Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of digital marketing strategies at GoPool Billiard & Café to enhance business appeal and leverage digital platforms, particularly social media, as the primary means of promotion. In an era of rapid digital growth, social media has become an effective tool for reaching a wider audience of potential customers and building strong relationships with them. The methods used in this research include interviews and documentation to obtain in-depth information and record the process of implementing digital marketing strategies. The results of the study indicate that utilizing social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok can increase customer interaction, expand audience reach, and strengthen the brand identity of GoPool Billiard & Café. This strategy has proven effective in attracting new customers while retaining the loyalty of existing ones through creative, informative, and consistent content.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah seperti bisnis keripik singkong, memiliki peran signifikan dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, banyak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah menghadapi tantangan dalam mengidentifikasi faktor keberhasilan potensial dan mengembangkan strategi untuk tetap kompetitif di pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha keripik singkong "Raihanah" dari aspek pemasaran, teknis, dan operasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bisnis ini memiliki potensi keberlanjutan yang tinggi, didukung oleh pengelolaan produk yang efektif, diversifikasi produk, dan efisiensi operasional. Namun, tantangan seperti fluktuasi harga bahan baku dan ketergantungan pada musim panen menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi. Strategi mitigasi berupa pengelolaan stok bahan baku dan pengembangan pemasaran digital telah diidentifikasi sebagai solusi utama. Dengan penerapan manajemen risiko dan optimalisasi strategi pemasaran, bisnis ini menunjukkan prospek cerah untuk tumbuh dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze traders' buying interest in Mahkota Tomato Sauce by focusing on the factors that influence purchasing decisions. The method used was a quantitative survey with a questionnaire distributed to 100 traders in the Jakarta area. The results showed that 78.7% of traders were very likely to recommend Crown Tomato Sauce to other traders, while another 21.3% were very unlikely to do so. Additionally, 74.1% of merchants are very willing to pay more for Crown Tomato Sauce if the quality is improved, while another 25.9% are very unwilling. Factors that influence traders' buying interest include product quality, price, packaging and availability. Consumers tend to prefer products with good quality and appropriate prices. Apart from that, attractive packaging and consistent product availability are also important considerations in purchasing decisions. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Mahkota Tomato Sauce manufacturers focus on improving product quality, adjusting competitive prices, attractive packaging designs, and ensuring consistent product availability on the market to increase traders' buying interest.

Abstract

The application of business ethics in the sharia banking industry plays an important role in differentiating sharia banks from conventional banks, with a focus on the values of justice, honesty and transparency. This article analyzes the challenges and opportunities for implementing business ethics in the context of Islamic banking. Some of the main challenges include a lack of understanding of sharia principles, conflicts between profitability and ethical values, as well as regulatory obstacles and competition with conventional banking. However, big opportunities also arise through increasing public trust in sharia financial services, using technology to increase transparency and efficiency, and supporting pro-sharia government regulations. By overcoming these challenges and exploiting existing opportunities, Islamic banking can strengthen its position as a more ethical and sustainable alternative in the global financial industry

Abstract

GS (Gelora Sinar) brand batteries are one of the superior products in the vehicle battery industry in Indonesia. Known for its high quality and durability, GS batteries have become the main choice for motor vehicle users. This product is designed with the latest technology that supports optimal performance and energy efficiency. In addition, GS is committed to sustainable practices by implementing a used battery recycling program, which aims to reduce the environmental impact of hazardous waste. In facing intense competition in the market, GS is also active in conducting outreach and education to consumers regarding the importance of battery maintenance and waste management. With a strong reputation and continuous innovation, GS batteries continue to adapt to market needs, making it one of the leading brands in the battery industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand experience and brand authenticity on brand love, the influence of brand experience on brand authenticity, and the influence of brand experience on brand love in Krispy Kreme consumers with brand authenticity as a mediating variable. The population of this research is all Krispy Kreme consumers in Jakarta and the sample selection used purposive sampling and the sample size was 100 respondents domiciled in Jakarta. This research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires online using Google forms. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM with the help of the SmartPLS program. The research results directly show that brand experience and brand authenticity influence brand love. Brand experience influences brand authenticity. Brand experience influences brand love among Krispy Kreme consumers with brand authenticity as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' preferences for Ayam Geprek Bensu as an economical and practical food option. Data were collected through questionnaires covering various aspects such as consumption frequency, factors influencing choices, and perceptions of taste, price, cleanliness, location, and nutritional value. The results show that most students choose Ayam Geprek Bensu due to its delicious taste (41.2%), easy accessibility (21.6%), and affordable price (18.6%). A total of 57.7% of respondents stated that they would still choose Ayam Geprek Bensu even if other economical food alternatives were available. Factors such as taste, cleanliness, and menu variety were identified as the main priorities in purchasing decisions. However, while the product is considered affordable and filling, respondents expressed mixed views regarding its nutritional value. This study concludes that Ayam Geprek Bensu is a popular choice among students, although there is room for improvement, particularly in menu diversification and enhancing health-related aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Online Shopping Intention with Perceived Value as a mediating variable among Tokopedia users. A quantitative explanatory method was employed, analyzing data from 110 respondents using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings revealed that Perceived Ease of Use positively and significantly influences Online Shopping Intention; Perceived Ease of Use significantly influences Perceived Value;Perceived Value positively influences Online Shopping Intention; and Perceived Value partially mediates the relationship between Perceived Ease of Use and Online Shopping Intention. These results support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), highlighting the importance of ease of use and Perceived Value in enhancing Online Shopping Intention. Recommendations include optimizing interface design, transaction efficiency, and service reliability to improve user experience in online shopping.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of human resource (HR) management in improving employee performance at PT Marisa Jaya Abadi, a construction company that faces various problems with HR management. This research is also motivated by the importance of HR quality to achieve company goals and project success, as well as the need to evaluate existing HR management policies and practices. This research utilizes an independent study approach which allows the researcher to expect that the results of the research will provide practical advice on how to improve the effectiveness of human resource management in business and provide information to other construction companies. Consequently, this research enhances academic knowledge of HR management and helps the construction industry by improving employee productivity and satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work training variables on employee performance at the Fire Department of Makassar City. This study employs a quantitative approach using primary data obtained through questionnaires from respondents. The population in this study consists of all field officers with civil servant status at the Fire Department of Makassar City, totaling 70 employees. The sample is selected using purposive sampling, which involves selecting samples based on specific considerations that meet the desired criteria to determine the sample size to be studied. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 as the tool. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and work training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Fire Department of Makassar City. Simultaneously, leadership style and work training together have an impact on employee performance at the Cultural Department of Makassar City.
