Abstract

The PKH program is a program that is quite effective and can be felt directly by the community in order to save the nation's next generation, namely through education and health. This study aims to determine community empowerment in the Family Hope Program (PKH), how the process of empowering the micro (individual) level, how the process of empowering the mezzo (group) level, and the process of empowering the macro (mass) level. This research uses a descriptive method. The results showed that community empowerment in the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Kadudampit District was going well because it was seen from the participation of the community in the health or education sector, so that the Family Hope Program provided many significant changes and improvements to the community in their daily lives both in the economic, education and health sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the community economic empowerment program through the implementation program and the results of community economic empowerment through the tulangsapi craft home industry in Pasirtukul Village. This research method is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Data collection techniques used, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through a logical interpretation that spread with the context of Community Economic Empowerment. The results of the study showed that the Community Economic Empowerment program through the home of Cattle Bone craft industry was an activity used to provide information. Build with manufacturers for craftsmen with the aim of improving the economy of the craftsmen. In addition, from this activity the community is given craft tools and procedures for managing production results. The process carried out by agricultural training consists of several stages, namely the pre-implementation stage, the manufacturing process, the process and the discussion. the community is clearer in managing handicrafts; the craftsman community finds more in the home industry; The economic control of the community through industrial houses, cow bone crafts, produces relations and network links for craftsmen to improve their handicrafts

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the use of village fund allocation in supporting community empowerment, community empowerment strategies and knowing the results of community empowerment through Alokasi Dana Desa in an effort to improve community welfare. This research departs from the framework of thinking that empowerment is a process and purpose in improving people’s walfare. Based of the theory according to Edi Suharto the empowerment process through several stages including determining funding sources, funding sources and empowerment is an inseparable thing. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative appoarch as a problem solving procedure that is examined by discrimbing the actual state of the object of research. While the findings say that community empowerment through Alokasi Dana Desa can improve people’s welfare because the source of funding and empowerment are inseparable because something cannot be empowerment without funds. Therefore, this funding source becomes an important part of the empowerment process.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the strengthening, protection, support and maintenance of the economic community carried out by joint business groups and the results of community economic empowerment through joint business groups. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative data types. Research subjects are managers, members, and families of members of a joint venture group. Data collection uses observation, interview, and document study techniques. Data analysis in this study is interpretation or interpretation of logic by means of reducing data, presenting data, verifying and drawing conclusions that are related to the context of the development of Islamic society. The results of the research analysis showed that the strengthening, protection, support, and maintenance carried out by the joint venture group succeeded in empowering the community's economy by achieving an improved community economy, more active social activities, and a more creative and independent community.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the role of fertile Cibeusi Subur farmer groups in community through agricultural training programs, the discussion was directed an answering problems relatad to the program, implementation and results achieved. The research use dercriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation studies.Qualitative data analysis that is precisely and profoundly trough the interpretation of logic that is linked to the context of Islamic community empeworment. The results of the study showed that the program of the farmers group was fertile in empowering the community through agricultural training programs is individual and group training, individual training includes processing of crops and management of fish cultivation while group training is in the form of fertilizer and management, the process of implementing agricultural training consists several stages namely the planning phase, the implementation phase and evaluation phase and the results of empowerment are among others the emergence of public awareness in managing agricultural potential; Increased income of people from the agricultural sector. In general, it can be concluded that community empowerment by the Cibeusi Subur farmer group through the agricultural training program was quite successful despite many obstacles. These activities are able to change the mindset of the community and increase the lifestyle of the people to be better and more empowered.

Abstract

Humanity issue is the main things that need to be developed for the development of community welfare in the social, educational, economic and religious fields. This writing aims to find out the existence of the Aksi Cepat Tanggap Foundation (ACT) in the midst of the Bandung community in developing the potential and development of a strong civil society which has the potential to empower and develop the community. The research method used is a field study method by conducting surveys, interviews and documentation directly to the Foundation branch office. Data processing and analysis includes the process of collecting data, classifying data, connecting data with one another, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. So it can be concluded that with the role of social capital, trust, accountability and transparency improve the condition of community welfare.
