Abstract

Generation Z in Indonesia tends to postpone weddings due to financial unpreparedness, while parents often have high expectations for holding large weddings according to customs and to maintain the social status of the family. This research aims to conduct a systematic literature review (SLR) on intergenerational conflicts arising from these differences in values and their psychological impact. Using the PRISMA 2020 method, articles were collected from Google Scholar, Sinta, Garuda, and higher education repositories for the 2018-2025 period. A synthesis of 25-40 articles shows that the mismatch between Gen Z's financial readiness with customary demands, dowry or money, and the social prestige of parents causes stress, anxiety, feelings of guilt, marriage phobia, and family relationship tensions. Moderator factors such as urban-rural culture, gender, and the influence of social media reinforce this conflict. This study concludes the importance of psychology-based family counseling interventions and premarital financial literacy involving both generations. Practical implications and recommendations for further research are also discussed.

Abstract

Child grooming is an increasingly concerning form of child sexual violence involving gradual emotional manipulation to establish trust, dependency, and control before sexual exploitation occurs. The development of digital technology has expanded opportunities for perpetrators to approach children through online platforms, making detection and prevention more challenging. This study aims to identify the psychological profile and modus operandi of child grooming perpetrators, examine the psychological impacts experienced by victims, and formulate implications for prevention and intervention strategies. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using a systematic literature review method. Data were obtained from five peer-reviewed scientific articles discussing child grooming and child sexual violence from psychological, legal, sociocultural, and intervention perspectives. The findings reveal that perpetrators generally apply sequential manipulation stages, including victim selection, gaining access and isolation, trust development, sexual desensitization, and post-exploitation control. Meanwhile, victims experience significant psychological consequences, including betrayal, traumatic sexualization, powerlessness, stigmatization, anxiety, depression, dissociation, sleep disorders, and post-traumatic symptoms. The study concludes that child grooming is a complex psychological and social phenomenon requiring multidimensional prevention through legal strengthening, trauma-based psychological interventions, comprehensive sexuality education, and collaboration among families, schools, communities, and law enforcement institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Ifan Seventeen's leadership and fan support on the sustainability of the Seventeen Band's music business after the 2018 tragedy. The method used was quantitative with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach, involving 109 respondents obtained through the distribution of an online questionnaire. The independent variables in this study were leadership (X1) and fan support (X2), while the sustainability of the Seventeen Band's music business became a dependent variable (Y). The results of the study show that Iwan's leadership and fan support have a significant effect on the sustainability of the music business, both partially and simultaneously. An R-square value of 0.974 indicates that both independent variables are able to explain 97.4% variation in band sustainability. These findings affirm the importance of symbolic leadership and emotional engagement of fans in maintaining the existence of music brands in the midst of a crisis, as well as contributing to the development of artist management strategies and strengthening audience loyalty in the Indonesian music industry.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of digitization of tax services, digital literacy, and the ease of use of Coretax on the voluntary compliance of millennial taxpayers in Indonesia. The study aims to analyze the direct effects of digitization of tax services, digital literacy, and ease of use of Coretax on voluntary tax compliance, and to identify which factors most significantly influence millennial taxpayers' compliance behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey of millennials who have used digital tax services. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) structural equation modeling analyzed. The results showed that the digitization of tax services had a positive and significant impact on voluntary tax compliance (β = 0.435; p < 0.05). Digital competence (β = 0.357; p > 0.05) and ease of use of coretax (β = -0.245; p > 0.05), on the other hand, showed no significant impact. An R² value of 0.328 means that the model can explain the 32.8% variance in voluntary tax compliance. The results of the study show that the success of digital tax reform depends more on the quality of digital services offered than on the digital literacy component for users and the perceived ease of use of the system. This research provides important insights for the Directorate General of Taxation to optimize the implementation and development of Coretax and digital tax services.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the health sector has become a global and national priority agenda. Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is the backbone of digital transformation in healthcare institutions. This study aims to examine the role of SIMRS as a management strategy that drives improvements in hospital organizational performance through a systematic literature review. The method used was narrative literature review by analyzing 20 articles published in 2020–2024 from PubMed, Garuda, and Google Scholar databases. The results show that integrative SIMRS implementation has been proven to improve operational efficiency (average waiting time reduction of 35–45%), clinical data accuracy, patient satisfaction, and support data-driven strategic decision-making. However, main challenges include human resource resistance, infrastructure limitations, and weak data governance. The success of digital transformation requires strategic leadership, organizational readiness, continuous HR training, and system integration with accreditation platforms (KARS/JCI). This study concludes that SIMRS is not merely a technological tool, but a strategic management instrument that, when comprehensively implemented, will enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of hospitals in the era of National Health Insurance.

Abstract

Carbon emission disclosure (CED) has become increasingly important as Indonesia commits to achieving Net Zero Emissions by 2060. The basic materials sector, as the largest contributor to national emissions (40%), faces increasing pressure to enhance environmental transparency. However, CED practices in Indonesia remain voluntary, resulting in significant variations in disclosure levels among companies. This study aims to examine the effects of profitability, environmental performance, and firm size on carbon emission disclosure among basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This quantitative study employs a sample of 126 observations obtained through purposive sampling from companies in the basic materials sector during the 2022–2024 period. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with EViews software. The findings indicate that higher profitability and strong environmental performance have not yet become primary determinants of carbon emission disclosure, whereas larger firms tend to experience greater stakeholder pressure and legitimacy demands, encouraging them to disclose carbon emissions more extensively and comprehensively. This study contributes to enriching the understanding of legitimacy theory and stakeholder theory and provides a reference for regulators in strengthening carbon emission disclosure policies through more stringent and standardized reporting frameworks.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of ESG disclosure and Intellectual Capital on the financial performance of energy sector companies listed on the IDX for 2022–2024. A quantitative causal design was applied to 22 companies selected through purposive sampling, yielding 66 firm-year observations. Financial performance was measured using Return on Assets (ROA), ESG disclosure using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) index, and Intellectual Capital using the Value-Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC), analyzed through panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model. Results show ESG disclosure has a negative, insignificant effect on ROA, while Intellectual Capital has a positive and significant effect. The findings indicate ESG disclosure is still treated as a compliance cost, whereas efficient intellectual capital management is a key driver of profitability in the energy sector. The global business paradigm has shifted from a purely profit-oriented focus toward integrating sustainability and intangible value-creation factors into corporate performance assessment. ESG disclosure and Intellectual Capital (IC) have become increasingly relevant non-financial indicators, particularly for energy sector companies that face high environmental and social risk exposure, yet prior studies on their relationship with financial performance remain inconsistent, and evidence specific to the energy sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in recent periods is still limited.

Abstract

Cantigi Ungu (Vaccinium varingifolium (Blume) Miq.) is an endemic plant of Java that is found in mountainous areas at altitudes ranging from 1,800 to 2,000 m above sea level. It is known by several local names, including Cantigi Ungu, Mentigi, Manis Rejo, and Delima Manda. To date, genetic data reports on this plant remain limited. Genetic conservation efforts are necessary to ensure the sustainability, availability, and preservation of this plant’s germplasm, as well as to determine its conservation status. This study aims to analyze the phylogenetic relationships of Cantigi Ungu plants growing in the highlands of West Java based on Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) gene sequences. The research was conducted on three Cantigi Ungu plants collected from the highlands of West Java, specifically within the Mount Gede Pangrango National Park area, Mount Tangkuban Parahu Nature Park, and Kawah Putih, and their ITS gene sequences were compared. ITS gene amplification was performed using the forward primer ITS_u1 (5′-GGA AGK ARA AGT CGT AAC AAG G-3′) and the reverse primer ITS_u4 (5′-RGT TTC TTT TCC TCT GCT TA-3′). Phylogenetic analysis was conducted using MEGA XI software with the Maximum Likelihood (ML), Minimum Evolution (ME), Neighbor-Joining (NJ), and Maximum Parsimony (MP) methods. The results showed that the Cantigi Ungu samples analyzed in this study belong to the same species as the reference species, Vaccinium varingifolium, with accession number AY274564.1.

Abstract

Obesity and diabetes mellitus remain major global health challenges associated with unhealthy dietary patterns, excessive energy intake, and inadequate fiber consumption. The development of functional food products containing dietary fiber and resistant starch is considered an effective nutritional strategy to support metabolic health. This study aimed to determine differences in nutritional quality, resistant starch content, and fiber characteristics of Mangpis Cookies formulated with lindur fruit flour (Bruguiera gymnorhiza) and kepok banana flour (Musa paradisiaca L.). This research used a laboratory experimental method with a completely randomized design consisting of four formulations: F0 (100% wheat flour), F1 (70% lindur flour:30% kepok banana flour), F2 (50% lindur flour:50% kepok banana flour), and F3 (30% lindur flour:70% kepok banana flour). Nutritional composition analysis included moisture, ash, protein, fat, carbohydrate, energy, resistant starch, crude fiber, and dietary fiber using standard analytical methods. The results showed that flour substitution significantly affected all nutritional parameters (p<0.05). Formula F1 demonstrated the highest functional nutritional characteristics, with resistant starch content of 8.10%, crude fiber of 7.64%, and dietary fiber of 9.06%. The findings indicate that lindur flour contributes substantially to increasing fiber and resistant starch levels in cookies, while kepok banana flour contributes to mineral content and nutritional diversification. In conclusion, Mangpis Cookies formulated with lindur and kepok banana flour have potential as a functional food product with improved nutritional properties, particularly for supporting healthier dietary patterns and metabolic health management.
