Abstract

This study intends to explain learning boredom and ways to overcome it to students in Grade VI at SDS IT Al-Fauzi Medan Amplas. The type of study used is a qualitative descriptive study where all data has been collected by selecting data to obtain quality data, the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The results are (1) Efforts to overcome student learning saturation in class VI SDS IT Al-Fauzi Medan Amplas are to make various ways, such as varied learning methods, make the same approach as students and make evaluations at the end of learning activities where it is feedback on the KBM process , which is used as a reference to improve and increase interest in learning (2) The link in how to overcome boredom can be seen from students when studying, because the methods used when teaching are varied and are not fixed on lectures, especially on globalization material which is considered quite important in social studies learning.

Abstract

The average student learning outcomes before using the problem based learning model (pre-test) in thematic learning in class VI was 67.75 and the standard deviation obtained was 11.12. The lowest score is 45 and the highest score is 85. The average student learning outcomes after using the problem based learning model (post-test) in thematic learning in class VI is 76.57 and the standard deviation obtained is 8.95. With the lowest value being 55 and the highest value being 90. Based on the calculation of the t-test, a tcount of 8.83 is obtained with db = 28 -1 = 27 with a significant level (

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi model pengembangan desain pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pengembangan oleh Walter Dick & Lou Carey dengan 9 langkah pengembangan rancangan pembelajaran: (1) Mengidentifikasi tujuan pengajaran; (2) Melakukan analisis instruksional; (3) Mengidentifikasi perilaku/karakteristik awal siswa; (4) Merumuskan tujuan kinerja; (5) Pengembangan tes referensi benchmark; (6) Pengembangan strategi pengajaran; (7) Pengembangan atau memilih untuk mengajar; (8) Merancang dan melaksanakan evaluasi formatif; dan (9) Pengajaran revisi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan desain pembelajaran menuntut tercapainya kompetensi abad 21 seperti berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Berdasarkan tuntutan tersebut, pengembangan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam harus berbasis multimedia.

Abstract

Islam as a religion that came 14 centuries ago certainly could not escape the established civilization and culture, the plains of Arabia as the birthplace of Islam was indeed not a mainstream area of world civilization at that time, but this does not mean that Arabia is a land without capabilities and culture. It was recorded that before Islam was born, the commerce carried out by the Arabs had reached various regions outside the Arabian Peninsula, apart from that their penchant for literature made people in the Arab plains as people who had high language quality. However, many historians have created a gap between Islam and pre-Islamic Arab traditions through contrasting moral and ideological demarcations. Pre-Islamic Arab society was perceived as an ignorant society, then Islam came to liberate it. To some extent, the claim is not entirely false. However, this generalization has a negative influence in building historical criticism. This paper will focus on the dialectical relationship between local culture and Islam, especially the early Islam and the local cultural traditions of Arab society through the perspective of the Prophet's traditions. is a qualitative descriptive method by using a type of library research (Library Research) That is by reviewing books or written data that is continuous with the writing of this journal. In this case, the researcher analyzes some data that is relevant to the title being discussed. The findings in this study are that there has been reconciliation between culture and Islam since the early days of Islam, one of the evidences is the addition of the call to prayer at Friday prayers twice during the reign of Sayyidina Uthman bin Affan and this continues until now.

Abstract

Society will always be faced with a civilization that always develops from time to time. These developments have resulted in a shift, namely a shift from the agrarian period to industry and the rolling of the information age and globalization. The occurrence of very rapid development is caused by human resources whose quality of education can be reliable. The problem of education for developing countries such as Indonesia is very important for the continuity of the life of the nation and the country itself. The existence of education will ensure the continuity of development that is being promoted by the government. The success of development depends a lot on education, in other words, without education, development will be neglected. The emergence of preparation efforts which are generally based on the needs of the nation who want the nation's next generation to be better than now. Because thus the younger generation can grow and develop both physically and spiritually in line with the educational process experienced. Islamic boarding schools as one of the educational institutions in Indonesia make a very large contribution to the world of education. The general purpose of Islamic boarding schools can support the achievement of the goals of national education, namely realizing people who believe and have piety as well as humans who are useful for the nation. So the focus of that goal is the balance of life on earth and the hereafter. As for the method that we will use, the first is by taking a research approach, in this study qualitative research is used. Second, Determination of Population and Sample. Third, Data Collection Methods (Observation Methods, Interview Methods, Documentation Methods, Data Analysis Methods) From the results of the study stated that the Darul Mukhlisin Islamic Boarding School in its development has undergone many changes, including the education system both in teaching methods and institutionally, including the expansion of educational institutions including Islamic Elementary School, Tsanawiyah Madrasah, Agrotechnology Vocational School and Diniyah madrasah for early childhood and for cottage children itself. Social Community, Physical Condition of Darul Mukhlisis Islamic Boarding School, Daily Activities at Darul Mukhlisin Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This typei of reiseiarch is classroom action reiseiarch and was carrieid out at MTs Al-Ma'arif Rancalutung Pabuaran Seirang in thei odd seimeisteir of thei 2021/2022 acadeimic yeiar involving 36 gradei 9 studeints. This reiseiarch was deisigneid with 2 cycleis of leiarning activitieis and weint through 4 stageis, nameily planning, impleimeinting , obseirvation, and reifleiction. Data colleiction teichniqueis useid in thei form of obseirvation, documeintation and teists. Thei colleicteid quantitativei data is proceisseid using simplei statistical teichniqueis. Thei qualitativei data is proceisseid by grouping and cateigorizing according to thei queistions poseid in thei probleim formulation. Baseid on thei reisults of obseirvations, studeint leiarning activitieis increiaseid significantly, starting from thei prei-cyclei, cyclei I and cyclei II, reispeictiveily 45.13%, 72.91% and 86.45%. Meianwhilei, studeint achieiveimeint increiaseid from an aveiragei scorei of 62.33 beiforei thei action (prei-cyclei) increiaseid to 76.03 afteir thei action was takein (cyclei II).

Abstract

The land crisis is crucial and a scourge for state sovereignty. This is a problem that has plagued Islam historically with the Qur'an and Hadith having established the concept of agrarian justice through the laws and ethics taught by the Prophet as practiced by the salaf. This paper seeks to present kemali in the reader's memory how agrarian problems in the golden age of Islam can be unraveled and handled. The results of this search obtained several points of conclusion as follows, pertmama, the division of the agrarian sector in the early days of Islam was divided on the basis of consideration of common needs, this is like public facilities (hima), then the division on the basis of the needs and conditions of the ummah such as the division of those who have just converted to Islam which some economically and faith are still weak.Second, the termination of disputes in the agrarian sector at that time was based heavily on falid and differentiated evidence to achieve benefits for both parties, as in the case of disputes over fruit products from trees planted illegally on other people's land

Abstract

Disputes between workers and employers where no agreement can be reached can result in the end of the employment relationship or resignation. In general, this kind of situation will exacerbate conditions that are not expected by both parties, both workers and employers. The issues that are the focus of disputes, as explained in Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement (PPHI), include rights, interests, termination of employment, and conflicts between unions in one company. This study seeks to consider the arbitration option as an amicable method that suits the needs of the parties involved in resolving disputes between workers and employers, through normative and comparative juridical approaches, as well as secondary data analysis. The conclusion of this study is that arbitration has three key characteristics, namely a simple, fast, and relatively economical process, which can support the continuity of working relations in Indonesia. However, arbitration also has several drawbacks related to costs and fees for arbitrators or a team of arbitrators, which must be borne by both parties. Because of this, the possibilities for using arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism in the future are likely to be limited.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role model of religious teachers in shaping morals at MTs Darul Barokah Surabaya. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this study concludes that the formation of student character can be through the example displayed by educators. Exemplary has an important meaning in the educational process, if the teacher has a good temperament then the students also have good morals, and vice versa. A teacher must be able to be a role model for his students, not only providing subject matter but also being able to demonstrate good behavior so that it can be applied in everyday life in madrasas and society.

Abstract

In carrying out its duties, the TNI is given the authority to use firearms in accordance with existing military equipment standards. The TNI limits the use of firearms to prevent misuse, namely in peaceful or non-combat conditions. The aim of this research is to show that every member of the TNI actually has the same position as ordinary people who are not members of the military, but as members of the TNI apart from being subject to the legal rules that apply in society. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that the aim of implementing licensing, supervision and control of military standard firearms is to create a management system that is well structured and correct according to procedures and can be accounted for, so that there is no misuse of firearms and/or ammunition.
