Abstract

In its development, science and technology continue to push for changes in the utilization of technological results in the learning process. Learning media is one of the ways and efforts in the learning process carried out by the teacher, namely using learning media. By using learning media the teacher will more easily teach the subject matter and students will more easily understand the lesson. The role of learning media in the learning and teaching process is very important for educators to carry out at this time, because the role of learning media can be used to channel messages from senders to recipients and through learning media can also help students to explain something conveyed by educators. Therefor the research is aimed at analyzing how the role and function of instructional media specifically in Islamic education. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies. The subject of this research was carried out in an analytical manner by collecting sources such as books, or the results of previous related studies, then analyzing them. The implication of this research is to be able to find out the role of learning media in Islamic education so that the goals of education in Islam can be achieved.

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze how the phonological uniqueness of language in the social environment and its role in life. Throughout the world language is very important in communicating between humans with one another, with our language it will be easy to explore or find information. Indonesia has very diverse tribes and cultures and languages ??so that this uniqueness is very much manifested in the social environment. With the diversity of cultures and the times, the language began to be modified to become more modern, such as the language of hits on social media. A unique language is known as a language that is not rigid and also modern which usually arises from the creativity of people in the social environment. The results of this study discuss various unique languages ??that often find in life. As well as diversity which is the main basis for the uniqueness of language and the role of social media which has benefits in exchanging information (unique language) to all souls on earth. Then, examine the uniqueness of language between animals and humans.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of teachers as role models in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and its impact on students' moral and ethical development. The study adopts a library research approach, utilizing existing literature, scholarly articles, and relevant texts to gather information and insights. The research employs a descriptive analysis method to analyze the collected data and examine the specific practices and qualities that make teachers effective role models in this context. The study also explores the long-term effects of teachers' positive moral and ethical influence on students, exploring how these effects manifest in their personal lives, relationships, and contributions to society. The research also explores how teachers can address students' contemporary moral and ethical challenges, such as social media influences, cultural diversity, and globalization, while remaining true to Islamic values and teachings. Moreover, the study describes the internalization of their teachers' moral and ethical behaviours and the subsequent impact on their moral decision-making processes and behaviour outside of the educational context. This research aims to contribute to understanding the crucial role that teachers play as role models in madrasah ibtidaiyah and its implications for students' moral and ethical development.

Abstract

Several threats continue to cause species declines and even extinctions, despite increased efforts from non-governmental organizations, academics, and governments over the past few decades. Conservation scientists must be interested in the factors that motivate human behavior because resource use by a growing human population is a significant driver of biodiversity loss. Monetary models have been applied to human decision making for a long time; in any case, people are not ?nancially sane creatures and different qualities of the chief (counting demeanor) and the tension that individuals see to act with a particular goal in mind (emotional standards) may in?uence navigation; Social psychologists who are interested in human decision-making take these characteristics into consideration. We look at how behavioral theories from social psychology have been applied to conservation and resource management. Since many studies focus on general attitudes toward conservation rather than specific conservation-relevant behaviors, they are of limited use when developing interventions to change specific behaviors (such as reducing hunting of endangered species). Behaviors that have an impact on conservation goals will be better understood, allowing for improved intervention design by more specifically defining the behavior of interest and investigating attitude in the context of other social-psychological predictors of behavior (such as subjective norms, the presence of facilitating factors, and moral obligation).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce an assessment instrument based on multicultural education on the Indonesian language subject matter, the theme of Unity in Differences for grade VI elementary schools that is feasible (valid, practical and effective) to improve the quality of processes and learning outcomes for grade VI elementary school students. This research is research development (R & D) which refers to the theory of Borg and Gall. Limited trials were conducted in class VI with 3 (three) elementary schools, namely SD N Pedurungan Kidul 02, SD N Pedurungan Kidul 05, and SD Muhammadiyah 08 Semarang.. Limited trial using one group pretest-posttest design. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, test techniques and questionnaires to obtain validity results. Data analysis techniques are descriptive and quantitative. The results of the validity test of the assessment instrument were stated to be very valid with a percentage of 88.75%. The multicultural education-based assessment instrument developed is classified as practical criteria, where the results of the teacher and student responses show an assessment of 88% with very feasible criteria. The multicultural education-based assessment instrument that has been developed is effective in improving the quality of the process and learning outcomes with the theme of the beauty of togetherness with the results of the student's effectiveness test being 80% of the scores meet the kkm. The results of the study concluded that the assessment instrument based on multicultural education that was developed met the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective so that it was feasible to improve the quality of the student learning process on the theme of beautiful togetherness of civic education lesson content for grade iv elementary school.

Abstract

Learning supervision is all the efforts of educational leaders to assist, supervise, improve, develop teachers in their learning process, so that what they do can be carried out effectively and efficiently in achieving educational goals. The focus of this research is how is the implementation of academic supervision in improving teacher performance, how are academic supervision techniques in improving teacher performance, what are the obstacles to academic supervision in improving teacher performance. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of learning supervision in improving teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Al-istiqomah. field research research (field). Data collection techniques using structured interviews, passive participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in this study uses source triangulation. As a result, this learning supervision is needed. Due to being a medium for madrasah/school heads in order to supervise and foster the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al-istiqoamh teachers, especially in the field of the learning process, it is hoped that the implementation of this learning supervision will bring significant changes.

Abstract

The improvement of the quality of educational unit organizers is carried out through an organizational culture implemented by the head of the educational unit. The head of the educational unit in this case plays a managerial and supervisory role in improving the quality of the educational organization. The implementation of quality improvement in this regard is carried out through the implementation of the basic values of civil servants (ASN) based on peer assessment, which is then integrated with rewards and punishments. This is done in accordance with the goals of the school action research, which aims to enhance the integrity and performance of the school organization. The School Action Research (PTS) in this case is carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Koto Besar with the research subjects being educators, educational personnel, as well as the head and deputy head of the educational unit. The School Action Research (PTS) is conducted in 2 cycles, and after data collection and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: there is an increase in integrity in the school organization at SMK Negeri 1 Koto Besar through peer assessment in the implementation of the basic values of civil servants (ASN). The percentage ranges from 12% for discipline to below 5% for the indicators of professionalism, cooperation, loyalty, honesty, work initiative, commitment and responsibility, service orientation, and social personality, which need to be optimized as they have not yet met the requirements. As a form of appreciation and motivation, rewards in the form of certificates and material rewards, as well as punishments in the form of reduced teaching hours, have a positive impact on instilling the value of integrity in the educational unit.

Abstract

In communicating, we often experience misunderstandings about something being discussed, or get stuck in awkward situations because the conversation is not going smoothly. Discourse markers are crucial in communication, helping speakers formulate new ideas and make their speech more natural. This study analyzed the types and functions of discourse markers in Jay Shetty’s On Purpose program using a descriptive-qualitative approach. The researcher combined the theories of Biber et al. (1999) and Castro (2009) to classify the types and functions of discourse markers. The result revealed that the most commonly used discourse marker is the clause “you know”, and the dominant function of discourse markers that are used is response or reaction markers and back-channel signals, which help speaker express reaction to previous discourse, show understanding, and continued attention while other speakers are getting their turn.

Abstract

A leader is a figure who has the ability to move people or groups of people in an effort to achieve common goals according to planning in an effort to achieve prosperity, harmony, peace. Any form of organization requires a leader who is able to provide comfort for the members of the organization he leads. Criteria and models of leadership have been put forward by many experts in line with the socio-cultural development of humans. This is because the criteria and model of leadership are largely determined by the socio-culture in which the organization and leadership are located. Exemplary for a leader is absolutely necessary because the style of leadership accompanied by the example of a personal leader will have a positive impact on achieving the goals of success of an organization. Therefore, the exemplary nature that emerged from the person of a world leader, namely the Prophet Muhammad SAW, was complemented by the traits inherent in his personality, namely Shidiq, Amanah, Fathonah, and Tabligh. These four traits accompany the success of the Prophet Muhammad, SAW in leading a nation. This study aims to display the leadership format in an effort to achieve the success of an organization. Which includes the nature, style, criteria and exemplary of a leader.
