Abstract

Serial Kartun Nussa dan Rara merupakan kartun edukasi Indonesia berceritakan tentang bagaimana kehidupan sehari-hari yang dialami oleh dua saudara kandung bernama Nussa dan Rara. Animasi ini mengambil tema pembelajaran agama Islam yang dipadu dengan memberikan nilai positif pada setiap episodenya dengan judul yang berbeda-beda. Namun Karakter Nussa digambarkan sebagai penyandang disabilitas. Terlihat pada kaki kiri Nussa yang menggunakan kaki palsu (prostetik) Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana representasi disabilitas yang ditampilkan pada animasi nussa dan rara. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Adapun dari teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan penulis, menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Representasi Struat Hall dan teori motivasi McClelland . Tokoh Nussa digambarkan sebagai penyandang disabilitas fisik tunadaksa (kelainan tubuh) dan direpresentasikan sebagai kaka yang baik untuk adiknya, seorang pemimpin untuk keluarganya, patut dijadikan panutan, pandai ilmu agama, dan dapat diandalkan. Animasi ini memiliki makna bahwa seorang penyandang disabilitas dapat melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari seperti manusia normal yang berhak memiliki sebuah mimpi dan ketidak sempurnaan tidak menjadi penghalang seseorang untuk dapat mewujudkannya.

Abstract

Abstrack Poverty is a global phenomenon that is very proud for developing countries, especially Indonesian. One of the efforts to accelerate poverty reduction is to implement the Family Hope Program. The Family Hope Program is a conditional social assistance program given to poor families who are struggling to make ends meet. This study aims to identify the economic impact and inhibiting factors of the Family Hope Program in Ungar District, Karimun Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using primary and secondary data sources, and data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Economic Impact of the Hopeful Family Program in Ungar Sub-district has not yet seen a maximum change, although the Hopeful Family Program has a positive impact on PKH recipients in helping to ease the necessities of life and reduce the burden. However, the PKH program was able to make economic changes that were slightly advanced as evidenced by the data that there were 17 PKH recipients who experienced changes before and after receiving assistance, while 154 other recipients were still in a condition of economic improvement. On the other hand, the PKH program has a negative impact, namely that there are still people who are dependent on government assistance. The inhibiting factor of the Family Hope Program is that there is data that is not accurate/not right on target because there are still poor people who have not received government assistance. Abstract

Kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kota Tanjungpinang masih terus terjadi. Dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2020, terjadi fluktuasi jumlah kasus yang tidak memcerminkan penurunan. Sementara pada sisi lain pemerintah Kota Tanjungpinang melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak Dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (DP3APM) telah melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan dan program untuk pencegahan tindak kekerasan terhadap perempuan. Maka menarik untuk dikaji bagaimana pelaksanaan upaya pencegahan tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DP3APM melaksanakan kegiatan yang dirancang melalui Program Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A), mulai dari kegiatan sosialisasi, pembagian brosur, penyebaran baliho, membuat video pencegahan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang di bagikan pada media sosial. DP3APM juga menciptakan aplikasi Dare Care yang tujuannya masyarakat dapat mempelajari kasus kekerasan secara online dan lebih mempermudah masyarakat kemudian dapat melaporkan pada dinas lewat aplikasi yang telah disediakan. DP3APM juga bekerja sama dengan kelurahan, pihak kepolisian, kesehatan, psikolog dan kementrian untuk membantu masyarakat menghadapi kasus kekerasan dan mencegah terjadinya kekerasan didalam rumah tangga. Namun kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh dinas masih belum mencegah secara permanen kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.

Abstract

This research is a literature review that aims to describe how social services for the elderly in the West Sumatra study are. Institution-based elderly care in West Sumatra is carried out by the Tresna Werdha Social Panti (PSTW) which is managed by both the government and the private sector. Meanwhile, community based care for the elderly can be in the form of the Elderly Social Welfare Institution (LKS). Regarding household-based care for the elderly, it is a form of assistance and care for the elderly at home carried out by the nuclear family. The data analysis technique used is content analysis method. The data sources in this study were journals and articles on care for the elderly in Indonesia. The data presented is data in the form of words that require processing to be concise and systematic). While the writing instrument in this article is a checklist for the classification of writing materials, writing schemes/maps and the format of writing notes

Abstract

The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) situation in West Kalimantan ison a worrying threshold. Nurses, doctors and other health workers atthe forefront are among the affected components in this pandemicsituation. The purpose of this research is to map social models thatare strengthening for nurses. In addition to the body's immunity,social and family strengthening is able to be important as a capital orpsychic power. The method in this study is descriptive analysis, withdata collection through online interviews. Analysis of research datais carried out in conjunction with data collection, so the triangulationof data used is the triangulation of data sources. The study found thatfemale nurses were in hospitals. Dr. Agoesdjam had a strategy incarrying out tasks during pandemics. They strengthen each other.Here created a sense of mutual belonging between health workerswho are the vanguard of Covid-19 at dr. Agoesdjam KetapangHospital, with the creation of social capital that is intertwined suchas trust between colleagues, share values or share the feeling andexistence of social networking bonds

Abstract

This study aims to determine the selection of the elderly in the division of domestic roles for career families in Sagulung District, Batam City. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using observation and in-depth interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used qualitative. The results show that the division of domestic roles for career families includes caring for grandchildren and doing household chores, with the following reasons: the elderly worry if their grandchildren are treated badly, worry if their grandchildren are closer to the maid than their parents, worry if the maid gives bad teachings and not polite, and the elderly are worried if all the needs of the grandchildren are done by the maid.
