Abstract

Managerial performance determines the success of an organization in achieving its goals. Managerial performance can be achieved if it is carried out according to each authority and responsibility without violating applicable rules (yogi, 2018). In the public sector, especially government, managerial performance has an important impact on the welfare of society. This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of budget participation, organizational climate, leadership style, and organizational commitment. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research, the data source used is primary data. The boyolali regency regional government from 31 regional apparatus organizations (opd) totaling 476 people. The sample selected was echelon ii, echelon iii and echelon iv structural officials from 31 boyolali regency opds with 93 respondents. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire instrument which goes through the validity and reliability testing stage first. Test the regression requirements using the classic assumption test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that budget participation, organizational climate, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on managerial performance, while leadership style has no effect on managerial performance

Abstract

In the 5.0 revolution era, entrepreneurs use social media as part of a marketing strategy to increase sales turnover. The level of competition in the snack and souvenir products business is quite high. Other similar businesses have utilized e-marketing strategies in terms of marketing. However, not all social media content created by business actors is effective in increasing their business turnover. The amount of sales turnover is often used as an indicator to assess the development of a business. Sales turnover is the total number of sales of goods or services within a certain period of time, which is calculated based on the amount of money earned. Packaged in simple and attractive packaging and easy to carry anywhere. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of marketing content on halal food business turnover. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaire questions via Google Form. The results obtained in this research show that there is an influence on the effectiveness of marketing content in increasing the turnover of halal food businesses in the Sang Dewa banana chips business, as shown in the results of the simple linear regression test on the T Test, with a calculated t of 6,506 which is greater than the t table with a value of 1,654. then there is a significant influence of 0.200 > 0.05, therefore the influence of marketing content on increasing the turnover of halal food businesses in Sang Dewa banana chips.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2. The population and sample amounted to 41 people or all employees of the billing division at PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2. The sampling technique used in this research used saturated samples. The data collection tool in this research used a questionnaire with 41 respondents. The design used in this research is testing using SPSS for Windows version 26. The results of this research show that: (1) Workload has a significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Work Stress has not effect and is not significant on Employee Performance, (3) Workload and Work Stress has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2. This research provides advice to PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2 to be able to pay more attention to carrying out busy work every day and pay close attention to and maintain work stress conditions experienced by employees so that employee performance increases.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization or company. In order to achieve company goals, human resources must have a high level of performance to drive success and achieve company goals. Factors that can influence performance are motivation, competence and work discipline. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether work motivation, competence, work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of Surakarta Warga Senior High School teachers. This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of work motivation, competence, work discipline on the performance of Surakarta Warga Senior High School teachers. This research uses a survey method conducted on Surakarta Citizen High School teachers. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire distributed to Surakarta Warga Senior High School teacher respondents. The population in this study were all Surakarta Warga Senior High School teachers, totaling 43 teachers. The samples in this research were 43 using the sensul method or saturated samples. The research uses instrument tests and classical assumption tests. The data analysis technique used in this research uses descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The statistical test results show that the test instruments for all variables are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables pass the classical assumption test. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneously work motivation, competence and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of Surakarta Warga Senior High School teachers. For further research, it is hoped that researchers can use other variables not examined in this research and use other research models.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the direct effect and indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance through motivation. This study uses quantitative research methods with the subject of PT Logistics Palletindo Group employees. The population in this study were 57 employees and the sample size was 57 respondents using the saturated sampling technique formula. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using the statistical tool SPSS version 26. The results showed that organizational culture affects employee performance with a t value of 3.416> 2.00404, organizational culture affects motivation with a t value of 3.664> 2.00404, motivation affects employee performance with a t value of 11.814> 2.00404, and the indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance through motivation has a significant effect with a total effect value greater than the direct effect of 0.375> 0.793.

Abstract

Permasalahan kecurangan timbul kala terjalin kelemahan sistem pengendalian internal, dan kerja sama antara pemegang kekuasaan serta pihak lain buat melaksanakan aksi kecurangan. Riset ini bertujuan buat mengenali pengaruh Audit Internal, Pengendalian Internal, Mutu Laporan Keuangan, serta Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Penangkalan Kecurangan Laporan Keuangan di Rumah Sakit se- Kota Madiun. Objek dalam riset ini merupakan Rumah Sakit se- Kota Madiun. Populasi dalam riset ini merupakan karyawan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit se- Kota Madiun. Pengambilan ilustrasi dalam riset ini memakai tata cara purposive sampling yang menciptakan ilustrasi sebanyak 117 ilustrasi. Informasi yang digunakan merupakan informasi primer lewat penyebaran kuisioner. Tata cara analisis informasi memakai Persamaan Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Anggapan Klasik, Uji Hipotesis ( Uji t), serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil riset ini menampilkan kalau audit internal serta mutu laporan keuangan mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap penangkalan kecurangan laporan keuangan di Rumah Sakit se- Kota Madiun. Sebaliknya pengendalian internal serta budaya organisasi menampilkan pegaruh negatif serta signifikan terhadap penangkalan kecurangan laporan keuangan di Rumah Sakit se- Kota Madiun, perihal ini berarti apabila terus menjadi besar pengendalian internal serta budaya organisasi hingga hendak terus menjadi besar pula tingkatan kompleksitasnya sehingga merendahkan upaya dalam penangkalan kecurangan laporan kuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of the ability to prepare financial reports, financial literacy and information technology on the performance of furniture MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observations, interviews whose results are then processed using the SPSS version 26 program using data analysis techniques classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The population in this study were 464 Karanganyar Regency furniture MSMEs registered with the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office in 2022. The sample size using the slovin formula obtained a sample of 83 MSMEs. The sampling technique used simple The results of this study indicate that the t test obtained the results of the ability to prepare financial reports has a significant effect on the performance of furniture MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency. Financial literacy has no significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency. Information technology has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency. The results of the F test showed that there was a significant influence on the ability to prepare financial reports, financial literacy, and information technology. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained Adjusted R^2 = 0.340, meaning that 66 percent of the income of furniture MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency is influenced by the ability to prepare financial reports, financial literacy, and information technology.

Abstract

Electronic commerce or what is usually called e-commerce is a term used to describe the transaction process for products, services and information carried out using the Internet. With increasingly advanced e-commerce services, consumers can more easily access and order products from various places easily and quickly. This causes many companies to compete to create quality e-commerce services that consumers can trust in order to make things easier and add value to the product or company. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of online purchasing experience, service quality, and trust on Shopee e-commerce consumer satisfaction in Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. The population in this research is Shopee e-commerce consumers in Giriwoyo District. This research used purposive sampling as a sampling technique, the number of samples obtained was 100 respondents. The results of this research show that Online Purchasing Experience (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Trust (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, and Experience Online Purchasing, Service Quality and Trust together have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and try to analyze the Influence of Compensation and Incentives on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Padang City Trade Office. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of the Padang City Trade Office. The results of the study found that there was an influence between Compensation and Work Motivation. There is no effect between Incentives and Work Motivation. There is no effect between Compensation and employee performance. There is no effect between incentives on employee performance. There is a difference between Work Motivation and employee performance. Work Motivation mediates Compensation against employee performance. Work Motivation does not mediate incentives for employee performance at the Padang City Trade Office.

Abstract

Eco Briquette is a business engaged in the trade sector that sells charcoal briquettes from coffee grounds waste, which is planned to be marketed to restaurants and MSMEs that use charcoal as a cooking medium for their products. Eco Briquette seeks to introduce this coffee charcoal briquette to be used in restaurants, MSMEs and even supermarkets in Semarang Regency and its surroundings. This is not done without reason, considering the advantages of this coffee grounds charcoal briquette are very many compared to the use of ordinary charcoal. The advantage of using Eco Briquette is its usability and uses coffee grounds waste materials that are rarely used in other briquettes. Unlike wood charcoal or other fuels that are easily used up or burn quickly, coffee grounds charcoal briquettes have a long useful life because they do not run out quickly when burned. In the process of burning charcoal briquettes, there is no flying powder and also the smoke produced by charcoal briquettes is not as much as ordinary charcoal, this can also reduce smoke pollution in Semarang Regency, especially in the Ungaran industrial area. The use of coffee grounds charcoal briquettes is also considered safer than regular charcoal, because it has a slow burning rate.
