil pelajar Pancasila yang terdiri dari Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, dan berakhlak mulia, Berkebinekaan global, Bergotong royong, Mandiri, Bernalar kritis dan Kreatif. (2) Kegiatan pengabdian dapat meningkatkan pemahaman guru dalam mengintegrasikan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas SD Negeri 104/II Sungai Pinang. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat di integrasikan dengan profil pelajar Pancasila yaitu model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Nilai profil pelajar Pancasila yang dapat digali dari pembelajaran dengan LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning yaitu bergotong royong, berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif.

The dominance of the agricultural world in Karak Apung Village makes the women in the village have farming skills that are no less great than men, as a result in general only those skills can be highlighted for the women of Karak Apung villagers. Through this girls' school, she hopes to solve the village problem which is divided into three things, (1) the Skills Program; (2) Equality Program; and (3) Digital Reading Room Program. The method of treatment will be taken for one semester or 12 face-to-face meetings. The results of the girls' school, namely the women of Karak Apung Village, have been equipped with new competencies, namely Bridal Makeup, Tata Boga, Gymnastics Instructors, and the Village has a digital reading room corner equipped with wifi. This skill is evidenced by the existence of a legal competency certificate owned by the Woman of Karak Apung Village

Entrepreneurship activities can also be carried out by developing skills for entrepreneurs or prospective entrepreneurs. (1) Skill development for mothers who want to run entrepreneurship, one of which is sewing skills. In previous service activities, basic sewing training for women's clothing has been carried out, but if these skills are only basic, according to partners, basic sewing skills cannot be used as capital to run a sewing service business. The problems faced were due to limited time, so they could not directly conduct training in just one time. In this service, training was carried out with materials on advanced sewing, by repeating patterns, how to measure the body and the importance of making financial reports, even though the business/business was started from home. With this training, trainees gain knowledge about the importance of making financial reports, and have the skills to measure the body for dress sizes, make patterns and sew women's clothes.

Literacy is a person's ability to understand information processed through reading and writing activities. The results of a study conducted by Alibaca obtained that the National Literacy Index is included in the category of low literacy activity, including the province of North Sumatra with a value of 35,73. To improve the literacy of the community which is still low, the introduction of literacy must be done from an early age in addition to habituation, the introduction of literacy from an early age also provides many benefits, one of which is that children are easier to process, receive and respond to all information he receives. One way to foster an interest in early childhood literacy is to use the Ice Cream Educational Game Tool (APE). This community service is located in Botung village, precisely in Najihah Kindergarten. The purpose of this community service is to foster an interest in early childhood literacy. The method used participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The implementation of this service is carried out through four stages, namely: analysis of the situation, program planning, implementation, and evaluation. After this community service activity was carried out, the results were obtained that by using the Educational Game Tool (APE) ice cream the interest in early childhood literacy in Botung village increased.
