Abstract

This research is motivated by the assignment requirements of the intelligent systems course. Meanwhile, the title selection was based on the need for automatic regulation of the light intensity of the research lab room. The problem faced is that practitioners cannot regulate the light intensity at all times when there are changes in air temperature and humidity, then during the growth period the seeds must receive sufficient light so that seed growth can be maximized and can be predicted and managed well. This problem can be overcome one way by using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. The fuzzy mamdani method uses 3 variables, namely, input data, data rules, and output. The fuzzy input used in this research is the temperature and humidity values. The fuzzy rules applied are how the input value influences the output that will be produced. The output in this research is the size of the light intensity value. The use of the fuzzy application method is assisted by MATLAB Production Server R2015a 2.1 software. The fuzzy logic in the plant research room was successfully implemented and developed and produced accurate light intensity output, thereby helping practitioners to obtain optimal seeds. In this research, the Fuzzy Mamdani Method was used.

Abstract

Tebo Regency is one of the regencies in Jambi Province. This district is the result of expansion of the Bungo Tebo district. Tebo Regency has developed from year to year, from the economic, social, infrastructure and population sectors. This study discusses the data and location of new housing in Tebo Regency, especially in the village of Giri Purno. The method used by the author to design the system is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodology. The shape of this system is like a waterfall. The results of this website can be accessed by the wider community to find related information. The methodology used is waterfall, the design tool uses UML and Php Mysql.

Abstract

This research is attracted by the condition where students have poor reading comprehension. This occurs because the students solely read given texts, in which students are active in reading. Hence, it is difficult for students to conclude the text. Therefore, an appropriate strategy is needed to overcome these problems. KWL Strategy (Know, Want, Learn) is an effective strategy applied to the learning process, especially reading comprehension. The KWL (Know, Want, Learn) strategy provides an active role for students before, during, and when reading. The purpose of this research is to explore the KWL (Know, Want, Learn) strategies for students' reading comprehension skills using the literature study method. The literature study is an activity relating to the method of collecting library data, reading materials, making some notes, and managing research materials. The data obtained was concluded and compared to find out research that is in accordance with the purpose of the research. The results of the assessment conducted show that the KWL (Know, Want, Learn) strategy provides a positive effect on reading comprehension. Students are more active in reading comprehension; students are easier to read and understand the contents of the text and students are easier to summarize the content of the texts. Abstract

Digital height and weight measuring devices are important tools in monitoring individual health. In this study, we propose the design of a height and weight measuring instrument that uses an ultrasonic sensor and a weight sensor based on Arduino Uno. Ultrasonic sensors are used to measure body height by sending ultrasonic waves towards the user and then detecting the time required for the waves to return to the sensor after being reflected by the surface above the user's head. Using simple trigonometry principles, the user's height can be calculated accurately. Meanwhile, a weight sensor is used to measure body weight. The user's weight is placed on a platform equipped with a weight sensor. The data generated by the sensor is then processed by Arduino Uno to calculate body weight with precision. The height and weight measurement data is displayed digitally on the LCD screen installed on the tool. In addition, this tool is also equipped with the ability to save measurement data so that users can track changes in their height and weight over time. Testing is carried out to verify the accuracy and reliability of the tool. Test results show that this tool is able to measure height and weight with a high level of accuracy. Thus, this tool can be an effective and efficient solution for monitoring personal health.

Abstract

The kiliran jao bus terminal in sijunjung district is a type A terminal located at the land transportation management center (BPTD) region III province managed by west sumatera.in the field of land transportation. In the procces off data processing at the type A terminal ,kiliran jao still experiences several obtacles in recapping vechiles (between,districs,,cities,provinces) that arrive or will depart. The data collection methods used in the research that has been done therefore a data recapitulation information system is needed that can be done practically and efficiently so that tht data can be neatly arranged and wil make it easier to search again when needed.to solve this problem, the authors decided to design and build a bus vechile recapitulation information system that can facilitate the ministry of transportation officers for the type a terminal kiliran jao based on web,PHP and MySQL.database to facilitate the service of the recapitulation information system or backup data if at anytime needed at the terminal type A kiliran jao sijunjung regency. This system or application can carry out its functions properly based on the results of black box testing showing the application functions are running well on the button functions and others that have been adjusted to the UML design all run properly and according to the desingn.

Abstract

Many individuals all across the world now depend heavily on their smartphones in their daily lives. Building mobile applications gives the chance to connect with a very sizable and growing user base. Mobile applications have a large market potential due to their constantly growing user base. Icons on the phone screen make it simple and quick to access mobile applications. Users don't need to open a browser or type a website address in order to utilize an application; they simply need to click on the application icon. According to the results of the questionnaire given to 21 respondents, UIN Jakarta's AIS Mobile application scored 64.87% on usability. Due to this, the User Centered Design build method was used in this study to build the AIS website for UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in order to increase the usability value of the website in the aspects of Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error Prevention, and Satisfication Assessment.
