Abstract

The research conducted at the Taman Pendidikan Islam Medan was research that aimed to look at the phenomenon of decreasing teacher performance that occurred in elementary, middle and high school teachers due to low competence and teaching, as well as failure to assess work performance and delays in the distribution of certification incentives to teachers. This research uses a census technique where all members of the population of 74 teachers are used as research samples. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) Version 4.0. The research results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on certification incentives, work performance appraisal has a positive but not significant effect on certification incentives, competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, work performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, certification incentives have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. significant effect on teacher performance, competency has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through certification incentives, and work performance assessment has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance through certification incentives.

Abstract

This research analyzes the situation and conditions of  PT. Taspen (Persero) human resources which experiences generational differences between Baby Boomers and Millennials. This generational difference occurred because no employee recruitment existed between 1992 and 2006. On the other hand, as many as 163 employees will soon retire in 2024 to 2025. In other words, PT. Taspen (Persero) is dealing with employee shortages, especially in leadership positions. Therefore, PT. Taspen (Persero) has a very dynamic change of employee positions quickly. This causes Millennials to be prepared to become leaders within a minimum of 1.5 years after being appointed as permanent employees. Based on this, this research aims to examine the decision-making of Millennial leaders. Where in this case, the younger generation must be able to make the right decisions even though they have little experience and a short working time. Therefore, the researcher aims to know whether the natural characteristics possessed by Millennials as well as their work period and type of decision-making making will influence their competence in making decisions which will be assessed using the Adult Decision-Making Competence (A-DMC) model. On the other hand, company management, in this case, the human resources division, is also the object of research in qualitative form to find out how far management supports millennial leaders in decision-making by providing a conducive work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of operational management on company performance. Operations management is the strategic management of resources to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the transformation process, resulting in outputs that produce greater benefits than inputs. Company performance is a level to get results in achieving company goals. The results of this work are concrete, observable, and measurable. The results of this work are concrete, observable, and measurable. This study uses quantitative methods with data processing and analysis to draw conclusions in the form of numeric data (numbers) which will obtain results from the relationship between variables. Multiple linear regression tests, reliability and validity tests, hypothesis testing (partial T test) and (simultaneous F test), and the coefficient of determination. In the research conducted, the sample used was 35 people in the company. The results of this study are linear regression analysis states that the Operational Management Variable has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance at PT Abadi Sakti Mitra Mandiri, with a regression coefficient of 0.968. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the contribution of bio-inspired computing towards the sustainability of manufacturing systems in the context of Industry 4.0. Using quantitative and design approaches, data were collected from 100 professional respondents in the manufacturing sector through questionnaires and structured interviews. Statistical analysis was performed using Pearson correlation, linear regression, t-test, and ANOVA with the help of SPSS software. The results showed a very strong and significant relationship between the use of bio-inspired algorithms, such as Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), with energy efficiency (r = 0.872), production level (r = 0.723), and environmental sustainability (r = 0.790). Linear regression showed that the use of the technology explained 76.1% of the variability in energy efficiency (R² = 0.761; p < 0.001). The ANOVA results also showed significant differences between groups of technology users in terms of efficiency achievements. These findings indicate that bio-inspired computing can be an important strategy in digital transformation and more sustainable decision-making. This study contributes to developing multi-objective optimization theory and provides practical implications for industrial management in implementing adaptive and environmentally friendly technologies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of digital business models in the development of modern agriculture, with a focus on the farming community in Cirebon Regency. The background of the research is based on the fact that the agricultural sector in Indonesia still faces various challenges such as low productivity, limited market access, and dependence on traditional distribution chains. Digital transformation is believed to be able to be a strategic solution to increase efficiency, expand market access, and strengthen the competitiveness of smallholders. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with farmer group leaders and digital assistants, distribution of questionnaires to farmers who have participated in digitalization training, and field observations during one planting cycle. The results of the study show that the digital business model provides real benefits in the form of increased online market access, production recording efficiency, and local innovation opportunities. However, significant barriers remain, especially the limitations of digital literacy, internet infrastructure, and social resistance. Community-based adaptation strategies, such as the role of millennial farmers as digital agents and peer learning systems, have proven effective in supporting the transformation process. This study concludes that digital business models have great potential in strengthening the sustainability of modern agriculture, noting that there is more comprehensive ecosystem support.
