Abstract

A country's economic indicators can be seen from the level of public awareness regarding investment and saving. UNIBA Surakarta Community Service is held in Segaran Delanggu with the aim of providing literacy regarding financial management to the general public, starting from early childhood to adulthood. The method used is to approach the community through socialization and provide directions and provide examples that are easy to understand. There are three stages in community service, including the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. From the activities that have been carried out by the service team, it can show results with an increase in community understanding and awareness of the importance of investment, especially gold and land investment. In addition, there is an increase in the interest of young children to save by setting aside the pocket money they have. With the education that has been given when the activities are carried out, it is hoped that the community will be able to manage their finances better.

Abstract

The goals of this study are to: (1) analyze the day-to-day operations of the Bank for Foreign Exchange in Kota Medan; and (2) determine if the procedures for opening bank accounts there comply with the rules governing pending transactions. (1) Value for money-focused banking work at BPK Kota Medan is very good and adheres to three principles: efficacy, effectiveness, and warning; and (2) Opening a bank account at the BPK Kota Medan. This means that business initiatives must be carried out in a way that maximizes financial resources and is especially focused on the needs of the general populace or the local populace.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the relationship between final education level and employee productivity in the cashier and sales assistant departments at PT. Gardena Department Store Magelang City. But as time goes by, global business changes are accelerating and business growth is becoming more uncertain. Therefore, currently many companies are looking for talent with better qualifications to support the challenges of change that will occur in the future. The population was all 128 employees, while the sample taken was 74 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and have been tested for classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions, multicollinearity assumptions and heterolematicity assumptions. The results of this research show that the level of education has a positive and insignificant effect on employee productivity and job training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.

Abstract

As a country with the potential and rich natural resources, agricultural sector in a broad sense is an important sector in driving economic growth in Indonesia. Gross domestic product (GDP) as an indicator of economic growth shows an increasing trend every year in 2011-2019. GDP of agricultural sector has also increased every year. However, government spending in this sector tends to decrease. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of government spending on agriculture sector on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach using time series data for 2011-2019. Dependent variable is GDP at constant prices and independent variables are government expenditure in the food crops, horticulture, plantation, animal husbandry, agricultural and hunting services, forestry, and fisheries subsectors. The results show that government spending on the food crops, estate crops and fisheries subsectors had a significant and negative effect on Indonesia's GDP at a real level of 5%. The government expenditure in the agriculture and hunting services subsector as well as forestry and logging has a significant and positive effect on Indonesia's GDP.

Abstract

In line with increasingly advanced developments and an increasing population, in recent years many conventional insurance companies have offered their newest insurance products, namely life insurance. Life insurance in Indonesia is currently experiencing very rapid growth considering that the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. . Therefore, the role of a salesperson or insurance agent really determines the success of a sale, characterized by the salesperson's ability to build good relationships with customers and co-workers. This research uses a qualitative research approach, namely an approach that produces descriptive data in the form of words directly and emphasizes the process rather than the results. The subjects in this research are insurance agents and the object in this research is the Cycle Selling Skill System Analysis in Increasing Sales of Life Insurance Products. The data collection technique in this research uses interview techniques and document study techniques which will be analyzed in presenting the data. The results of this research show that the selling skill system used is still effective and uses the planning, prospect, approach, fact finding, objection, presentation, closing and after-sales service stages. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced were obstacles in planning, prospecting and fact finding.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE) have an effect on share prices at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is the financial statements of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk for 32 years, with a sample of 10 years obtained using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this research are the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, correlation and determination coefficient test, t test, and f test. The results of research using the t test partially show that the variables Net Profit Margin (X1), Gross Profit Margin (X2), and Return on Equity (X4) have no effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the variable Return on assets (X3) influences share prices.

Abstract

This study ains to determine the influence of self-efficacy and work life balance on employee performance. Theresearch method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of KSP Delta Urya Purnama Pare branch and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test . In the Validity Test, it is known that all statement items (X1, Then in the Reliability Test it was discovered that the results of the Cronbach Alpha value were > 0.60 so that the indicators for each question were declared reliable. In the t test, it is known that all items (self efficacy and work life balance) influence employee performance. Then in the F test it is known that the Sig value. for all items together it is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of f_count > f_tabel is 13.470 > 3.28, it can be concluded that the variables self efficacy and work life balance simultaneously influence employee performance. In the Coefficient of Determination Test, it is known that the R square value is 0.449, it can be stated that X1 and X2 have an influence of 44.9%.

Abstract

One of the important factors in sustaining the company's existence in advancing quality and performance management is mastery of the capabilities possessed by Human Resources (HR) and the clarity of career development. A clean and healthy company is certainly due to good employee performance. Employee performance will improve if employees are given training to improve their abilities as well as a clear career development program. This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance at CV Windita Putri Bahari. The unit of analysis in this study is the individual employees of CV Windita Putri Bahari. The population in this study were all employees of CV Windita Putri Bahari, totaling 100 employees. By using the Simple Random Sampling Technique using the Slovin formula, there were 50 sample respondents in the questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that training and career development on employee performance in the first hypothesis is accepted, because it has a positive effect and the second hypothesis is rejected because career development has a negative effect on employee performance, for the third hypothesis and simultaneously it has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of financial compensation, external motivation and discipline on employee performance at CV. Alif Media Informatics. The analysis technique uses statistical tests through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests with SPSS version 16.0 tools. Sampling technique saturated sample, with the number of respondents 32 people. Based on the research results obtained by researchers from the multiple linear regression equation Y = -2.606 + 0.421X1 + 0.534X2 + 0.292X3. The results of the analysis carried out, the results of the study show that the financial compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the external motivational variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the disciplinary variable has a significant effect on employee performance, and the results of financial compensation, external motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the value of R2 = 0.917 or 91.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effects of simultaneous and partial training and work experience on employee performance, as well as to determine the most dominant effect between training and work experience on employee performance. The research method used is the quantitative method. The population in this study is employees in the neighborhood of the Polda Metro Jaya State Police School as many as 235 employees. The sampling of 100 employees was done by simple random sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. Research results show that simultaneous and partial job training and experience have an effect on employee performance, as well as a dominant variable in influencing employee performance, namely job experience.
